Communication could have been a little better but’s think they are down a guy. They beat everyone’s price as far as rebuilding my transmission on my Chevy 1500 and they were able to get my transmission in quicker than any transmission shop in my area thanks fellas!

We use to live in Franklin and used Transmaster for any car repair because they are honest, fast and do great work. They are up front with what needs done and what doesnt. We have since moved to Lebanon but will continue to use Transmaster for our car repairs.

Ive used this place twice in the last 10 years . Seem like a pretty good bunch of guys and appear to me to be honest which is hard to find nowadays. I also own a business and try to be fair with my customers...

I came here to get a new transmission for my Honda Civic. The staff here are honest, kind, and knowledgeable. They know what they are doing and they are always willing to help their customers. Since I dont know that much about cars I trusted them with everything. Great customer service!

Only been a week but transmission working well great job for an excellent price

Worst company ever. Had a trasmission go out of one of my trucks (I have a fleet of 20 trucks all the same make and models), took it to Tras Masters for repalcement. Trans Master repalced the transmission and it failed about a month later, They replaced it and the second one failed again. They replaced it again and the third time it failed within a few months of the original failure. Trans Master failed to warranty the transmission for the fourth time and had to take it to the dealership for replacement. No other transmission issues with any of my other vehicles in my fleet. Be very wary of this company. They will not stand behind their work. Please learn from my mistake and find another transmission shop to deal with. Worst Company Ever!!!
