They need to teach their employees a little bit better customer service I walked in and an employee told me sorry were booked with appointments all day. He didnt offer to schedule me for an appointment he didnt offer condolences nothing. They need to be more customer-friendly all of the employees especially the ones in the back they dont get to talk to people much the normal people that work the monitors are perfectly Suited to interact with the public but some of them just dont have what it takes. Im sorry but its the truth I was mad and I came back later on and said hey schedule me for an appointment if thats the only way to get service here
I had this Firestone location replace 4 tires on my 2010 Dodge Challenger. They replaced the tires and tried to sell me on an alignment which it didnt need. After paying the bill I got in my car and drove home (1 1/2 hours away). When I got home I noticed 2 lug nuts were not original and 2 lug nuts were missing. They also put the lead wheel weights on the outside of the mag wheels.I travel a lot for work and cant get back to their facility to get them to fix it, but I should have NEVER received my car like this after they finished with it. They never said anything about missing lugnuts or having to replace lugnuts with cheaper nonfactory ones. I am very dissatisfied with them. I will never use this Firestone again.
Customer service isnt great. Its not even good. Rude cashiers every time I go. They will try to sell you stuff you dont need, every time. Their markup on parts is 400%-500%. You all should know to hold on to your wallet if you choose to do business here. They rob people of their money without a smile.

I was traveling back to Mississippi from Nashville and noticed that I had a nail in my tire. Called the good people at Firestone to see if they had availability and told me to bring in the truck. Very professional and prices were reasonable. They found that my battery was extremely low........replaced the battery and changed my oil. Very glad I stopped here.
Firestone has always been my my Go-To place for tire repairs, oil changes, and tire rotations. Theyre always fast, have great communications with the customer(me), and they have exceptional customer service. Their professionalism with customers is unlike any auto shop ive been to. I highly recommend Firestone for any automobile maintenance.

Their service was extremely lax and sub par. I went in to get tires and brakes and came back to a truck that had (2) 2 inch scratches on my driver side front door and a four inch crack in my windshield and they didn’t take the blame for any of it. If you want your vehicle coming out of the shop the way it looked going in, go somewhere else.

We are fairly frequent customers of this location since my wife gets her company vehicle serviced here regularly. The customer service is top notch. Friendly and they go our of their way to investigate details that most folks would tire of quickly. Turnaround times are remarkably fast. Quality of the service is always error free. Highly recommend this service location. Location is tucked just off Royal Oaks Blvd in South Franklin near the main US Post Office.

I hate writing negative reviews, but I feel the need to warn people so they don’t go through what I have. I took my car to this location because my heat stopped working unless the car was moving. The tech said I needed the radiator hose replaced because it had a minor leak. We had never seen any coolant leaking at all and the car had never (in the 9 years we’ve owned it) run hot. I thought this would be a simple repair, so I allowed them to replace the hose. We got the car back and a couple weeks later it overheated while driving it. We promptly stopped and had it taken back to them. They called me and said that they had not properly bled the air out of the cooling system when they had previously changed the hose, so they bled the system and said they had fixed it. It overheated again and this time started shaking. Long story short the car now has major engine damage and Firestone won’t accept responsibility. I’ll never take any of my vehicles to them again. Your best bet is going straight to the manufacturer for service and repairs.

Ill have them look at it again in a few weeks and see if they cant tighten it up. My Jeep is 24 years old, so this was to be expected.They had free coffee and hot cocoa and a very clean restroom. Also the price for the work was very fair.
Best Firestone in the area. I drive from Columbia to get my entire family’s cars serviced here. The staff is super friendly and works with you to take care of you and your car. I have never had a problem with the work they have done on our vehicles. I won’t trust my cars to anyone else.
We were new to Tennessee and had a flat tire. So we chose this location as it was open after 5pm....what a mistake that turned out to be. The tire was replaced, but installed incorrectly and not balanced. We called and they wanted to charge more to fix their mistakes. When I went elsewhere I realized that I was overcharged at least 30% as well as receiving poor service.

Polite, helpful and fair! These guys did all they could to resolve the issue with my car. After completing the repair, another issue was found which had to be repaired by the dealership. I am thankful Firestone corrected the issue financially.

My sister and I were driving home from work when our low tire pressure light came on. We went straight to Firestone and made it just 45 minutes before close. Instead of telling us to come back tomorrow, they checked the tire for us and found a nail! They patched it up for us right then and were so kind and helpful. Will definitely be going back when I need car help.
Called this location because I was near and had a nail in my tire. I asked how much for a tire repair, Paulos instantly quoted me $40 before asking what type of tire or vehicle I had. I asked why was the price much higher and what is it based on (because I received a quote from one of the other locations). He stated that it’s based on if I had low profile tires or sensors, which I then replied that I have neither. Paulos continued on with his price of it being $40. So I responded back making him aware that I have just a regular 16” tire, he restated that it would still be $40. Then he finally asked what type of car do I have and what year. I then asked for the Regional’s number because I felt he was trying to take advantage of me because I was a woman. He said that he didn’t have it and I would have to hold on, which I did for several minutes without him coming back to the phone. I called back and he placed me on hold again never coming back after I asked for the Regional’s number. But I’d like to thank Paulos for being deceitful, short and rude because Discount Tires did excellent job in serving me and was very professional!!!!
Where do I begin.... Made an appointment for an oil change and two tires. They said it would be the next morning at 9 a.m. for the big lift,,,,showed up the next morning 9 a.m. for my appointment and the big lift was taken and it would be an hour and a half before I can get in.My thinking is why I have an appointment if its not kept
Great service center. They are dependable, friendly and professional. I am not sure if they take walk-ins, but from my experience, you had better make an appointment. They always seem to be busy.They have a waiting area with space for probably 10-15 people and provide free WiFi, but I definitely recommend dropping off your vehicle as opposed to waiting - if at all possible.
I only went to this location because I had just come from the Volkswagen dealership down the street (they didnt have the tire I needed). Everything is going well and they were able to get me in quick! Then I get a call from the mechanic who tells me that my brake pads are basically non existent. Mind you, I had just come from Volkswagen where they completed a full inspection and told me everything looks good, and that I might want to come back within a few months to have the pads looked at again (they had this section marked as yellow on the form, for not quite necessary now, but should be done in the future). Firestone mechanic tells me that its detrimental that I pay the $300 and do it with them. Anyway, I didnt, because I trust Volkswagen way more. Then, he tells me that the rim on my old tire is severely bent. I had just taken it out and looked at it before the appointment, no noticeable dent. He tells me that Ill need to take it to some other shop where his friends work if hes unable to straighten it himself. Very odd since I would have remembered this large bend in my rim after examining it hours before. They also charged an extra $30 to rotate the tires around. I felt that I was taken advantage of for being a young woman who might not know much about cars. I wont be returning.
Fast and friendly service. They worked me in and were very prompt with servicing my car. Great prices and they are very knowledgeable and fair. They wont try to con you into getting something extra that you dont need.
The folks here are terrific. Examples: 1. A lady locked her keys in her car at the Post Office. I drove over to the store and asked if they could help her. The guy at the desk said he would get his kit. He opened her door and did not charge her at all. 2. We had a blow out and I took a bent rim in with a new tire. They assured me that the rim was fine and mounted the new tire and balanced it. I said, Terrific; what do I owe you? They did not charge anything.
Hugh and his staff are all top notch. I wouldnt trust anybody else with my car service/repairs...we have all our vehicles serviced here, including my kids. Hugh is honest, fair, knowledgeable and professional. Hugh - dont ever leave (again).
Most affordable out of several locations for the work I needed done, and the quality and customer service is top notch. Friendly and amiable team. Car runs perfectly. Only downside is the duration, but its understandable. Great location!
I honestly have had a rough couple weeks with this place. We had to get a new alternator put in our civic and they did it fast and we picked up the car the same day. Unfortunately within 2 weeks the car was giving us problems and come to find out it was a bad alternator. They fixed it for free and we went on our way. The next day our air conditioner went out. We called and they said we could have it looked at that following Monday. I have small kids and we cant go on 90 plus weather without air. We ended up taking it to another place and found they had unhooked a plug and we are thankful for an easy fix. We paid the extra $50 and are driving again. I know stuff happens and I am sure you cant make everyone happy all the time. I am just shocked that this silly of things that coast and take time would happen and I am the only one out in the end.Sincerly,Laura

I just went there to have my tires aired and they were very helpful. They responded immediately with no wait even though it was sprinkling.
On a recent visit the Firestone people did a great job. I had a brake issue and a blower motor fan issue. Both issues were fixed ahead of time and were fixed correctly. The blower motor was a particularly difficult issue due to electrical shorts in my vehicle. The tech tracked down the problem and it was resolved quickly. Ryan the customer service person went way above and beyond in his explanation and constant updates during the day with progress and estimated finish time. The job was completed ahead of time and the repairs were perfect

I get all of my oil changes done here, tires rotated, balanced and aligned. Ive bought several new sets of tires from them. Maybe 6 years ago I ran into some issues with them, but they were fixed. Now theyve caught things for me and saved me from running into issues. Ill keep going back!
The guys here are really nice, but they ALWAYS quote a higher price for me (a woman) than they do my father... every single time Ive brought my car here, they quote me one price and dad gets quoted/ charged something different...Also, I had a front tire replaced and a front-end alignment, and immediate developed a rub around 50mph - they wouldnt even address the issue without another $80 diagnostic charge.

These people are not giving value to customer time. I have made online appointment to fix the wheel issue and went to the location and explained everything. I have waited like one and half hour and got the response saying we didn’t look into the issue and it can’t be verified today.

The place is good for tires and thats it. I had a wheel bearing squeak and got it fixed. But when I left there was another squeak. They said it was a brake and put one brake pad on. They put on a crappy raybestos brake on my EXCURSION! Now I have to replace the brakes. Ive spent over $3,000 on my cars there and the least they could do is fix an issue the right way. I wont go back except for tires.
I had a fantastic experience at Firestone Auto Care. Jerry White, one of the Sales Associates, went above and beyond the call of duty to understand my cars problem, to listen to my concerns (one of which was it was a Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend and I faced the prospect of being stranded in Franklin and missing work back home in Louisville), and after doing some research (which he shared with me), he found the cheapest and quickest way to solve my problem. My check engine light was on, my car was shaking when it came to a stop, and Jerry figured out a way to get my car fixed for a very reasonable price and most importantly, in less than 2 hours. I was very impressed with the service at Firestone and with Jerrys customer service (I later told him that I would call his boss to tell him about my experience, to which Jerry replied Dont worry about it. I was just doing my job.) How great is that? Anyway, I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. My only wish is that this shop was in Louisville instead of Franklin.
Scheduled tire and shock replacement, oil change, transmission fluid change, and spark plugs 2 days prior to bringing it in. Guy that checked me in at 7:30 this morning said it would be ready between 4 and 5pm.Nothing had been done except 4 of the 8 spark plugs. UnbelievableIm not sure how they expect to waste peoples time and stay in business.They also charged a ridiculous amount for spark plugs and wires, 568.00This will be the last time they get any of my business

Excellent service, got me the maximum number of deals and discounts, which kept prices fairly competitive.To Firestone: use the guys here to train your surrounding locations in customer service. There is one tall, foreign gentleman (French, Im wanting to say?) who is extremely personable, and I have always been satisfied with my interactions with everyone else.They also never have tried to aggressively push work on me, even where second opinions found I needed it, which I respect. Again, have some of your other locations take a hint. My biggest problem at another location is that they came across as aggressive / dismissive when I turned down the work and then put my foot down in the face of their attitude.

My husband took my car here in February when one of my tires went flat. We bought a whole set since I commute every day. I had a slow leak in 2 of the tires, one more than the other, that I had to continuously air up. I called them about this; however, due to my work schedule at my two jobs, I was unable to take my car in. This past weekend, the tire that leaked more than the other had a bubble when I aired it up. We took it to a Firestone facility that was closer to us and had that tire replaced (a 3 month old tire!). Since the tires were special order for my car, there was no store warranty offered to us and the tire must be sent in to see if the manufacturer warranty will cover the replacement cost. However, the Firestone rep explained that it probably will not be covered by the warranty due to the tire being run under-inflated-IT WAS RUN UNDER-INFLATED BECAUSE IT HAD A SLOW LEAK!! Today, 4 days after the new tire was put on, a co-worker tells me its low. We take it to the shop here at work and air it up as well as spray it with soapy water, theres a leak around the valve stem! We also sprayed the other tire that has an even slower leak since the first install in February, it also has a leak around the valve stem!!! So, I dont think these people at either Firestone facility know what they are doing. Why were these things not checked after the new tires were installed? Isnt that Installing New Tires 101? Do not go to these amateurs unless you like buying new tires every 3 months. Almost seems a bit shady to me, not checking something so elementary hoping that I will come back and be forced to buy new tires

Wanted to use their coupon and asked them to do a wheel alignment. They said they were too busy and scheduled me for the next day. I came on time but waited for 1.5 hours and was told that my car is rusty and needs a major fix (a $535 estimate!). I took my car back and went to Waltrip Honda. They found no problem with my wheels, did the alignment for ~$100 with tax, and washed my car for free. It was a proof that Firestone guys are either incompetent, crooks, or both. I am done with their service and dont recommend them to anybody.
Very good job but they take too much time
I asked them to leave my key in cup holder and lock up vehicle so I could come get later, since I have the remote access. They left my vehicle Inside the bay and screwed me out of getting home under my own accord. This event wasted hours of my night by resorting to using uber while spending my hard earned money to pay for a lousy mistake.

These guys have always taken good care of me, Hugh in particular does a great job of running the store. No mechanic is going to be 100% perfect at fixing your car, but they really do hold themselves accountable when something is not fixed to your liking.
Brought my 2016 Nissan GTR in for an alignment. I could have gone to the local Nissan dealership for a free alignment but their service is horrible. I have used this Firestone for years with my other vehicles and was confident my GTR would be in good hands.Ryan at the service counter set me up with their top tech, Logan who specializes in exotics and high end sports cars. Logan walked me through the various alignment options Nissan provides for my car. Since I run my car on the race track we decided on the maximum performance alignment to get the best response out of the car. I appreciate the attention to detail Ryan and Logan provided to my car. They treated the car with white glove service. I recommend my other friend with his 2017 GTR to have his alignment done there as well.

They took engine apart to the point they couldnt put it back together. The car had to be towed to the dealer for competent repairs. After assurances that this would be settled amicably, they charged my account (not authorized) for their shoddy workmanship.
Special thanks to Logan! Today I was at my sons pediatrician appointment and my car wouldnt start when we were leaving. Not only did he come to check on me he spent a few minutes tinkering with my Kia and got me on the road! I need to get my car fixed and its under warranty so Ill be having it fixed through Kia but when I need a mechanic I will definitely come yo this Firestone based off the kindness of a stranger!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My husband and I have had work done here numerous times in the past. In fact, it was the only place we would go. We will never be back. Had two sensors replaced on engine of our vehicle and oil changed on a Saturday. I (apparently wrongly) assumed they would do a basic inspection. Left for a trip to Florida right after this and car started freaking out (throttle went out, sensors flashing on and off, transmission not shifting). Turns out there was severe corrosion on the battery (it has a cover) and ruined the leads and wires that run to it. Firestone never bothered to check (which was the problem to begin with, not the part they replaced). Had they we would have had them replace/repair it on the spot. We dont let vehicle maintenance lapse since I commute over an hour each way to work and back.We ended up broke down with two children on the side of the road at night. Called them they said Well make it right. and we believed them because we trusted them. Brought it back in as soon as we could two days later (We live an hour and a half from them also, thats how much we liked them before. We would drive several cities over to use them). They went on to tell us it wasnt their fault and the battery had been checked and that was new corrosion that we showed them a picture of. Yeah, that amount of corrosion formed in just a matter of days, but once we removed it, none reformed in the days until we got it back up there? What a miracle. Hardly believable. They wanted us to believe that, within one week, our battery went from perfectly fine to completely damaged...not over time, but in one WEEK. Its an original battery and the car is 4 with 135,000 miles. They then wanted to charge us another $365.00 to repair this (this on top of the $300.00+ we paid to have a part that wasnt broken replaced when this was the problem all along...oh and of course since they didnt know which part was bad at the time we had to have TWO replaced, not just one). I would have gladly paid for the parts but didnt feel we should have to pay for repairs when this was their fault. They told us something else was wrong with our car and we already paid for a service we didnt even need. This price quote is not getting a new battery, just the repair to the damaged leads. They stated it would take a few hours labor. We had enough at this point. They didnt seem to mind we were left stranded on the side of the road due to their incompetence with our two children. We called a dealership, notorious for being expensive, and they quoted us $125.00 to fix it. They informed us it would only take about half an hour. So all and all, about $250.00 to repair it AND get a new battery opposed to the nearly $500.00 total it would have been for Firestone to do it (To replace a batter and leads, $500.00)! Not sure what they were smoking.Needless to say, after long-time members of Firestone (we have their credit card and all), we wont be returning. Completely put off by the whole attitude from the employees and the milking of the loyal customers.P.S. Ive had a slow leak in 2 of my tires since I got them. Valve Stem...Still hasnt been fixed properly. Dealership is taking care of that also...
We have had multiple bad experiences here. Three months ago my wife took her Honda Odyssey in to have the tires rotated. When she did they damaged the tire pressure monitoring system in one of the wheels. They tried to get me to pay for it and I told them that it was fine until they touched the vehicle (no TPMS light until they messed with it). They agreed to fix but have been unable to do so. The TPMS sensor they replaced still gives an error code. They are terrible!

These guys changed my rv tire in ten minutes so I could get it back on my rv that was on the side of the freeway.
Two days ago my wife had a blowout on I-65 just prior to rush hour. She has a Honda Odyssey minivan that has been converted to be wheelchair accessible. This type of van rides very low and it used to drag a lot so I put a larger tire on it to help avoid this. Also, they dont have spare tires or jacks but only some green slime and an air compressor. At highway speeds most tires break the tire bead and cannot be refilled with this method. I was fortunately at home and got my impact wench and low profile floor jack and took off to where they were broken down. On the way I called Firestone and told them I need a Bridgestone Dueler H/L Alinza Plus in size 245/70 R17 tire for my wife Odyssey and they said they had one. I got the wheel off my wife car in under three minutes and was on my way. Firestone was prompt and got the single tire mounted and balanced in about 20 minutes. I immediately hurried back to where my wife and son in his wheelchair were waiting on me. I didnt; check the tire since I had told them specifically what I wanted and its scary when your family is up against a wall immobilized during rush hour. Well come to find out the next day when talking to them about getting three new tires for the ones that I didnt change they informed me that they put a 235/60 R17 on the wheel I had just brought in the day before even though I told them exactly the size I needed! The tire they used was the OEM size but it wasnt what they took off and it wasnt what I specifically told them the size I needed was. The tire they used is 1.5 smaller in diameter which has a big impact on whether or not the car drags on speed bumps or not. Not resolved yet but they want to replace if I buy three more tires from them. I will not buy three more tires and they need to refund the one tire they screwed up!
It should not take two hours to get my front rotors replaced, with an appointment no less. Took an hour to even get them inspected. Don’t take appointments if you’re not going to honor them!
