I will never go anywhere else for an oil change. I had only been like two other times and this was about six months apart. I go today and he completely different vehicle and he remembered my name and my old vehicle. I have a brand new truck with 5000 miles on it and he told me to come back at 7500 miles and topped off all of my fluids for free. you can’t pay for that kind of service.

These guys are the model for Trusted Mechanic. We take our cars to them for stuff they can do and also stuff they cant even do, because they *know* cars so well and they will diagnose the problem and refer us to another shop that can help. Their prices are fair and they are honest. This is a family-owned business passed from father to son (Dominic), and we watched the son be trained by his dad. He has been fixing cars since he was very young and has always had a capable, courteous team working for him.

This place is the definition of a locally-owned small business that deserves more support. I moved to Nashville 6 years ago and found it through a groupon deal - driving 30+ minutes for a discount. Years later, I refuse to go anywhere else (and still drive 30+ minutes) strictly because I love the service.Every time you pull up, theres a polite young man (for years it was the owners son) to greet you and ask about your car. Theyre always so sweet and respectful, lots of yes/no maam. Ive never had to wait, get out of my car, or be there for more than 15 minutes. They have your info on file and can tell you which services are due, but theyre never pushy, which I really appreciate. Ive been offered water & coffee more times than not and half the time I have my dog, which they give a treat.You can tell the employees have good heads on their shoulders and are probably local students. They obviously respect the owners because you receive the same great service regardless of whos working. Good people all around.Its become such a delight to go get my car serviced -- seriously. Its become a thing with me & partner, he cant fathom why I drive so far and get so excited to go. Ive been meaning to write this review for years, and I dont write reviews. But theyre one of my favorite businesses and they deserve it.

This place is hands down my favorite spot to get an oil change or maintenance ever. The guys working there are incredibly friendly, professional, and most importantly, honest. I never feel like I’m being up-sold or being pressured to pay for services that my car doesn’t immediately need.They explain everything clearly and simply in regards to what my car needs and what’s happening with it, and are incredibly patient and kind.Wait times during my visits have been short and the guys are always upfront about what kind of wait I’m looking at.Just a heads up, they don’t take appointments but that really shouldn’t be a problem as they tend to work quickly.I cannot recommend them high enough.

When service is this good it really stands out. Brandon and the guys at Super Express Lube are incredibly professional and they absolutely dont up sell you like other places.Ive been taking my 5 cars to them to get oil changes for years and it took me asking them if they do other services. They cleaned my foggy headlights and they fixed the breaks on my daughters car. All this at a reasonable price.On most service appointments they will say you may need to do (fill in the blank) in a few thousand miles but not today. I like that because they do not pressure you to do a service right now. If they do, then it really must be done.Finally, the best analogy I can think of to compare their service is that they are the automotive version of Chick-fil-A. I wholeheartedly recommend Super Express Lube.

This was my first time using Super Express Lube in Franklin and I was blown away. They were very kind and professional. They were very thorough they made some suggestion (air filters and a tag bulb) but didn’t pressure me to buy anything extra. I will only be using Super Express Lube for oil changes moving forward.Update: I was so impressed with my first trip to Super Lube Express that I took my wife’s car today. Everything was perfect just like before.

Went in for an oil change the other day. Ive been to many places to get my oil changed and Super Express Lube has by far been the best. I was in the shop for a maximum of 15 minutes. They were fast, very friendly, informative, and they go above and beyond to make sure each customer is taken care of in an efficient, professional manner. Wonder if any of them have small children or babies in their family? Probably not or they may think about the noise they are causing rather than their own self enjoyment. Need to recommend this entire large community to start giving negative reviews to this business. They obviously only care about people that are in their shop at that moment, and could care less after the clock. Not a smart way to run a community based business.

The technician who performed the work below (did not catch his name) was also very polite.The highlight of the visit was the service provided by Isaac. He was extremely professional and courteous, explained every step along the way, and was never pushy with his service recommendations. I felt very well taken care of, and as a result I will continue to take all of our vehicles here for service and will recommend to others.

My husband and I have had some recent experiences at dealerships that havent been very pleasant, so I did some research and found this family-owned shop and took a chance. Im sure glad I did! I went in for an oil change and found I had another issue going on, that was going to be costly. The staff took the time to explain to me what was all going on with my car, my options, and left it up to me on what to do. I was never made to feel pressured or uncomfortable (especially as a young female). The cost was very reasonable, the service was quick and they were extremely helpful in trying to meet my car needs. I feel, had I gone to the dealership with this issue, it would have cost me a fortune and the service would have been mediocre. I would highly recommend this place and the oil prices are great, compared to other local competitors. We will be back in the next 3,000 miles! :)

Once again, this place is the best. Dominique is the man!!! I got oil & filter changed, fuel filters changed and a transfer case service on my Ford F250 diesel. Called the dealership they wanted $534.12 for all 3 services and here it cost $245.88!!! Thats a savings of $288.24. Thats CRAZY!!!! Thanks again guys, great job!!! B

I was assisted by a technician named Isaac. He was extremely professional, kind, and competent. He made sure to explain to me the reason for everything that he did or suggested, exhibiting an honesty and sincerity that are notoriously rare in the industry. The work they performed was quick as well. I would highly recommend their services.

On Thanksgiving eve I took my car for its first oil change and tire rotation since moving to my newest home. The welcoming and polite young man tells me he wants to check my tires before he decides to rotate them and comes back and tells me it’s not necessary and that my tires look great. He then proceeds to bring me the dipstick to show me that 1) the oil level is good and 2) the oil is very clean. So no need to change the oil yet either. He goes on and on about my car and how he has never seen one with such high mileage in such great shape. I thank him and try to tip him which he refuses repeatedly and when he finally accepts, he says he will take all his coworkers to lunch with it. We both laugh when I say he’s going to need more money than what I gave him. Since I did some research, I expected great service at Super Express Lube but there was no way I expected to be treated with such professionalism and courtesy by these young men. As I drove away I had the biggest smile on my face and in my heart. I would definitely recommend this place!

This station is family owned. I highly recommend them. I drive a little out of my way to go there. They are so friendly and take good care of you and your car. I hardly ever have to wait. They dont try to oversell you something you dont need. Dominic is the owner and he was fantastic.

Came into this place because my brakes were squeaking, and also needed an oil change. They cleaned my brakes and changed the battery in my key fob for free. Then they recommended services and let me know what was needed and what wasnt. Most of all I like that they tell you the good things about your car. I would 100% recommend these guys. They are fast,convenient, and super friendly! Definitely not taking my car anywhere else! :)

Brakes, oil changes, leak inspections, and even a high pressure fuel pump change. This is the most honest business I have dealt with and why I go straight to Dominick and Silas if I need anything for my cars. Glad to have this business in town.These guys are top notch, always consistent in their service. They recommend exactly what you need, and dont push any extras onto you. Just left Super Lube. They charged me $200.00 for services they claim I requested. When I told them I didn’t request the additional services the manager said they heard an employee explain it to me. Went in for an oil change and left spending 200.00. Stay away from this overpriced and unethical oil place. I’m going to dispute the additional charges with my bank.FYI I’m the kind of guy that loves to leave positive reviews. It is unfortunate that I feel the need to write this.

Good thing the other place didnt have my oil filter. Pulled into the bay, no wait, Dominique, the owner, greeted me. Super knowledgeable and friendly young man. Was in & out in less than 15 minutes. Was the cheapest and wasnt even looking for cheap. Extremely satisfied. Will be back!!!!!!!
