The service here is great. I appreciate the cleanliness of the service department and the waiting area. My appointment was scheduled for two hours, so I set up my lap-top and worked in the waiting area. My vehicle was ready in an hour and fifteen minutes. Every appointment Ive had here over the past eight years has been great.

My salesperson was Sam. I came in 1 evening back in April after getting off of work just casually looking. Sam came out onto the lot and met me, found out what I was interested in and helpfully directed me in the right direction. We took a car out for a test drive and then I made my decision...to come back the next day. I returned the next afternoon, did the paperwork and we were good to go. Except for 1 thing, I was solo, with no one to drive the new car home for me. And in steps Sam. He drove the new car to my house for me, following me home. NOW THATS SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! Id have to say the whole experience was very laid back and straight forward. No pushy sales person with him. Some of the best customer service Ive ever experienced in any sector.

I had been working with another Boucher VW dealership and found the color I wanted in Franklin. A leisurely test drive and traction workout (in a safe area) sealed the deal even though the vehicle had a few options that werent on my list. Luis was a pleasure to work with, when I stated the way I prefer to discuss numbers (totals, not payments) he easily discussed totals without a mention of payments. The price and fees were in line with information I was able to find online.

Mike was great to work with. Aside from the actual test drive, we wanted our car buying experience to be conducted mostly by email due to the pandemic and they were accommodating. They had no trouble providing us with all the information we felt we needed to make a good decision. Once we came in to purchase the vehicle things were pretty straight forward. They really did want us to be happy with our purchase and it showed even after the sale was complete.

Due to COVID, I test drove the vehicle I wanted and then discussed options with a number of dealers. Justin Zantow was responsive, efficient, and a pleasure to work with before, during, and after the sale. The purchase process itself was simple, and Justin took the time to explain all the features of the new vehicle, and walk us through setting up the infotainment system and pairing with our mobile devices.

By far the best experience I have ever had at a VW dealership. Purchased a 2021 GLI S with Anthony McBain. He is an excellent salesman, and has extensive knowledge on the VW family of vehicles. It took 3 me attempts to schedule an appointment in a first place in over two months period. Service went well, I was waiting for my vehicle to be ready, was done in 45-60 minutes. Great waiting area, very comfortable and cozy. Multiple inspections was done on my vehicle and still something was overlooked. I will have to make another appointment to replace a broken plastic cap on the 3rd row passenger side seat-pull lever for getting the seat down. Overal good experience.

I worked with John Huey, a salesman there and I believe the service manager Paul (forgot last name, sorry Paul). Initially my girlfriend contacted John and we were able to make an appointment quickly. John had the car ready we were looking for and we all went for a test drive. John was very friendly and relatable. Everything was a smooth process. We had gone back and forth with some negotiations, but John was very straight forward and honest with out being pushy and did the best he could to work with us on price. Highly recommend working with John if you are looking to buy a car here. I doubt youll find someone who is as laid back as John. Secondly working with Paul for some extra services and finalizing the process. Another staff member, extremely friendly and very detailed with the services he had to offer us, crunched numbers several time to see what the final monthly payment was, and best of all, was not trying to force any of the services on us and even gave us some good deals that were tough to pass on. Just purchased a new Volkswagen Tiquan from Boucher (first time dealing with them) and coulldnt be happier. Joe Kryszewski took as much time as we needed to show my wife and I several models. explain the features and advantages, etc., all in a low-pressure manner.When it came time to make the deal we were offered a very fair amount for our SUV (better then CarMax) along with an additional discount. Financing options were also great.On delivery day Joe took plenty of time to make sure we understood all the nuances of what the Tiquan could offer, how to operate the compterized displays and more.We bought an extended service contract, so hopefully Ill be stopping by for several years to come!

I was working with a guy named Jimmy and must say that the overall experience was terrible. He was very rude and did not make me feel comfortable purchasing a vehicle. I decided to look around the lot and approached the sales manager Troy about a vehicle I was interested in and to my surprise I was greeted with a nasty attitude. I really wanted a VW l, I went to VW in Brookfield and was treated very politely and ended up purchasing my car from them.

I came in on Saturday with hopes set on a specific vehicle they had on their lot. Michael greeted us and started to go over the must haves and must not in a vehicle. I told him what I was looking for and why we ended up coming to the dealership in the first place. I ended up leaving with my DREAM car, a 2016 Subaru Impreza sport and was amazed with how knowledgeable and informative Michael Tillman was. This was the easiest hassle free car buying experience ever! Id 10/10 definitely recommend him and this dealership to friends and family.

I just bought a CPO Golf here and was very pleased with how smoothly and quickly the whole process went. If you want a used VW with warranty this location has by far the most selection in southern Wi and probably the state. The building is very new and modern looking inside. If your local dealer doesnt carry much inventory like mine it is definitely worth the extra drive.

On Saturday April 24, 2021 I had by far the very worst experience in a car dealership in my 30+ years of car shopping. I was berated, belittled, and insulted less than one minute into a conversation with Troy, Boucher’s used car manager.What makes this particular situation so exceptional is that I have purchased multiple new VWs from this dealership and have four of my current VW vehicles serviced and maintained totaling thousands of dollars per year.Purchasing a used car begins with an offer and respectful negotiation process, neither of which I was afforded. I was a known customer of Boucher and had come with a cashier check in hand to purchase the vehicle (and all intentions to do so), but I walked out of the dealership immediately after Troy’s unprofessional and offensive reaction.I have noticed that there is another recent Google review (3 days ago) of Boucher and Troy in which the customer walked out and purchased a Volkswagen from another dealership. I sincerely hope the management will take this type of behavior into consideration and re-evaluate their business practices.I will not stand for this type of aggressive behavior both personally and professionally and I will address this through not recommending Boucher. Furthermore, I will move my service work to another dealership. I had a good working relationship with Todd and the service team in Racine through the years and would have otherwise looked forward to a continued business relationship, but this situation is unacceptable and unrecoverable.Respectfully,Jeff WPS: I also dont like being told something inaccurate when I was informed any VW dealership will service Audi at a discount. When I phoned your service manager in Racine he said whoever told you that was lying as they lack the tools and training to do so... to which I responded your used car manager told me that. I am an honest person and value and respect honesty in return.

Everyone in the service department deserves a raise. From the moment I got there to checkout, they were prompt, polite, and professional. Highly recommend!!I have been to the VW dealer in Brookfield and Menomonee Falls and wish I had made it to this dealer sooner! A simple repair was estimated by another shop to require them to have my car for 24 to 48 hours, the service department at Franklin completed the repair, changed some filters, and washed the car in 2 HOURS!! I recently purchased a 2020 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport through Boucher Volkswagen in Franklin. I worked with Luis Veguilla who was great. I shopped for the exact model that I purchased at two different Volkswagen dealers and made it clear during the process that I preferred to get as many elements of the deal ironed out over e-mail, so that I wouldnt have to be at the dealer all day on the day of actual purchase. Luis was super communicative, arranged for me to test drive again on his day off, and answered many questions in advance. On the day of purchase - I had an appointment at 6 pm - and I was signed, sealed, delivered and out the door by 720 pm.Very good experience - I highly recommend!

Luis was a great salesman to work with. patient, professional, explained every thing very well. it took us several months before I was ready and able to get into the showroom, meanwhile, Luis helped me understand the details of the cars, the specs, the different trim packages, etc. finally on the day we made it to the showroom Luis was ready for us, had the right product in the right place waiting for us. Phil Bergman in the business office was super to deal with also. very happy we went to Boucher and glad those two gentleman guided us through the process.

There was a recall on my Jetta which would take 4 hours. I also needed an oil change, tire rotation & check up. I knew this well in advance. I live an hours drive so planned on staying. I was prepared with a great book to read & the coffee pot was full. To my surprise the service writer put two mechanics to work on my car. The car was finished within a couple of hours. The service department did outstanding work & customer service!!

One star experience with Boucher VW. We had a pleasant experience with our sales rep Jimmy Lemke, up until we wanted to purchase the vehicle. Dont get me wrong, Jim was very kind and did a thorough job at keeping me informed on the status of the vehicle I was interested in, but the sales manager ruined the whole experience for me. The preowned vehicle had several issues I pointed out and the sales manager REFUSED to even have the vehicle looked. Its a used vehicle, I understand, but you cannot sell a vehicle with a bad wheel bearing (as loud as day), parking break lever was broken (sales manager considered this a cosmetic issue), power seat motor sounded screamed like a dying pig when adjusted. I was a former technician at a dealership for over 13 years, I knew exactly the game they were playing. Preowned vehicles get thoroughly inspected before sales, sales manager will determine what issues to fix or not to fix base on that vehicles profit and safety priorities. Unfortunately, the vehicles condition was too severe to over look and they were unwilling to to even re inspect the problems to confirm my concerns. Luckily, we found the same make and model a few miles away in better condition, with lower mileage, and at the same price, with a dealership that actually cared to fix the issues we found.To anyone buying a preowned/ used vehicle, PLEASE have a personal mechanic look at the vehicle before you make a decision. This is not only with Boucher, but with all dealership in general. Im still very troubled that someone of lesser knowledge will eventually buy that same vehicle we looked at and have to spend extra money to repair it after sales.

This was the first time I visited the service department since buying my vehicle, and it was a flawless visit. I came in for a routine oil change and was surprised when my car was done before they said it would be, with a car wash thrown in. The facility was clean, and my service advisor was knowledgeable and invested in making my service as easy as possible. See you in 10,000 miles!

As a first time car buyer, I had a generally positive experience at Boucher Volkswagen of Franklin. Anthony is a personable salesman and had a positive attitude throughout the entire process! I really am enjoying the car I drove away with too. Although I ended up with a great ride (Thanks again Anthony), I did have problems with communication from the dealership. After expressing interest in my vehicle and being told I would need to wait until tomorrow to sign for it, the next morning the online listing price went up by $1.5k, despite the car being on the lot for multiple months. This increase made me confused and frustrated after being ready to commit to the previous days price (had the used car manager been there during my visit). After not being able to get ahold of my salesman to discuss the increase, I was put in contact with the used car manager who came off as unsympathetic and I felt like my concerns were annoying to him. This left me even more frustrated and nearly ready to abandon the transaction altogether. Luckily, I was able to get in contact with the GM, Pat. In my conversation with Pat, he addressed my concerns and personally sorted out the communication issues. After that, the sale went off without a hitch! Brian, in financing, was very professional and friendly. If not for my experience with the used car manager and his weird price increase (which was sorted out by Pat), I would have rated 5/5 stars. Overall good experience!

Be careful when buying used cars from here, I was assured that everything was looked over by a mechanic but within a week after buying the car I noticed the ebrake didn’t work and the brakes were totally shot and started grinding metal on metal, and they didn’t even bother resetting the oil life on the car even if they did, but overall the car is in pretty good condition just had to fix those things on it only a week after buying the car.

I had a really great and easy buying experience here. Sam was a very personable and knowledgeable salesman. I felt like I got a good deal on my trade-in and on my new car. I will highly consider buying my next car here.

Allow me to preface that I work 12 hours a day and finding time to car hunt is difficult. When I had found a vehicle that I thought was perfect for me, I had set an appointment as earliest I could. The dealership asked me to set an appointment. I had family pick me up the night before and drive me out 45 minutes to the dealership. When we pulled into the parking lot I had received a text message that the car was out on a test drive. Then I received a text that the car was sold. What is the point of an appointment if you don’t keep it? I will not be looking further into what this dealership has to offer because they wasted my family and I’s time. I understand sales and work in sales myself. However, that to me was a sheer inconsideration to our potential patronage.

I’ve purchased 3 vehicles from Joe K dating back to 2015. He’s always been helpful with getting me into a car that fits budget and checks off various needs. Joe K never seems to pressure you into something and always finds a way to sweeten the deal. I’ve used the service department for everything as well and they’ve been thorough and accommodating.I’ll continue to use Boucher in the future.

This was my first time buying a vehicle from Boucher VW. We worked with Sam (highly recommend) who was hands down the best sales person Ive encountered. Very personable and knowledgeable guy who was excited to show us all the features of the Atlas we were considering. After deciding on the Atlas, we learned they didnt have the exact one we wanted. It turned out the trim we wanted was a bit hard to find. There was only one available in the state, and they were able to get it. 10K service completed on 2021 Atlas today in Boucher Volkswagen in Franklin today. There was a small oil leak after the service, for which Boucher went above and beyond to correct as soon as it was brought to their attention.

Driver for the shuttle was extremely nice and pleasant! Brian in service took the extra time to answer my questions and concerns for my TDI Jetta.

Service was what I would expect. professional, timely, and no surprises. I did get a ride from the shuttle to my home, and I cant say enough good about the shuttle driver. I believe his name was Steve, he was a super ambassador for Boucher. Enjoyed his professionalism, and his great personality.

We went to test drive a vehicle this weekend and before we did, our salesperson seemed very nervous and asked if we would only drive it for 5-10 minutes, then probably because we had a peculiar look he said 10-15 minutes. Now this seemed odd but disconcerting because the driver, my partner, is a person of color. I do not know if the salesperson was judging him based on his appearance but I do think it would be best to establish a protocol, perhaps saying we just ask everyone who is test driving not to exceed a certain amount of time or something along those lines. My experience at Boucher was an anomaly. Unfortunately, the Title to the vehicle I wanted to buy got lost, and it took 2 months for a new one to be acquired. However, Joe in sales got me a brand new VW CC to drive (free of charge) and was in constant contact, while I waited. It wasn’t ideal to have to wait as long as I did, but it was totally worth it. In the end, the guys at Boucher were able to drop my APR by over 3% and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I couldn’t have asked for better service!

I was interested in a certain car and asked if there was wiggle room to play with and no one had a real answer. The general manager i spoke to said he will let me know the next day. Next day came still no answer another excuse to wait. So i waited the next day and they said they are still waiting on the service to be done ill have an answer tomorrow for you so i waited. Third day comes and the sales rep calls me to say they sold it because the person was willing to pay online price but so was I???? i just asked if they would go down lower and according to them thats asking for a discount??? WHAT?? no thats buying a car talk. Then the sales rep said sorry nothing I can do even tho the general manager told me that I will be informed because I called about it.THREE DAYS LATER no one told me anything and they sold it. I bought from this place in the past and do all services here and frankly Im so disgusted with this place! GREAT BUSINESS to forget about customers.

My entire purchasing process was amazing from beginning to end....I wasnt rushed or pressured into anything. Everyone was friendly. Luis was very patient with me and my indecisiveness. I picked the right dealership, salesperson and vehicle! Im so excited about my 1st NEW car purchase!!

Very helpful staff, overall car buying experience was good. However the safety inspection that comes with a preowned car was obviously non-existent. Good thing I replaced the brakes right away. Both rear brake calipers were totally seized up giving me no rear brakes. I recommend taking your car to a mechanic before purchasing or asking for a real inspection. Other reviews of buying pre-owned cars from this dealer match what I experienced. (AC compressor and front struts both had to be replaced within 2 months of owning)

I usually never write reviews but they truly deserve it. Cannot say enough about this dealership. Really a top notch place. Very comfortable. Not pushy in any way, shape or form. They treat you like family and as an equal. Very transparent and helpful. Making sure you are on the same page, every step of the way. Same can be said about the finance team. Always making sure they explore the best option and pulling through for you. Sam was my salesman both times. I would recommend him to anyone. Very personable and easy to talk to. A vw enthusiast himself. You really do not have to be afraid of that typical dealership that will try and swindle you into something. I have bought two vw’s from them now. Two used tdi’s. I will always come back to them when purchasing my next vw.
