This was probably one of the best experiences I’ve had when taking my Jeep in to get fixed. They tried to save me money, and when they did the complementary inspection, there were a few things that needed to get done sooner rather than later, and when I asked if they could do that while it was there, they had no problem getting it done! They did such a great job, I left my truck to have them repair the brakes (which had been in another shop and was not fixed). They charged less then the other shop and the brakes are perfect now. Being new to the area I found Reliable through RepairPal . I made an appointment online through RepairPal . When I arrived, I was greeted nicely and sat down to discuss the problems with my truck. After being informed of the necessary review of the truck, I mentioned that I thought I could wait for that. Instead of saying they were too busy, they took the truck immediately. About 15 minutes later we sat down again and reviewed the potential repairs and prices. I signed off on the quote and left with information on how to drop off the vehicle that evening. The following day I was contacted to approve one small addition. The truck was ready when expected, later that afternoon. All repairs seem to be fine, no issues. Mike (one of the owners) also discussed another repair that could be done but was not really necessary on a 17 year old truck. One of those just live with it issues that doesnt pay to fix. He didnt just try to get that extra job knowing it was not worth it to me. I will bring my vehicles back to Reliable as needed. Nice to find what I believe to be an honest auto repair shop!

Mike at Reliable Automotive replaced the engine on my 2007 Toyota Rav-4 around 2 years ago. He did and excellent job at a reasonable price. I just took my 2007 Toyota Corolla to his shop with a list of things that needed to be replaced or worked on according to the dealership. To my surprise I only needed an oil change. He checked all the things I was told needed to be fixed. I didnt need anything else done. I am so disappointed with the dealership. I appreciate Mikes honesty. I highly recommend this shop. We made an appointment to have our vehicle check engine light serviced. We dropped the car off on Friday around 9am. Reliable Automotive had the car for 7 days and accomplished nothing. When I picked up the car Mike (owner) informed me that he only needed two more days to find the problem (he couldnt find it in 7 days). He charged me $200; I didnt have the car for 7 days and left there with the check engine light still on, no repairs performed. Would not recommend bringing your vehicle to this garage if you have any serious issues.

My son lost his wallet in a Target parking lot. Unknown to us, one of the owners of Reliable Auto found the wallet and paid to have it overnighted to us via fed ex. All the cash and cards were still inside it.Very thankful to these guys for being honest and taking the time and resources to get it back to us.

Best auto shop Ive ever been to. Went to two different places before Reliable Automotive and was told I needed both my front and rear brakes replaced. Ended up bringing my car here on a friends recommendation. Mike took the time to physically show me and help me understand what was going on, and it turns out I only needed the front brakes replaced. Great customer service and definitely a mechanic who I recommend to service your car. My car was over heating and it needed the fan motors and radiator replaced. Mike found great deals on the parts and he saved me quite a bit of money compared to getting the work done at the Honda dealership.

Their company is aptly named. I had to put in a completely different engine in my Toyota Sienna which was done at a great and reliable manner. I ended up purchasing the motor myself which ended up not working out since when it arrived it was locked up and unusable but Mike and Bradley worked with me to find a replacement at a better price and with a parts and labor warranty.I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone that is looking for a Owner Operated shop to get their automotive repaired.

Painfully searching for an answer to what in the world was causing the worst noise EVER over only certain bumps, first I went to Gateway, then I went to Nissan, and then came to Reliable Auto after reading Google reviews. They found the issue in LESS THAN ONE HOUR and had my 17 Maxima ready the same day. Very nice guy named John took care of me on the front end and I just had the pleasure of meeting Mike when I came to pick it up just now. Definitely stop by and see them!

He even comes to my office and picks up my car to take to his shop to work on it. When its completed, he delivers it back to me. This is free! Michael Obrien has been maintaining and repairing my vehicles for going on 10 years. At one point my family of five had a combination of five cars/trucks/SUVs. My 2005 Acura TL has over 250,000 miles on it and is still running strong, I believe, in large part because of the fine work they do at Reliable Automotive. I can always trust Michaels assessments and recommendations for maintenance and repair and his billing practices.
