They were awesome! Got me in same day, had me out in under 20 minutes, and even replaced all of my tire caps! The other companies I’ve used always said my tire had to be replaced if I ran over a nail, never repaired, not here! Even though they had my sized tire sent over to the shop, they still were able to patch my existing tire and saved me so much money! I’ve been twice, and I will continue to return, good customer service keeps good customers! Thank you guys for being so wonderful!

Had appointment for oil change. Fast, competent, friendly service. I always use Meinike to service and repair my car. Have always had good honest service here.

Was not truthful about the price of an oil change over the phone. Gave my make and model and they told me it would be $25-35, which turned out to be $72. They didn’t tell me this until after they finished and I had no option but to pay. Very shady

I had my car towed there after a breakdown. It did take a week to get done due to issues with the warranty company. However, Jeff stayed in communication with the car lot to resolve the issues in order to get it done. He also explained everything that needed to be repaired but worked with me to do only the repairs absolutely necessary to get my car running. He was very helpful and understanding of my situation. I will go there for future repairs.

My family and I were on our way back home to Wisconsin from Florida when the wheel bearing on our Saturn Vue was worn to the point of no longer being safe. They squeezed our vehicle in their tight schedule for the emergency repair and got us out the door before hotel check out and we were home that night. I had a tire with a slow leak which is why I stopped in the first place. I got my tire fixed, tires rotated oil changed and a general check up and I was out in just over an hour. I am extra satisfied. I will continue to go back and recommend to friends and family. Friendly and professional.

I originally had a coupon for a cheap oil change. Thats how I discovered them. Once I realized they could do so much more and how helpful and genuine they were I just had them do everything my vehicle needed to have done. All in a couple of hrs. I WILL be a returning customer.

I went to the shop hoping they could tell me what was possibly going on with my car. They told me that my transmission fluid seemed like it was burnt or it smelled burnt so they told me to go to a transmission shop because they couldnt diagnose or repair it. The transmission shop asked what they told me about my car and I shared what they told me and the transmission shop owner said I dont know what they were looking at but there is nothing wrong with your transmission, and how would they know if your transmission fluid is burnt if they didnt take the cap off and look at it? How do you get something like that completely wrong? Not really sure if I should call them out on their work or not.

The service was great, they did what they could to fix the issue. Only problem I had was them breaking my step to get into the truck, and not offering any compensation whatsoever.

The team here went above and beyond! When I blew a tire on the side of the interstate, I called them to get a tow. They contacted my home location (as I was confused which warranty I had). I think the guy was Daniel. The whole team was awesome!

I was pleasantly surprised that this store has not changed through out the pandemic. They still care about my vehicle and how it serves my familys needs. They have never let me down and we have been a customer for many years and hopefully for many more.

They quickly diagnosed the problem, immediately called me letting me know what the issue was and gave me a time when the car was done. It was finished a little early and they called me right when it was finished. Very professional, friendly staff.

The technician at the Franklin location was able to tell me in seconds why the other five shops and myself failed at fixing my tire. I spent 2 months trying to get a tire fixed very frustrating, they ordered me a new tire and had it on the rim the next morning, even though I was a pro at removing the Wheel from the van at this point I decided to let them put it back on and got an oil change while I was there when I started the vehicle I noticed the engine was noticeably quieter I am assuming a better quality oil then what I had been getting from the other place they have earned my return business

Appointment was made same day didnt have the filter sent for it and was there by time my appointment time. Jeff was very nice and got the job done. Thank I will be back again.

Came in for one thing that was quite pricey, and two other things were offered to me. There was a woman there who was asked to have something else she hadnt come in for done. And then another customer was asked to have something else done as well. The guy behind the counter said something along the lines of Well Ill take your money! jokingly. Sure he was being honest. But is it fair Meineke? I dont feel it is.If you use their services, then you might be prepared to have some strong boundaries set up or just shop around other places.Nonetheless, I give 3 stars instead of less because I feel that the associates are just doing their job and its probably a system they have been taught to work in.

I purchased a after market exhaust for my Taurus SHO. I couldnt stand the drone and was going to return it to stock. I did some research and found some people added custom resonators to alleviate the drone. I took the pictures of what people did to Meineke and they modified my exhaust just by going by the pictures. The results were nothing short of amazing, and the price was they charged was low and well worth it. I will continue to use them for all my car service needs. They are professional and they always make sure Im taking care of when Im there. I have never been disappointed with there service. Great job guys.

I had to take my car in to get my A/C fixed. I was able to check it in with no problems, and they had a diagnosis within 30 minutes. I picked up my car about 4 hours later and the air conditioning was better than when I bought the car! Jeff was really professional and carefully explained everything during check-in and check-out.

I recently had AC serviced and I finally found someone who took the time to do it right! The technician didn’t just refill the AC, he checked for leaks and replaced faulty part. The air conditioning now works wonderful. Great service, value and very professional. I will return to Meineke for my future auto needs.

I had a low tire sensor come on during my trip. Luckily, it was indeed just air that was needed. Quickly took care of it all and reset my sensors ... They also didnt overcharge for the services! Super friendly too!

Had an appointment at 11:30am arrived at 10:40am. Put my truck on a lift right away, gave me an estimate, found the problem? A rusted out resonator, had it fixed at a reasonable price. Was out the door on my way at 11:30am Thank You very much.

I will not be back. They tried charging me $121 to change a headlight. I $20 headlight that took them 25 minutes to change and 20 of that was them waiting on the part to be delivered.

Ive been going here nearly 2 years and things are always great but in this case its been rough. After leaving I smelled oil, this happens if there is a spill so no biggie but less than an hour later when I went to leave home my driveway was flooded with oil so, I went straight back leaving an oil trail through my neighborhood. Apparently on internal filters the seal is easy to break so they replaced it and topped off the oil. What stinks is we now have a driveway covered in oil and Im unsure how much will come off or at what cost.

Brought my wifes 2910 ford explorer in for pulling package. Full synthetic plus tire rotation. They did not rotate tires according to manual which is X pattern they did front to rear. I asked about that and why they didnt follow the manual they said thats how its done, with an attitude. I call the tire shop where I purchased the tires and they said to follow the manual and the X pattern. We will never use their service again.

I have taken my car to Meineke twice to have my oil changed. The wait time is minimal and the staff is friendly. The price of an oil change at Meineke is great compared to other well known chains.

We were traveling from northern Indiana to Alabama and were having problems starting our car, thinking that the battery was not charging properly. They worked us in, diagnosed and fixed the problem and we were on our way in less than 90 minutes.

My car did not have an oil leak before I took it to this service center and after I received an oil change I was told by the front desk that my engine was leaking from the front of the vehicle. After I received the car I immediately noticed that it was leaking oil and I took it to my local mechanic to fix the leak and he told me that the leak was coming from the oil filter which was not secured properly. The shop told me there was an oil leak by inspection but were not capable enough to observe that the oil was coming from the oil filter that they had just installed. This shop is not competent enough to properly inspect their own work.

Dan is always friendly and understanding. They will do what you ask and need, never try to oversell.

I scheduled an oil change appointment on line at the Franklin, Indiana Meineke two days prior to my appointment. I arrived on time and even though it looked very busy my car was taken in right away. The manager, Dan, showed me that I needed a new air filter and I used my points to replace it. Total service time was less than one hour. I will continue to bring my vehicles to Meineke.

The people here are very friendly and have great customer service. However when they rotated my tires, they did something incorrect and I heard a loud noise while driving. I went to another Meineke to get it fixed. On the plus side, they are super fast. I would recommend them to anyone in Franklin who is looking to get their oil changed.
