My son has an Xbox One so I find myself in GameStop quite often, I dont know much about video game systems but the men and women who work at GameStop know their stuff. They have a pretty big variety at a reasonable price especially if you go for the used games, Ive never found a scratch on any of the games that I bought from there and Id say 98% of the games I buy from there or used. I highly recommend GameStop from your everyday gamers to the gamers that havent played since the Atari

8 2as pushed yo buy a more expensive headset then I was going to buy. Was told it was good but got home and they didnt even work. Went back to get another pair and they didnt have any new ones. So I was pushed to spend twice the amount I originally wanted to spend. Only good note is they work.

GameStop as a company is very hit or miss. You either love it or you hate it. This particular location is the bees knees, however. Every employee is super friendly and I havent had a bad experience here.

We all know this is a dying company and its a shame. The people are perfectly fine but the company is just meh.

I don’t know anything about video games, but my kid loves them. They always talk to her and help her with everything she needs. It’s a nice store :)

I purchased an Xbox 360 S, online from GameStop. As, was somewhat expected (and right out of the box) it was faulty and would heat up to an alarming temperature in a matter of minutes. So, I took it to the GameStop store in Franklin, hoping to get a resolution. An employee named Brady, was sympathetic to my plight and gave me a new system! I was quite impressed with his willingness to work with me and to achieve customer satisfaction. Kudos, to Brady,!

Im usually not a fan of Game Stops due to the companys pushy sales protocols, however I really have nothing bad to say about this one. Coming in, I was greeted by an employee named Brady, and asked if I needed any help. I came to trade in some games and make a couple purchases, and Brady was kind enough to inform me of a promotion that gamestop was running which would get me more for my trade-ins. I ended up walking out with a new game, a stand for my PSVR and controllers, and I renewed my power perks membership and only spent about $24. Ill be back. Give Brady a raise!

The staff is friendly, and patient! I am a natural disaster on legs (tripping on nothing, dropping everything, knocking into the displays, etc). Here, all was going normal for me, and the two men working never even gave hint they were annoyed. They answered all my questions politely, and never made me feel rushed. They very tall guy (sorry I suck at names) was very knowledgeable about technical...stuff. My husband was talking to him and he was very impressed. Not that that means anything to anyone. Hes just not easily impressed.

They remember me well enough to know when to advertise a new game Ill actually buy as opposed to trying to cram everything on me. They are good at giving deals and regularly have things in stock when other stores do not.

Only come here because it is local to me. Surprised that GameStop does not have an E-Waste policy, or teach its employees about E-Waste. I brought in a blown power supply looking for a replacement and they just tossed the old one in the trash, which is ILLEGAL! All the employees were ignorant of the laws and didnt really seem to care even when I told them about it. They even told me that this is what they always do. The Bro behind the counter was more concerned with his cell phone anyways. Top notch employees. Just goes to show how much GameStop truly cares about the community.

I just love this place. Anytime theres ever a problem it gets fixed quickly and its always a great experience to shop there. The staff is friendly and talkative. The only gamestop Ive ever been to and the staff been rude is Franklin, IN and everytime I go there theyre downers. But its okay because I can just go to any of the other stores and have a great experience!

Beware the guys working this evening (March 11, 2020) CAN NOT BE TRUSTED! My nephew was taken there to get an XBox card, he was stiffed his change AND the XBox card...they hand wrote a number on his receipt and told him that was all he needed. Usually this is called theft!

I actually go to Gamestop to check out their collectibles section more than anything else. A great selection of figures, statues, clothing and much more!

The employees were incredibly kind, they helped me choose between playstation and xbox (flipped a coin for meh, landed heads for xbox), told me all the deals, and thats pretty much it for them.

Was told I had an unlimited amount of time to trade in COD Ghosts (Xbox 360) for the Xbox One version for $10. I had planned to trade it in sometime in Jan/Feb anyways. Come to find out there was a cutoff date of 12/31. Also, Ghosts for 360 is only worth $16 a mere 2 months after release, yet they are selling it used for $55. Ended up going to Best Buy and buying the One version brand new for $47 (price matched Amazon). What a joke.
