Fixed my moms Toyota tundra’s power steering leak and fixed my Chevy Malibu antifreeze leak . Their labor rate is great and their mechanics are very knowledgeable and honest

Gene is great! He literally went out of his way for us in reaching out to the Claims Center @ Walmart trying to get in contact with them to get our claim handled to get us back on the road & would touch base with us periodically to update us when the Claims guy @ Walmart wouldnt respond to emails or return phone calls after getting an oil change @ the Auto Care Center & them causing thousands of $s worth of damage!

Went out to go to work and saw a puddle of antifreeze under my truck. Called the shop and they had me bring it straight there. They diagnosed it and told me that my radiator was leaking. Couple hours later they called and said it was ready to be picked up. Fast fair service, what more can you ask from a business.

I had a power steering leak...Called up to check status. He said he put it up on the rack & found a clamp that was loose (tightened it and let it run for a while on the rack) no leaks and $20...I still need to go get it and see if its fixed but - Sounds good so far! #MorethanFair

My husband and I have had repairs done on our cars several times here. They have always been honest,quick, and informative every time. Cost has always reasonable and what it should be. Sometimes not charging for things that most places would. Will continue to take our vehicles here!

These guys are honest and trustworthy. I brought my durango in with a nasty noise coming from what I thought was the front diff and was thinking it needed rebuilt. Gene checked it out and it was the cv joint that connects the front shaft to the transfer case and got it replaced for a fair price; much less than what I expected considering the problem I thought I had. Sound travels I guess😆. Highly recommend this place. Honest people.

Krogers puts them to shame on chicken and slaw their stuff is bland

The first time I took my car there they had my car for over a week, and come to find out they NEVER replaced any parts on my car.The second time I had them work on it, they kept breaking the part they was trying to replace. Broke it 2 different times.And after all the time they had it, it still didn’t fix the problem.I also needed one sway bar replaced. They ended up changing both, then charging me for both when I only agreed for one!!!I’d give them zero stars if I could. They was very sweet and very nice. But seem to be half doing everything.

This is my first online review of a company and I must say Me and my husband are frequent customers of #1 Automotive and they are the best. They are professional and only do work that is necessary and never charge you for things you don’t agree to. They will go above and beyond to meet and exceed your expectations. They have earned my business for life.

OH my goodness gracious do not go here. I have never felt so negatively compelled as to write a review, this is my first review because its necessary. I can understand the positive reviews because if you blindly trust and throw money at mechanics youd never know. I am a patient person and never once did I yell in retaliation but goodness once I started realizing I was being screwed over and asking too many questions or ask simply to talk to my husband first they got nasty. They were disrespectful and pushy none of which I warranted or retaliated. It is a long story so to shorten it they did things they said were free but I ended up paying for and tried to do things without my knowledge or consent when I called several times for updates. Which of course they expected me to pay for when I didnt know they were doing it and got really rude and mean when I started saying I couldnt afford what they did. Then they held my car for an extra 28 hours because they wouldnt take their stupid part out of my car which caused my whole process of getting it fixed to be delayed. They told me the part was over 200 dollars more than it was and were trying to charge me for 3 hours of labor when the process should only take at most 30 minutes. Then when they knew I was done they tried to offer taking off labor cost as a last attempt but at that point I was done and was tired of being disrespected. Oh did I mention my car was there three days? Completely unnecessarily... very manipulative bunch theyll make you think theyre trying to help but the second you ask a question they get nasty and try to trap you...

Gene and his crew are great guys. They dont charge you for work that doesnt need to be done. They tell you upfront what work needs to be done and wont do unneeded work. I will keep going back to them.

If I could give negative stars I would. This group is the most shady operating business I have ever experienced. They were supposed to do a free diagnostic for my little sister then they decided to to change the whole distributor without any approval. Then tried to guilt trip her into paying for the unapproved repairs. Well all they likely replaced was the rotor inside of the distributor. There was no signs of the lower housing or other components being replaced. The bolts to remove the lower housing were caked with old grease as well as being completely caked all the way with no signs of tools being used on it or even any smeared grease indicating they removed the lower housing. Then they tried to convince her and then me that they replaced the whole thing and their cost was $200 something and they would take off the 3 hours of labor it took to replace since she was mad about the unapproved fix. They were trying to take advantage of my little sister because she is a woman. I just played dumb so I could get her car out of their shop. The parts cost less than $40 and I fixed it myself with no experience in 15 minutes. They are liars and crooks. I wouldnt let them service a one speed bike.

I took my car to Kemper for Transmission concerns. Upon checking my car, the transmission needed to be overhauled, they were able to complete the overhaul within 3 days, and also was $500 cheaper than any other shop around. Keep up the good work Kemper. I would recommend Kemper Tire to everyone! I will return for future service!!!!

You know as reviews go as the owner sometimes you just cant make people happy as the Honda distributor car they got est on fuel pump over phone like 500.00 dollar est now we could have just put the fuel pump in charged the money and the car still would not of started lol so we do a check out on it we do charge a check out fee but its waved if we do the repairs it needed a distributor to make it run the repair was cheaper than the fuel pump but was still not ok so sometimes no matter how hard you try you cant please everyone lol have a wonderful day

From out of state, on a Saturday afternoon, at closing; they pulled my car in, fixed the problem, then refused payment! Super friendly & sent us on our way with blessings for safe travels. ❤️👍

Great guys willing to do what you need done and not trying to sell you stuff you dont

This company sold me a car WITHOUT a TITLE. After months of telling me that they were having delays in getting the title for the car that they SOLD me I asked for a refund. They then told me that this was a CIVIL matter and that I would have to sue them to get my money back. I contacted the State of Ohio attorney Generals office and found out that This company did not have title for the car that they sold to me! The title and the car were owned by a dealership in Indiana. BEWARE this company is selling cars that they do not have titles for!!!!! You will end up with a car that you do not own.
