Started with search for specific model - F-150 Powerboost Hybrid, not many out there - Franklin Ford had a great selection. Great sales person - Ron, very knowledgeable on the truck and super easy to work with. Really helpful on everything needed to get the deal done. Would definitely go back.

My experience with Franklin Ford was a low pressure, relaxed and friendly discussion in which I was able to get to a deal that worked for me for a Ford Ranger Lariat that was exactly the vehicle that met my search criteria. Everyone including the salesman that worked with me, the finance manager, the sales manager, and the salesman who swapped my plates when I picked up the truck, were all a pleasure to engage with. One of the best experiences to date for purchasing a vehicle! Met with Sergey and took the vehicle for a test drive with him. The price was where it needed to be Carfax value was marked as Great value. During the test drive I noticed a few issues and called them out while putting a deposit on it. All my issues were corrected, even the factory recall, new brakes (drums/pads) and the car was ready for pickup! The overall process from dealing with the finance guy through to sales....the smaller dealer knows customer satisfaction is key to repeat business!!! Wish they sold other brands ...:-) but all in all, from the GM (Bob), finance to sales....spot on! Thank you for a smooth and painless transaction!! Very sincere and genuine!!

I was not happy at all. A warranty company that was promoted by Franklin Ford was a horror show. I had to go through 6 days of trouble. Inspectors not showing up when they were suppose too.I scheduled the brake job on Thursday September 9th for the warranty repair. The service guy said they will be there. They were not. They showed up on Monday September 13. The dealership was not able to work on the vehicle until Tuesday September 14.I picked up the vehicle and they brakes were terrible. The pedal went to the floor and when i looked in the reservoir for the brake fluid, it was low. They informed me that they took it for a drive. If they did then they should have noticed it. I then had to leave the car for another night so that it can be repaired correctly, according to the dealership.I picked up the vehicle on Wednesday September 15. I received a call at 10 am informing me that my vehicle is ready.The manager, service person continued to apologize and was putting the blame on the warranty company for the delay.I get it but they promoted the warranty product. Oh and by the way, the warranty for having the rear brakes repaired cost me over $500.I also found items on the print out that I was told was either covered or was going to be no charge. I was charged for the rental and I was charged for an oil change that I was told was free. That was done on September 2. The total cost for this ordeal was over $1000 and again I was charged over $500 for this service.I was given a free works program for my vehicle on my next service of the vehicle from the fixed operations manger. of course thats if I go back

This was my first service appointment at Franklin Ford. It was an oil change for a new F150. When I got there, I also asked about a problem I had noticed with one of the exterior mirrors. They said they would look at it. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. There is coffee, water, and a vending machine. Bathrooms are available. The service appointment only took about 40 minutes. The service technician had contacted Ford about my exterior mirror problem, and the company is replacing the mirror for free. The cost of the oil change was competitive with other car service places, independent and dealerships. Overall, a great experience.

I purchased my convertible Mustang about two months ago here and I have to say it was really a great and warm feeling. So different from other dealerships where I either felt rushed or ignored. The folks at Franklin Ford really took a personal interest in me and took their time to see how they could help me. If anything, I would have to say it was that old-time, personal touch, building relationships-type experience, and not just feeling like a number. Joe Bevilacqua was my salesperson and being so friendly and knowledgeable he was able to easily provide me with what I wanted and made my purchase so seamless and enjoyable. And on top of all that I absolutely love the car I bought!! It is exactly what they said it was, as it was in excellent condition and drives fantastic! I have been trying to get a hold of this dealership regarding my Bronco reservation. The only time I can get through to anyone is on the website chat and all they do is say the internet sales manager will call you tomorrow. He/she never calls or returns my emails. Going to a new dealer that can communicate better. I guess Franklin ford does not want my money or business.

Tried to assist my Dad with buying a new F250 at Franklin Ford after shopping at a few different Ford dealerships. They had the exact vehicle we wanted on their lot and the other Ford dealerships did not. We test drove the vehicle and got to business on the numbers for the vehicle and our trade value. The Salesman, Brian, was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, Brian wasnt calling the shots and when the Sales Manager, Ian, got involved this experience went sour really fast. Lies from Ian along with bait and switch tactics are not a very comforting feeling when trying to spend hard earned money. He called the other dealerships liars when we referred to deals we could get elsewhere (we had them in writing). Ian said if we can get a better deal elsewhere that we should call him first because he would buy the vehicle at that price. Lol! He stated he couldnt give us a better price on our trade because he wanted to put my Dad’s vehicle on his lot and he would be unable to provide a new potential buyer long-term financing for a 10 year old vehicle! Why is this our problem? The more Ian talked, the more I knew this deal wasn’t going to happen. Maybe these lame tactics work on some people, however this was extremely obvious to us that Ian belongs in a fly-by-night used car lot. Let me tell you why….We left Franklin ford on a Wednesday and on Thursday we called back the initial Ford dealership who was willing to give us the best vehicle price Franklin Ford had to offer and willing to give us $4500 MORE for the trade!!!!!! Only problem was they didn’t have the vehicle we wanted on their lot and we would have to wait for them to obtain one… This is where it gets good! The dealership we ended up doing business with got the Ford F250 that we test drove at Franklin Ford transferred to their dealership for the vehicle price and trade in value they initially promised to honor us.We SAVED $4500 by doing a little legwork and not falling for the poor sales tactics at FRANKLIN FORD!P.S. Ian asked us to give him one last shot at selling us a vehicle before we made a deal at any other dealership. We were sitting in front of Franklin Ford’s sales team with the F250 truck 50 feet away from us ready to make a deal and they failed to make a deal. Why would we ever call them back?!?!

The experience here was fair at best. After the purchase many issues came up and were of major inconvenience. The first being issues involving rebates, while this issue was more on Ford side directly the dealer offered little support. I wasnt really concerned about the rebeate in the end but more so the dealer not standing by their customers and supporting them. Even the support line for Ford said my chances would have a better outcome if the delaer called on my behalf. The next issue was in the paperwork, they gave me a lower mileage on paperwork than car actually had in it. The other big issue was the detail job they gave me after purchasing. The first detail was more of an express wash at best. There was still dirt in areas that were very noticeable. The most concerning part was a razor blade was also left on the car, luckily I noticed it. I would have hate to have seen the car been sold to a young family and a small child find the blade. The dealer did offer a complimentary redetail after issues were presented to them but was a major inconvenience having to waste gas and a day off to get it done. Even after the second detail there was still dirts in noticeable areas. Overall this was a much worse experience from my previous purchase at a different Ford delaer a few years ago. This dealer seems like more just after the sale and numbers. The only reason I gave them 2 instead of 1 stars is they at least acknowledged these issues when they were brought to their attention. Though they offered little support aside from the redetail. Based off this experience I unfortunately will not be returning customer to this dealer.

Went here with a lincoln I just bought that had blue coolant in it. Ask them to change it to correct coolant for my car. Took work off went there and got it done, afterwards checked it and noticed its light green. Called and asked why it wasnt the specialty dark green and was informed it was discontinued and since it use to have green they chose the light green. Called 6 other ford/lincoln dealers to ask if this was correct and was told DO NOT PUT LIGHT GREEN COOLANT IN THE CAR! and that dark green was discontinued so use the specialty yellow! Called Franklin ford back and they said sorry they screwed up and bring it back and they will do it again. So I take another day off of work go down there wait the 2 hours and finally get my car back. Checked under hood and coolant is exact same light green it was! When I asked why they gave me a BS story how they couldnt get all the green out...yet you had no problem removing all the blue? Anyway they claim they changed it out but everyone else says there is no way. So in the end I bought the proper coolant and did the job myself cause you cant count on the service department at this stealership to actually do the job. Ill even attach a picture of the yellow coolant they replaced it with and anyone who isnt color blind can clearly see the green! Anyone thinking of getting service here please save yourself alot of potential trouble and go somewhere else. Im out 200+ and what comes out to be a full day of work

All in all it was one of the best purchasing experiences I’ve had in a long time. Every promise they made me they kept or exceeded. Dave Raspallo and Dave Sotherland were very helpful with my purchase of my 2018 F-150. I came from out of state to purchase it. They had it ready to go for a test drive and were very knowledgeable about its features. The buying process was smooth. Several day later they had it registered in my state and drove it to my house. Couldnt have been more horrible.After the chip in my key broke, I was unable to drive my car. I was able to get a ride to them and got new keys, I had to buy 2 keys from them and a locksmith needed to program them for my car.Ok, fine.The keys I bought wouldnt work when the locksmith came. One couldnt open my door, and couldnt fit into the ignition. The other just couldnt fit into the ignition properly. The original key was in such bad shape that the locksmith didnt think it was for my car. He had to fix them before he programed them.When I was unable to get into my car, I called Ford. They refused to help or offered any ideas of what I could do.They overcharged me for faulty keys that the locksmith had to fix. And they refused to return my money and refused to pay back what the locksmith charged for fixing them. Then they threatened to throw away my keys when I explained the problem.

Had the airbags replaced on my 2006 Mustang GT. Called and Mike answered the phone and took care of me. Drop off and pick up, flawless. Walked in to pick up my car and the person behind the counter immediately asked me what what he could do for me. I told him and he said hold on Ill be right back with your car thats the kind of service I want and expect. Ive been to 2 dealerships in my life. One was Honda and they were atrocious! If you need work on your Ford, then by all means head to Franklin Ford. You wont regret it 🚘👍

I had a terrific experience with Franklin Ford. My salesman Joe Bevilacqua was not only helpful but enthusiastic. He answered all my questions no upselling just a straightforward approach. He helped me to get all my needed paperwork and walked me through the steps. I was impressed and appreciated his hard work and diligence. The day I picked up my new Bronco Sport it was topped of with gas and he was detailing it himself in 90 degree humid weather. He then took the time to help me download the ford pass onto my phone and then walked me through all the tech options on my vehicle. I was thankful for this since Im not a tech guy. He told me to call him anytime with any further question which assuredly I will have. My last two cars were from another car maker and dealer. I had the same salesman for both purchases and he was nice enough but other than setting up my phone on my first car he really just wanted me out the door to get onto his next customer. Joe was never rushed and incredibly helpful. Dave helped me get my paperwork done and since I was under a time constraint he made every effort to get me out as quickly as possible. He gave me a great deal on an extended warranty. I didnt have the feeling of hard upselling that I have had at other dealerships in the past. 5 Stars arent enough it was a 10 of out 10 for me. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and I never felt rushed up pushed to sign write away. Thanks to everyone at Franklin Ford especially Joe and Dave.

Been a happy customer of Franklin Ford for years now. Last two Explorers purchased there. My water pump on my 2016 Ford Explorer broke. Part was $650. The labor was $2000. That is either a ridiculous design flaw or overpriced labor. Emailed the GM to discuss never got a reply. Unfortunately need to start thinking elsewhere for my next car.

Easily the best experience I’ve personally had at a dealer. Really important things to mention about my experience. First, I messaged Franklin Ford about a vehicle weeks before I ended up purchasing. Sergey responded and he was the best sales consultant I’ve worked with. Now, I mention this because other dealers I messaged responded through an “internet sales manager” who will ultimately get you into the dealership and hand you off to another sales person. At Franklin, Sergey responded, and we worked together through the whole process. I loved this. I had transparency from the very beginning, and Sergey actually cared about what I was looking for. I can guarantee that you will not get that same level of attention through an internet sales manager. The message from an internet sales manager will say “we have the car, when can you come in?”. That’s about as much interaction you will have with them. Not at Franklin.Along with that, Sergey had interest in the cars, he knew the packages/options, and was a good guy to talk about cars with. The team all together was very cohesive and they were aware of what I was looking to accomplish. This only scratches the surface. I could write all day about the things I loved about working with them. Just know, Sergey is a straight shooter, and I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else when buying a vehicle.Long story short: If you’re looking at Ford, you need to go to Franklin Ford.

Terrible experience at this dealership. They had the car I wanted at the price I wanted and it happened to be CPO, so I purchased it. I told them 3 times to only run my credit once, they ran it multiple times anyway.At the time of the purchase I had a baby on the way and needed a reliable car. 30 days after I was stranded 100 miles away at 4am when the car was over heating. Service dept said the hose had a slow leak that had been an issue since before I purchased the vehicle.5 months after the purchase and the car is making an awful noise. Need to get the fly wheel replaced, I am now out of a car for the next couple of days. I am now stranded for multiple days with no vehicle and a new born at home. I wouldnt recommend getting a car from this place if they were giving them away for free.I will say that the Service department is the only redeeming quality of this place.

Just terrible customer service. Bought a truck in the summer which had a 1000.00 rebate for a plow. I put new plow on in December. Sent the invoice for the install to Ford and said they need more paperwork. The invoice had the install date and vin for the truck. 2 Months of waiting and I finally had to send them a picture to prove that I put a plow on. What a joke.

Went to Franklin Ford to look for a truck. Was greeted by Sergey Fedosov in the lot and he took my wife and I for the tour. He narrowed our search down to our price range and had several on the lot to choose from. We took a test drive and I was sold. After we purchased the f250, Sergey walked me through all the electronics and options. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the vehicle and was very patient and clear on what to do. He had me sit in the driver seat and he instructed me on the iPhone integration and user options available to me.It was a chance drive by with just the goal of looking. My boyfriend brought his 2018 Mustang there because it had transmission issues, they told him the car would be serviced & a week goes by & they’ve done nothing to it & also everytime my boyfriend tried calling to see what was up with the car they always gave him the run around never once got a call back when they said they would 3 times! Horrible service. All we got was just a run around & no legit answer. The car was there for 3 weeks & they did absolutely nothing but give us the run around.

Avoid the service department. My husbands truck needed a new power steering column covered by warranty. Two weeks later he couldn’t get it into gear they said the transmission fluid was empty. Guess they don’t check fluid levels or do 100 point inspections. The transmission needed to be replaced covered by warranty yet we still needed to pay 500 dollars for labor? He had his truck back a week and is having all sorts of trouble. They are the only service shop in the area that takes the after market warranty we have. I would rather pay for quality repay than risk my family’s life over a stupid warranty

Came here awhile back, recently did a single 5* review without saying much but will say I met with a salesman who was kind and hilarious and went out of his way to help me find a perfect truck, just wish it was closer in my range, once came by for work to pick up parts and the service department was quick and very responsive, once dropped off a truck for work and the mechanic Sam was very knowledgeable on what was being done and was able to provide all the information I needed. Definitely looking here again for all my Ford related needs.

Went to this dealer on a recommendation and dealt with rich breen. Sat at his desk for over 8 hours total to be over charged and to be given a cpo f150 that smelled like an ash tray and had tires that were replaced with new ones but they are from 2015 and dry rotted. After multiple attempts to contact the dealer and my connection contacting them, still no response. Dont bother with these guys. Go out of your way to go to a real dealership.

Absolutely the worst ford dealer in the country. Scamming is their game. Charged me labor and service ON WARRANTIED PARTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For all the reviews who think they are taking good care of you they are not. 137$ per hour!!!!!!!!! Luxury brands dont charge that much. I was charged 3 hours for them to take a belt off! Very convenient theres no proof of the other visual inspection they performed

Sales department is great. Service sucks. They never answer their phone to allow for scheduling. You’ll need to plan way ahead just to get a oil change but make sure you have 3 hours to spare since it will take that long. They never have parts in stock so you have to make multiple trips to get repairs done and they never have loaner cars so try not to fall asleep while waiting.

Sergey and George both helped me but Sergey was the primary salesperson. They were very transparent and upfront with me about the whole process and I appreciated that they worked on my own terms -- we found a vehicle that suited my familys needs at a great price and were able to get me out of the store in record time. Ive already recommended Franklin Ford to one of my friends that is in the market for a truck. If I have to upgrade or trade-in anytime in the future, I know Ill consider going out of my way to work with these guys again, even if I live out of state.

Terrible experience with Franklin Ford. Service department absolutely the worst. $1500 quote turned into $4500 bill and the problem wasnt resolved. Highly recommend you stay away from this place for service. Tried contacting their GM to discuss possible options, he was unresponsive too busy to take care of business and instead had his sales manager contact me which was another exercise in futility. Just a horrible experience with Franklin Ford and would encourage all to go elsewhere.
