Just went in for a state inspection, not going to lie that was easily the quickest inspection Ive ever had. The man who did it was fast he was professional and the service was pretty great. Id highly recommend this place for anything.

Took care of my dead battery last minute on a Friday evening when no other shops had the time. They were very busy but were fast and did a good job. Charged a fair price (not my first dead battery, Ill tell you that). Courteous, friendly and now my favorite shop.

We had issues with our utility trailer tires. We tried to fix on our own (which should of been an easy fix) but the hub just wouldnt sit right. Called up Franklin Tire & Auto and they were sure they could fix it! Brought it in and within the next day they had it all fixed. They were able to figure out why the hub wasnt sitting right and got the tire back in order. Price was absolutely reasonable too! Highly suggest them!

This is a great place to go for a state inspection, they get you in fast and get you on your way. The also do all kinds of automotive repairs,they are set up for full repairs,they two bays with lifts so they can do tires to exhaust. I would recommend this place for all your automotive needs.

When you go in for state inspection, do these guys a favor and leave the keys in your car with the window down, and bring your registration with you inside. This is how theyd like it and theyre likely to ask, so save the back and forth.

My experience with Franklin Tire has always been a positive one. They charge much less than the dealerships and are honest and forthright about repairs. They are excellent with normal maintenance items, oil changes, tires, brakes etc.. They dont try to upsell you like many dealerships do. Give them a try. They are small, so if you need your oil change in 30 minutes or less they may not be the place for you.

Several years ago, I posted a poor review of these guys, complaining that they did not pay attention to the requests we made, but stating that we have given them lots of chances, because they are local and friendly. Since that post, the business has changed hands, and we have been using them again as our regular mechanic. Im pleased to say that the new management have addressed all of my concerns. The staff are helpful and friendly, and are honest and responsive to our needs (they look after two old cars for us and have kept them both on the road long after they should have been consigned to the scrap heap). I recommend them highly.

Not your usual mechanics. These guys truly care about their work and focus on fixing the problems without jacking up prices or do unnecessary work. If you expect fancy service, shiny facility this may not be the place for you. If you need trustworthy people providing quality work plain and simple this is the place to go when you are having car troubles.

I will ALWAYS use this place for my auto repairs. They are honest and have made several repairs to my cars. My entire family uses them for routine maintenance(inspection and oil changes) and exhaust repairs. They have saved me over $1000 in one case on suggested repairs by a local Ford Dealer on my Explorer that were not required. I will not return to that dealership. All repairs are timely and always courteous and the prices are very fair.Delighted Customer!
