This store is always picked clean of everything. Want washrags? Nope, cant have those. Want creamer? Guess youre getting the sugar-free version. Want motor oil? Yea, right... were you kidding? Seriously, every single time I go here is a complete waste of time.

Went to grab some Halloween supplies. They were packed. The store itself while crowded seems to move smoothly. The self checkout is quick and easy. Parking is plentiful. The traffic between the parking lot and doors is crazy though. People speed through there and walk across like there is no risk of an accident. Its scary. Overall, this Walmart is efficient and in decent order. I do return regularly.

The store was incredibly dirty this time. There was stuff spilled all over the floors all throughout the store. They have been out of Diet Dr.Pepper the last 3 times I have been to the store. There were other things I looked for this trip that were not there either. I dont know what is going on with it, but the uncleanliness and lack of items is really bringing my opinion of this location down.

Nice Walmart. They lack good care of their plants but Id you go at the right timing, you can get the plants they didnt water on clearance and then all you have to do is water and walla! You get awesome affordable plant arrangements.

This walmart as many are is laid out different from one I shop in mainly. Cleaner, isles are not so close u cant pass 2 buggies. Very nice and friendly cashier

This Walmart is a premier location for all things grocery and non grocery. Super great selection. Just don’t shop here after dark unless you want to be accosted.

I went into this particular Walmart location to get an a/c filter. I could not find it so I asked for help. The young employee was very helpful because they had moved them. He led me straight to the filter. Great experience. I was in and out fast.

I have called there with no answer after hanging on for 8 min while I do other things. The deli didn’t answer, the desk didn’t answer after several calls from me. However, the pharmacy did. That person says she knows they’re having trouble with the phones and offered to transfer me. I said so they are Having trouble with the phones, she replied yes they have been for several weeks now. I said you have got to be kidding me. She was very nice and transferred me at which time a constant ring, no answer then they disconnect. For being in Franklin you’d expect much better management and service, but I stood in line for 27 mins just to make a return. There’s 3 employees standing in the back just watching and talking.

Walmart jobs can be hard and frustrating due to either locations, moody customers, moody employees, and messes but here somehow they seem to have it all together. The employees have an organized service center, clean aisles (though empty in some areas) and a clean floor. (Only hang up is those few customers that seem to make messes trying to find their size...you know who you are)This location has LOTS of extra stores within this place....even Boba tea what?!? Yes!😁Down the street from McEwen shopping/apartment center....(coffee, ice cream, burgers,....etc)Keep up the good work everyone and A BIG THANK YOU to the lovely service desk lady (8/23/21 12noon) who watched out for a lady who lost her phone, you were great, you definitely helped her a lot.

Sunday, September 26, 2021 evening and Monday morning Sept. 27.A RESOUNDING YES! You can park your small to extra large & long RV. Arrived about 6:00pm. It was still light out. Only 2 semi trucks; one by the pharmacy, one way on the other end.We parked next to the semi by the pharmacy; away from the parking traffic and crazy drivers. The spaces are more than long enough and mostly leveled. The spaces by the pharmacy is away from the parking entrances, less movement, lots of trees.There are spaces by the Garden area and opposite the entrance on the other side by the highway. Those areas seemed a bit visible to us. So we decided to park as mentioned.A conversion bus parked on the following parking area in front of us about 50 feet away. It was a young family with 3 children. They had an external large generator which they used, no problem.Check out Google maps to get a fitting on the parking spaces, and other businesses close by.It was very quiet. We slept like a baby. I find walmart a good place to shop. Everything under one roof. Its not as cheap as they claim to be. Dont get carried away or youll end up spending too much. Ive seen people go for one or two items and end up buying 10 unnecessary things🙄. So make a list pick those and get out 😅.

Man, I knew places were looking for hiring employees but this place definitely needs some. We looked for someone for 30 mins. Found one person walk from the back asked her if she could help and she said the guy that works electronics was on lunch and she had no idea where any of the managers were. Some random kid was messing with the phones and asked for someone over the intercom! Took us two hours to get the TV in the end. Parking lot was full of shopping carts. It was a very disappointing trip.

Super disappointed in my pick up order today. I ordered days in advance so i could pick up after work today. After I work I have hours of homework and a second job. Order was delayed by an hour. Currently waiting in the longest line ever and can’t even get into an open parking spot.I hate that I planned this order three days in advance for it to take 2 hours out of my day

THE WORST experience ever at Walmart. Bought a 32” TV. 3 days later I opened the box and it was some old TV. Went to return it or exchange it three times and the store manager Bobby told me that I swapped the tv out and he would not help me. I traveled here from Louisiana to work on the Puritan medical project. I am now trying to get in touch with the market manager David Boggs. I was so upset I just left the TV and box while I was on the phone with customer service reporting the incident. $210 dollar donation to Walmart in Franklin Kentucky #00282. I have never been so disrespected in my life.

Park on the side for easier access. Go in the morning, or late evening. Self checkout is best. Nicest People. Shop online if looking for something particular. More of a general store. (Lines are getting longer..)

Great prices, fresh foods, ability to get long list of items at 1 store. Only 2 lanes open at high tide, however they opened another eventually. It happens, no big deal. Say something friendly to the Checker. Theyre in the long line too.

I bought a product from them and its not what it turned out to be it was a different model and they took that back no problem and issued a refund no question to ask thats the way to do customer service

Pick up never on time. Mine was late. When Ingot there I had to wait over 35 minutes in 100 degree heat index for them to bring it out. When I got home, half the order not there was poor quality, out of date or one day away from being out of date. They are overbooking time slots and know it. Much better places available that are properly operated.

Needed a battery ASAP to power the generator during power outages. At 6 AM traveled to the store to find that battery. Auto area was vacant except for 1 individual...so happens the gentleman who knew about batteries and other auto stuff. Bingo! My lucky day. Coki(sp) was the man. Knew exactly the battery I needed and was most helpful to me. Back home and installed. Works perfectly all within one hour. Thanks for providing me with such good service.

The curbside pickup here is terrible! They cancelled my order upon my arrival without any notification or reasoning and basically told me I was SOL. I’m five months pregnant and do not feel comfortable shopping in-store right now, this store’s customer service has greatly depreciated and it’s extremely sad.

I generally love Walmart for the price, but lately have had to go to Kroger after to get the items that Walmart is out of. If things dont change soon may just give up and go to Kroger in the first place. These are just some of the empty shelves I saw today.

Walmart was great this time shopping. Sometimes they dont always have what I am looking for at this location. I went to Walmart to buy coffee and found this really delicious one. This Columbian coffee is so smooth and aromatic. I love the way it makes my house smell when its brewing. Thank you Walmart

Didnt start out well, But Neil at the service Desk turned it around bought a battery and only had two weeks when it went out of. And the vehicle was broke down two exits at Concord and anyway they were able to pull it up and see where was just bought two weeks ago and they exchanged it the problem was service was closed but anyway Mr Neil took care of it and got my boyfriend and I on are way

Need to get their AI at the self checkout under control. It kept flagging everything I rang up as suspicious movement. And clearly I wasnt stealing or attempting to steal anything.

Im just not a big Walmart shopper. Im generally willing to pay a little more for a little higher quality goods. There are things here at I use but it is just not a great shopping experience for me.

The best walmart in the world deserves no better than a 3 star. This one is nicer than average.

I pay for the Walmart pick up and delivery app and every time I attempt to place a pickup or delivery order with this Walmart they delay the order 10 minutes before it’s supposed to be completed. They never update the status I just end up having to cancel days later. I never have this problem with other Walmart’s, Instacart, or Target. Totally unacceptable. Horrible program at this Walmart, terrible customer service.

Put $200 pickup order in the wrong vehicle. Took over 3 hours to resolve. Rude employees. No apology! First they told us they’d get the order from the lady who took it home. Disgusting! Then while we were waiting an employee tried to put someone else’s pickup order in our car. I cannot believe it!

The good store I like this Walmart

Very poorly stocked.Common products were not available. This has become a trend across every department of this store...vitamins/supplements, clothing for average size women, frozen & fresh vegetables, canned goods, dairy, fresh meat/produce/eggs.Its almost as though this store is planning to close.I have relied on Walmart for almost all my goods for years now but lately I have considered buying more from other stores or buying online because I cannot be sure that I can find what I need at Walmart.

We found an employee after searching for forever, it was like playing wheres waldo, but instead for Walmart employees. We asked her our question and while we were asking her if she could help us, she was doing the potty dance. Instead of helping us she told us she didn’t know and that she had to take her break. She didn’t even bother helping and ran away. While we were walking around we also found a half eaten apple in a to go box in the paint isle. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing.

I went for 2 items and left with 22 it was your average Walmart experience. You walk in expect to get the few items you came for and see 500 other things that you think you want. Nothing special! I do love the new little online order pick-up area they have set up. Im sure its not really that new. It just shows how long its been sense I been inside Walmart. And Ill be going even less now that I have discovered that they now have same day delivery!! Lol

Cold chicken, cold cheese sticks, cold macaroni, no gravy, and orange sticky sause dripped all over my container. Im pretty sure this chicken nwas from yesterday. Horrible just horrible.

I love Walmart! I can get most of what l need all in one place. Frequent restocking means lots of options. There are motorized carts for those who cant or dont want to walk. They offer both self-serve and cashier check-out.

The last time l went to Franklin WalMart l purchased nine items and two of the items purchased were higher than the displayed price. t WalMart was Garnier hair color with a price of $6.99 but my sales receipt shows l was actually charged $7.62. I purchased Biotin for a display price of $3.50 but my sales receipt shows l paid $7.88. I purchase these product at WalMart because it is lower than other stores. Had l known place in l was paying higher prices for these items l would have purchased them at other stores. How many other items have l been paying higher prices than the display?Since my review, l have noticed displayed prices have been updated. I also notice that many items l am looking for have no price listed, and l must ask the cashier for a price before l decide to purchase. Problem when l lifted a 40 pound bag of grass seed to find l could purchase elsewhere much cheaper.

No cashiers, check out totally out of hand. Cmon Walmart, you can do better than that. Until you get cashiers back I will not return. I have places to go to get the same product, yes, a little higher priced, but worth it to be without the hassle. Raise your prices if you must but, bring the cashiers back.

Store was clean but stock carts everywhere which was good for replacing the low stock levels around the store. This store does a lot of turns of inventory so that is expected. Service at the checkout was quick today.

The staff was courteous and processed my return expeditiously. Unfortunately the product was defective.

I love Wal-Mart, but hate self checkout. They usually have what Im looking for. Staff is mostly very pleasant and helpful.

The person in self check out name Victoria was really nasty and she has a really bad attitude and should probably be fired. If she was my employee she would have been gone asap. I hope management takes care of her attitude

This location is always clean. One employee was actually more helpful than the manager on duty. David went out of his way to find an item for me. Unfortunately they were out of it but at least he tried. I asked three other employees and they evidently couldnt be bothered and the manager on duty whos names is Sherry acted like I was an inconvenience. I told her it said online that they had 7 in stock and asked her if I gave her the skull number could she see if it confirmed the count and she said no and sent me on my way. Finally, I found David and asked him about the product and he looked up the information in 5 minutes. The same information that she said she couldnt look up. I was sad that they didnt have the product but, it was nice to know that he cared enough to at least look. Thank you David.

The staff are too busy playing on their phones to help customers. Just go elsewhere. Youll pay a bit more but your blood pressure will be lower. Id give zero stars if I could.

The manager declined my friend and I to purchase beers when she showed her passport. How is a tourist supposed to buy alcool if not with a passport?Worst part the manager didn’t show up when we asked the cashier to call him, but simply rejected to come through the radio. Since when can people go into Walmart without wearing a mask? I told the manager there were two people who didnt wear masks and were coughing behind my back, but the manager told me there was nothing they could do. This is really outrageous!

It is always a good visit and good customer service, but just my opinion if you are with child please be smart and not just thinking about yourself. Wear a mask when you are in public and you know you are with child. Because if you contract covid, dont know how it can or will affect your unborn child. Dont be selfish.

Auto Care Center is the quickest, most reliable place to get an oil change.

Everything in this store is well stocked and clean. I suggest coming during off peak hours. Although there is someone counting heads at the entrance to keep capacity control, they have done away with the directional arrows in the aisles and because its Walmart there is no way to do social distancing so off peak hours are best.

Rude return staff. I was the only one in line and she loudly said “NEXT” like I was in a military bread line but no one was behind me. She was rude and never made eye contact. Then I want to shop and the first employee I asked for assistance said no ingles and was not helpful whatsoever so what is the point of her working at the store. :(
