Had to inspect both my vehicles and an oil change for one. I was very pleased with the services from W&J Auto. Not only did the technician show me some trouble areas but also made excellent recommendations. Also fixed an issue with noise under one of them. Cute doggie too!

Needed to get an inspection sticker asap. Walt fit me right away. Unfortunately at first my car failed due to bad brake caliper. I couldnt afford to have Walt do the work because we just had barely enough to buy the part but fortunately my husband can and did replace the caliper and we returned to Walt the next day for the sticker. He was alway super nice, understanding and honest. His shop is not visible from the main road so you have to look him up vs just seeing a sign and pop in.

Great place to get your car fixed. They provide excellent details on any issues with my cars, making it easy to understand exactly what was going on. Newer model cars don’t be discourage, they have the tools to fix any technical issues! They are well known in the neighborhood, so it’s best to schedule an appointment, but even then they can finish your car in a timely manner! I am so happy with the fast work he’s done with my car and will continue to use them as our home auto shop!

I showed up a bit early and they took care of me.. and they werent booking 2 weeks out, so I got in there very fast on top of that.

Went for an inspection yesterday. He said that i needed to get 2 safety issues fixed; which was alright, however was told that when i come back; i needed to give him an extra $20 before he will put the sticker on.He had never done this before and i have never heard of any other inspection garage to do that.I will not be going back to him anymore.

We contacted W&J to look over a truck we were interested in buying from a local dealer. Being from VT we didnt know anyone in the Franklin area and took our chances based on the positive online reviews. I cant begin to explain the comfort and relief we felt after having Walt look at the truck. He was extremely knowledgable, squeezed us in short notice and thoroughly looked over the truck as if he was purchasing for himself. Although we didnt end up purchasing the truck, we felt confident in its condition and needed repairs after spending just 15 minutes at W&J. Looking and finding a honest and trustworthy mechanic is like looking for a needle in a haystack we all know it, well I have found the needle in the haystack . Called W&J Auto Repair Friday morning to see if they could fit me in to look at my car cause my front end was BAD, not only did he fit me in, my car was fixed in a matter of a couple hours, brakes, rotors, calipers and wheel bearings. Both Walt and Jaime are great mechanics and I highly recommend them. Our experience was not very good. He left grease all over the vehicle. The alignment was sooo bad (when wheels were straight our wheel was turned) and stripped our wheel locks. Prices were ok but not worth the headache or hassle. It really was not a good experience. I gave three stars because its a small business and dont want to bring their score way down.

I cant tell you how refreshing it was to go here. Im ex military, and have been in NH for about 6 years. Dont know much about the area. I have three cars, which means a lot of repairs. I have been to easily 12 different garages. From Manchester, Concord, Rochester, and Derry. This place gave me the customer service that impressed me a great deal. They had prices that didnt make my wallet hurt, and when I had something wrong during my last inspection, they told me everything I needed to know, very clearly. I will be coming here with all of my automotive needs, finally found my go to shop.
