I had a noise in the back of my car, a thunk sound, happens at times going over certain bumps. They could not replicate it. They checked struts, shocks and every other component under my car. Everything looked fine to them.I said cant fix whats not broken.When I picked up my car Trevor took me out to my car, thinking they found where the noise was coming from. Nope, not it. So anyway, Trevor told me come by anytime to pick him up for a service test drive to find where the noise was coming from. Very nice of him! They fixed my exhaust which was my main problem.Thank you!! Very satisfied with service in Franklin

Midas of Franklin is officially my favorite place to get my car serviced! I got a flat tire on the highway during a road trip and stopped here for repairs. You’d think Midas, being a big company, would be impersonal and cold. Nope! Every person I interacted with was warm, friendly, remembered my name (and my car’s name), and helpful. The price was reasonable, the service was GREAT and quick! 10/10 would recommend to everyone. My car hasn’t driven this well since I first got her (10 years ago!) What a wonderful experience!

This Midas is fabulous! Simon and staff are always ready to help you and explain what needss to be done. I have stopped by with low tire pressure & they have always helped me. They take care of my oil changes and anything else my car needs. I wont take my anywhere else.

I arranged for an 11:00 to 3:30 appointment, so that I could sleep in. You called and asked for an 8:00 am Drop Off for the appointment. Now that I understand the process I would choose the earliest appointment so I could wait. Trevor was extremely apologetic about the delay. My Mazdas original rotors and pads lasted for 96,735 miles.

Very honest and professional. Thought i needed a new tire but was told the plug that was in the tire was sufficient and the tire was not leaking air. Will start using Midas for oil changes.

I cannot recommend this place enough. From the initial phone inquiry to the appointment and my follow-up call they were not only knowledgeable and professional...they went out of their way to let me know what they actually cared about me and my car. Instead of trying to sell me services/products I didnt need, they offered suggestions as to what I could do that would make economical sense...to me!!! They were fabulous.

I’m willing to pay a little bit more than your lowest priced mechanic to get good, quality, timely service.Whether it’s your normal oil change, brakes, new tires or any other potential car trouble, they have you covered. Don’t make an appointment online. They don’t honor the times allegedly available. You would have to leave your car there all day regardless.

I dropped my vehicle off I’m happy that they fixed my exhaust but the price should be cheaper since it was done in a half hour instead of an hour they get paid flat rate so something that probably take 20 minutes they charge an hour I work on automotive service and if I had a way to weld I would do it myself. Customer service was good. I just think fixing a split exhaust should not have been $180

Had rear brakes installed on 2016 Jeep. Techs also cleaned and remounted front brakes that we’re causing a shimmer . Jeep drives better than it has since I purchased it in January. Techs were courteous, explained everything, did a 32 point inspection and went over items of concern. These guys do a very thorough job.

From start to finish Midas in Franklin knocked it out of the ball park. They were prompt and professional. The lobby and bays were sparkling clean. They offered advice and solved an issue with my cloudy headlights making it remarkably safer to drive. The car was ready right at the time they promised. Communication was clear. It was my first time there and I’ll happily take my car there the next time it has an issue. I could not be happier with their service.

Asked good questions and listened to my issue and symptoms, got a good headstart on diagnosis which saved time. Explained the discovery and solution, confirmed cost (which aligned to initial estimate) and got my consent before doing the work. Finished in the time window given, and everything works as it should. Also, waiting area and shop are super clean, employees also clean and professionally attired. Everyone polite and on point. Good shop, theyve earned the next visit from me.

I have been going here for a few years and they are extremely honest. They tell you everything and dont try to milk every dollar our of you. They are friendly, on time and quick. There is nothing negative I could say. This is the only place my wife and I go now.

This Midas was incredible. Not only were they fast and just so attentive, they completely spoiled my 2 girls who were being (very uncomfortably impatient). My car battery died at Wendys right near by. My two boys and I were going for a bike ride and this unfortunate surprise threatened our plans. I walked over to Midas asking if they could help, they offered to walk over, jump start the car, and quickly squeeze us in for a diagnostic and a battery change. First time at a Midas for me. I was skeptical but must day I was pleasantly surprised. Simon at the front desk was great - personable, polite, professional and honest and the techs were just as good.

This Midas is the best mechanic shop i’ve ever been to - hands down. The staff is so friendly and educated and goes above and beyond to help with any of your auto problems. Not only did they repair my car perfectly and with urgency, they also gave me tons of advice about a problematic car loan issue. Again, they go above and beyond. Sometimes you go to a mechanic and they sell you dreams and all kinds of things you don’t need and before you know it your cars in worse shape then when you started. Well this happened to me (not at Midas) and as result I needed all kinds of work I was not prepared for. Simon talked me through everything I needed made sure I really understood why and was so helpful through my whole experience with Midas he is totally awesome and really saved the day ! I had used another repair shop for years though their service had been going down. I tried out Midas and was thrilled with the service. They weren’t pushy and were very thorough with the things my older car needs and the things that I may have to plan for down the line. Awesome! I’ve found myself a new repair shop!

I have used Franklin Midas several times. I came in again yesterday for an issue with my brakes. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. They did a GREAT JOB! Not only did they fix all the issues with my brakes, but they also figured out the source of an ongoing vibration that had been troubling me for some time. I am very pleased with them and will definitely go to them with any future issues with my vehicle!!

I went in because of a rattle. Turned out I had exhaust system issues and other things. The crew was very professional.They gave me the amount of time it would take and let me wait until it was finished. Based on the labor costs alone I saved $1000 + over going to the dealer.. plus I found out I can save with oil changes and the like.Im happy.

I showed up and the nice gentleman asked what I wanted done, I told them and was in and out the fastest I have ever been for an oil change and (free) tire rotation. The price was reasonable and they pointed out something I should follow up on but didn’t try to push unnecessary add ons like other places I have been. Overall great experience and I will definitively return. Jason was on shift and was super friendly and helpful!

We were headed to Cape Cod when the exhaust system came apart. We called ahead and they were able to get the car on the lift quickly and provide a quote. Unfortunately parts weren’t available for several days and since we were from out of town we needed to be on the road. They were able to fix it temporarily so we could get back on the road. They were fast, responsive and kept us up to date on what was happening. Definitely recommend them and would stop again if they were closer to our home.

Had a really great experience for my first visit at this location! Had a couple prior experiences with other Midas locations, some didn’t remember to reset the maintanence lights on my car, etc however Jason and his team of automotive techs, Antonio and Derek, were very helpful and made me feel like they truly cared about me & the safety of my vehicle. I appreciate that they each took the time to really show me what was going on with my vehicle, will be coming back!

After a few visits and repairs, this place is my “go to” now... the workers at this Midas follow through and do what they say they’re going to do and they do it in the time they promise. They provide friendly and professional service, spotless garage and waiting areas (with free Wi-Fi so I could work), and do work that is consistently done at a high quality and fair price. I really like that they text a link to the documentation of the visit, including pictures of what they found and all their recommendations. Two thumbs way up.

Simon stayed overtime to make sure I had a safe car to drive a long upcoming road trip, and then personally delivered it to my house when it was ready. I couldn’t ask for more dedicated customer service.

My husband wanted certain tires on his SUV I called and Jason helped immediately. He let us know that the tires we wanted were discontinued but that he would call me right back when he could find a replacement. 10 min later he called back with a replacement brand and quote. The appointment was set up. I arrived early for my appointment they took the vehicle back and got to work! We ended up needing 4 new tires to pass inspection and that’s when Simon stepped in with his prior inspection requirement knowledge and showed me exactly why it wouldn’t pass. He was very friendly and even helped with some questions I had about my other vehicle. I also liked that they check out the whole car and send an extensive report to your phone that included pictures and suggestions for the repairs needed on your vehicle. I would really recommend this place to anyone.

You know, I went to Midas in Attleboro and I wasnt happy with them. But I like the one in Franklin. They seem to be very thorough and do a good job, and I think the prices are okay.

I did a walk in for oil change and it was quick. I had to remind him to apply a coupon that’s all their website. I had mentioned at the start of the transaction. Otherwise everything was good

I am revising my review after speaking with Simon. In fairness to Simon, he did clarify their procedures that resulted in complaints that were relayed to me by my son who was not pleased with the service at all. Truth is my sons only valid complaint was that he wanted regular oil and they would only give him synthetic. My sons car has never had synthetic in it and a Chevy Spark can certainly run on either. Recommendations are not requirements and I would simply say provide the oil the customer asks for. Thanks for the call Simon and my apologies for thinking this was a bigger issue then it was.

Specific kudos to Jason and Rich, both managers, who helped me initially and on the day of service, very impressed, gave me two rebate offers for brakes and tires, saved ANOTHER $90, what more could you ask for?
