EuroFix was very professional, high quality and thorough. In my experience they do seem slightly more expensive and took longer to get my car finished but I believe they pay close attention to detail and made sure everything was running smoothly. If you want the job done RIGHT, this is the place.Overall it was a good experience and would go back/recommend!
I have a Mini Cooper S and have been taking my car to the dealership for service. A friend recommended Eurofix so I gave them a try. Eurofix prices are very reasonable compared to the dealership. The staff was very courteous and professional. Would highly recommend.
I have brought my Audi A5 Cabriolet to them several times for oil changes and various repairs. Comfortable waiting room and services performed as expected. Nice atmosphere.
I had several bad experiences with dealer service so was looking for an alternative. I have a couple of oil changes here and noted that although the inspection flagged a couple of items there was NO hard sell to fix. So this time I had some major services done. I’m happy with the results. The loaner car was a big benefit with rental car rates these days.
I decided to try them out based on radio add since commercial indicates not paying the high prices of dealership. I took my Mercedes E350 coup for its 60k tuneup. I had them do all the normal 60k maintenance except for flushing the transmission. Total charges was little over $1k which I was ok with but decided to call Mercedes just to see what there charges would be for 60k maintenance would be minus the transmission flush and they indicated around $700 out the door. Im not mad because I wanted to try them out but I think they were more expensive than the dealership. They did give me a $50 discount.
It was a pleasure doing business with this professional establishment. Very thorough check of my car and a quality oil change had a great price. The waiting room was very comfortable and the hour flew by. Thanks for all of your help.
They are always very nice and happy to help. However, one of my issues was still not fixed after having to take the car in a second time, and that repair was the most expensive part of the whole deal.
Eurofix of Franklin, TN deserves another 5 Stars for the continued consistency that they deliver every single visit!! The staff have such awesome personalities and are quite friendly and professional. They explain in accurate detail what the problems are. The mechanics deliver 5 star service every time!! I could not ask for better. Refreshing to know that your car will be fixed right the first time!!! The Best in the Business!!!Eurofix in Franklin, TN always gets the required repairs done correctly on my car at the initial visit. They have great mechanics who check all angles, the representatives will contact me to let me know what repair is needed as well as the pricing. They make every effort to ensure that the customer is satisfied. The pricing is reasonable and the repairs are always superb!!
They were able to get me in the next day for an issue with my front wheel when my dealership couldn’t get me in until the following week. They were also extremely friendly when I called to check on the status of my car. Super thankful for them!
Eurofix of Franklin has always taken care of me. Between oil changes, wiper motor assembly, diagnostics, and even my transmission service, they have always been good to me. If I have a last minute service request before a trip, they have always squeezed me into their schedule to help me out. I have an Audi S4 and Audi A3, and they treat both as if they were their own. I can’t recommend this shop/service department enough, and will continue to bring my vehicles back to them.
I am a big fan of EuroFix. They do an amazing job at reasonable rates. I have a BMW M5 and they do a fantastic job at servicing it and not try to find other areas to charge me. I have recommended EuroFix to my friend too.
Eurofix Franklin were again great. They beat the prices that I was getting quoted from my dealership by a large amount and were friendly and professional. Having free WiFi access in the lobby was a huge plus as well.
When i scheduled for my vehicle service i asked for a loaner, was told there were non available. No problem there i could make arrangements for the morning. I dropped my car off about 7:30am. Diagnostics done and got a call about 10am. I authorized repair, and was told I could get my vehicle before lunch. I called to check arroud 12noon was told repair done but required reprogramming which could take about 2-3 hours. Called back at 3ish was told vehicle almost ready but would need a quality test. Called about 430pm was told vehicle still not ready but I would get a call when ready. No call ever came. I showed up at shop about 5:30pm to check because I needed to be in Nashville by 6pm. My car was in the parking lot parked and ready for pick up. No one had called me to tell me that. I have no idea how long at been ready. I paid and got on the road. 5 minutes after leaving the parking lot the same problem (Drivetrain Malfunction)that I had reported when i brought the car in came up again. I called back was told to bring it back next day. Because i couldnt bring it back the next day I took it back 2 days later. Arrived about 10ish. Was told they would scan vehicle right away and figure it out. An hour+ later the bad news:2 of the 4 codes they had found 2 days ago where corrected but the other 2 are still showing so i would HAVE to PAY more money to get those taken care of. To add to that pain, they did not have the right tool to investigate the problem further so I needed to come back next week so they can check it out after they get the right tool to the shop. When i asked where the tool was coming from, they said they had one at the 100 oaks shop. I took my car to 100 Oaks.I have 3 cars that have been maintained at this shop over the years. I am not sure whats happened but this is the worst i have had to deal with. If time or good communication is valuable to you, I suggest you choose another place. ( i dont have time to waist but i took the time to write this review to save others the time that I lost and the frustration.)My issue is not with Eurofix the company, its the staff. The 100 oaks shop has been good so far.
Brought my car in to get required transmission service and they found another’s issue that needed work on. They had told me about it earlier but waited to get it done this time. Had them check my brakes and they were very honest about not needing them this visit. All and all they are very professional, very knowledgeable on my Passat and I will be back.
SUCH good service and so friendly too. Anje was amazing and so was all the staff
First time there, but very friendly and clean. Easy to get in and out. Quick and nice waiting area. No issues, but just an oil change.
Eurofix diagnosed the need for a new starter battery and installed a replacement in a timely manner and 35% more cost effective than the local MB dealer.
I have used Euro Fix in Franklin for years and spent a lot of money there, The last 2 years or so their service has really taken a drop off. Having to take vehicles back several times after they were supposed to be fixed. Having cars with with check engine lights on when picked up after being repaired, This really has put a bad taste in my mouth that this has happened several times . Going to start taking my cars back to the dealership for services.
They replaced a headlight in my Volkswagen Jetta. Everywhere else quoted me no less than $89 with an hour plus wait. I was in and out in less than 30 mins for $50 plus tax!! Highly recommend EuroFix!!
I’ve been using EuroFix for over a decade and I’ll never go anywhere else. I never fear being price gouged anymore. Honest and reliable, fair pricing, and free loaner vehicles. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
In this day and age mechanics often get a bad reputation by stereotype; Eurofix is not one of these companies. Its also sometimes tough to find an honest company - Eurofix went above and beyond what I expect from a company and Im truly glad I chose them to have work done on my vehicle. They will not take advantage of you - I dont know how more clear I can make this. I rarely post reviews for companies (and when I do, they are usually extremely negative) however this is the first one that I can remember where I have been so satisfied with the work done that I wanted to make sure others know these thoughts. You are in good hands if you choose Eurofix to work on your vehicle, their team is excellent and extremely professional, compassionate and knowledgeable.
Did good job with service, but poor rating for timing. 2 hrs for oil change with an appt is excessive. Will give them another opportunity later to improve service level.
The EuroFix staff at the Franklin location take care of the customers professionally with respect and considerations. They take care of your needs and repairs seriously by going above and beyond trying to fix your care correctly and help you understand what are the issues in your car and what is needed in order to fix it in the very affordable way!
Anothet Bait and switch practice. Went for my cars brake vibration issue. I was told after threy kept the vehicle for the whole day the rear brakes needs to be replaced. Front are new. Paid money for rear brakes. Thr issie still exist. Then they said front brake pads needs to be replaced. And also suspension MIGHT be an issue. They cant even diagnose the issie and keep asking me to pay to replace and do research on my car. I cant pay for someone who doesnt know what the issue is but still ask me to pay money . Also dont fall for the free rental car with every repair thing. You will get usual answers.. everything is booked . Not going there again . Basically i paid 700$ for an issue that still exists becuase they dpnt even know what the problem is. AvOID .
This company needs a real German mechanic! They charge for diagnosing, and then can not repair. The things they do repair still have the same problems. They are however polite.
I’ve been a Eurofix customer since moving to Nashville in mid 2020. They’ve done a fantastic job on my Land Rover LR4 with everything from regular scheduled post warranty maintenance to replacing control arms and tie rods (they do wear out after a couple hundred thousand miles ). Great service, attentive, thorough mechanics and my LR has never run better.
Excellent service and fair pricing. I appreciate the professionalism and excellent customer service provided here.
I bring my car to EuroFix whenever I have an issue. They are very fair and knowledgeable, and offer exceptional service. I highly recommend EuroFix.
Very professional staff and I felt like i was in great hands. The price was however, very exorbitant. I left wondering if the Volkswagon dealer would had been cheaper. The facility and people were very nice.
Very good experience. A pleasure to work with. Good quality work at a reasonable price. I will go back and recommend this business.
Excellent customer service and repair work on my Audi S5- brakes are now extremely responsive.
I really wanted to like this place...Ive heard their ads forever, and the story about how the business started is pretty cool. I also like the fact that you can schedule to have a loaner car. I have an old 05 Jaguar, and I have had it worked on several times at my regular mechanics at Nolensville Auto. However, it had some brake issues and had the check engine light on, so I decided to give Eurofix a try since Jaguar is supposedly one of their specialties. I told them to check my brakes and the check engine light, and that I had my own code reader that showed it needed a new upstream oxygen sensor. I didnt hear back till the next day, but I had a loaner car, so that was fine. When they called me back, they said I needed a full brake job ($1500!), and that I needed a downstream oxygen sensor, not the part that my reader had indicated. I told them to hold off on the brakes because I thought their price was high, but go ahead and replace the sensor. It took another day to get the sensor, then they called and said it didnt fix the problem, and that I needed a more expensive sensor that was related to the cooling system, and that it also indicated I needed a new alternator and cooling fan (altogether over $3000). Now being suspicious of what I was being told, I decided to pay for services rendered, and take my car back to Nolensville auto, who I have used for over 20 years. They also said I needed front and rear brakes, which they replaced for $600 ($900 savings). They also said I need an upstream oxygen sensor (like I had told Eurofix to begin with), so I told them to go ahead with that. They did both jobs the same day for much less money, and everything was fixed the first time. Eurofix had my car for a week, didnt fix my problem, and wanted way more money to fix my brakes plus things that apparently it didnt need. Like I said, I really wanted to like this place, and the folks there were very friendly and the loaner car is a nice touch. However, they either dont know what they are doing or they are another ripoff garage. I really dont like posting negative reviews, but beware of this place!
Always a great experience. No pressure, no upselling. Excellent knowledge of European cars.
I have been a client for several years. I took my Saab to the old Franklin Branch had wonderful experiences. I sent my Mercedes to the current Franklin Eurofix and it was not a good experience. I requested a loaner car from the Manager but was informed they did not offer that any longer which wasn’t true. I returned to pick up my car and saw a loaner car pull up. I asked the Manager about it and he said there were none left when I left my car. 2 different stories. Not pleased to pay for a Lyft service!Do not expect to be treated well at Franklin Eurofix.
Much cheaper than dealer. never an issue.
Had to take my car in with no apt at the last minute because of a battery issue! EVERYONE WAS AMAZING!! From the phone call with Cliff ( great guy), to the check in and wait time!!! And I was beyond stressed!!! They made my life so much easierI am very excited to have finally found a reliable and Courteous repair shop! Will be back for my oil changes! 😃😃😃
They diagnosed the problem quickly and called with the results asking for instructions. The parts were ordered and installed and I recieved it the next day. New plugs, wires and diagnosis, $950.
They Cant Keep Any of their other locations open. they over charge and treat the employees terrible; at least the ones who are honest and reliable, and not mention half of the team lies just to take your money for service. Dont go there.
I love EuroFix. They always give me the straight story, and are better, faster, and less expensive than the dealership service department.
I had a leaking valve cover which they replaced timely and for the quoted price.
4 years ago they did a great job on a repair to my Lexus. Very pleased
Quick, friendly and efficient. Thanks Anya and the rest of your team there.
First time going to Eurofix will be back.
My engine cranked, but wouldnt fire/start. They asked to do a diagnostic test and found a loose wire. I was only charged for the diagnostic test which included a lot of research which they shared with me.
Perfect service experience. Thank you, Glenn.
They changed my oil. Quick and friendly. Find one of their coupons before you go.
Ive always had a good experience here, though they are a bit pricey. I took my car in for service yesterday and not a single person inside was wearing a mask. They talk about gloved service for the cars but the humans inside were not concerned about following CDC guidelines during a pandemic.
I did enquire the prices for an engine swap on 528xi and the quote was very reasonable.
They did what they said they were going to do. Thank you
Pretty good alternative to the MB dealership. Id recommend buying your own parts though.
Have been back twice with the same issues 🤦🏼♂️
Dean is the most outstanding host. His expertise and commitment to service is firstclass. He over-communicates and speaks in a consumer friendly language, which goes a long way for those of us who are not “car-fluent!”I would highly recommend Dean for ANY trouble you might be experiencing with your vehicle.
They kept in contact me and explained in detail what the charges would be before moving ahead on the solution. This is my second visit for a involved repair and I will return again
Really nice customer service people.
Very pleasant people. Seemed to be very knowledgeable. Were fairly quick. Price was very reasonable (used coupon). Checked car for other issues.Very minor point. On the BMW X3 oil change, they fill to the nearest whole quart (7). On the Idrive display, this will show as 1/2 quart low. Other independent shops are similar. Dealer oil changes add the 1/2 quart to show full on the dash monitor. Not a big deal as long as you know up front (check the oil level when you get the car back). It could concern you if check the level after a few months and think youve used 1/2 quart in a short period of time.
They did a very good job on my Range Rover got an oil change and an updated list of things that need work and will soon need work.. there was no pressure to get it done with them(even though I will be) just good work with detailed information about my car.. was very pleased
Great experience at Eurofix. They checked over the car and even checked air pressure in the tires...more than others in this area. The employees were very pleasant to deal with as well. The only item they need to pay attention to is to clean the exterior a little more. I found some greasy hand prints on my vehicle.
They kept my car for 3 weeks never figured out was wrong with it and then to top it off they scratched my fender and dented my passenger door and you know they didnt bother to mention. 900 dollars and scratches and dent to boot. Definitely wouldnt recommend this place . Worse experience ever
It’s never a convenient time to have car issues—but when it happens, i LOVE that I have a team of reliable, knowledgeable professionals I can trust at Eurofix-Franklin. They get me in fast, they provide a loaner car and most important, they give me accurate info about what’s needed, fair pricing and quality work. 💥Bonus: my car is washed and immaculate on the inside & out when I pick it up. Its always ready when they say it will be. What more could you ask for?
I had an amazing experience with Dean Farris. I called close to closing and asked if they could fit me in for an oil change. Not only did they fit me in, they didnt have the part and still made it happened in close to an hour. His customer service was impeccable and the one who serviced my car also did an excellent job as well as Im very appreciative of him staying past his shift to do it. Impressive staff, impressed customer.
I took my car here a month or so ago to get my AC fixed. They diagnosed the problem and told me it would be almost 1,500 dollars to fix it. I said ok. They “fixed” it. I paid them. And 4 days later my AC doesn’t work. I bring it back and they tell me that the 1,500 dollars I paid them doesn’t cover the now different part that is causing my AC to not work some of the time, and they wanted $250 dollars to just see if that new part would fix the problem.Seriously? I paid $1,500 for my AC to not work most of they time. And now they want more money just to see if it’s possible they could fix the problem. STAY AWAY from this place.
I found this place through Google, when I was new in town and I had no idea were to take my 2007 Town & Country, They fixed a main concern that need attention with an honest approach and since then I had scheduled my oil changes and other issues with them. Mr. Branch attention and professionalism makes you feel to come back next time without any doubt. Keep doing such a great job!
Very poor communication and service
Most combined experience than any other European service facility out there. In the front office and in the shop. Most importantly they are honest amazing people. You can always find cheaper (if that is really what you want), but I prefer honesty and quality over all else.
I took my 2008 Volkwagen Jetta here September through November of 2019. The service experience is great. They are very nice, there is a comfortable place to sit and wait, and they have loaner cars they will give you if needed. However, I have lost all trust in their quality of work. Heres what happened:-September 2019: Brought it in for an oil change and asked them to check out the car because it was having a little trouble starting. I suggested that it might be a fuel pump issue. They told me that the fuel pump is fine but that I needed a new coolant flange and crank vent valve and hose. $1,100 later I am on my way.-October 2019: Temperature light goes off in my car and when I check it out, my coolant is low. Frustrated because I thought they fixed the coolant issue, I brought it back in. This time my heater hoses needed to be replaced. $600 later Im on my way.-November 2019: Check engine light is on and my oil light is also blinking at me. They replaced the purge valve to address the engine light issue. They said the oil light was due to a camshaft position sensor. They didnt feel like it was critical to replace that. I asked them if they checked the oil level and they said they did and the oil level was fine. Only about $250 this time. However, during the following days the oil light kept blinking at me, so I finally opened the hood and checked it out myself. The dip stick was completely dry! And furthermore, the coolant cap was off and another part hadnt been re-attached correctly. At this point I lost trust. If you tell me that my oil level is fine and I check it myself and it isnt, I cant trust that youve thoroughly checked anything else. But the nail in the coffin that will make me never go back is that my engine light is on again now in December and my car has had an ever-increasingly harder time starting. Ive taken it somewhere else, and it turns out the fuel pump does need to be replaced even though EuroFix told me that wasnt the issue (but couldnt explain why my car was having issues starting).Ive spent $2,000, and it turns out that I should have just had the fuel pump replaced the first time I had an issue with my car. I will never be going back and hope that they can fix this for future customers.
My experience was great. My insurance company sent me to another place but they werent experienced with Audi. Eurofix took the car in from the dealer and treated me very well. Easy to contact and get updates. I will definitely be back for regular service.
Did not use STOCK part and it caused much anguish and anxiety !!!Make sure on front end . I share responsibility, but Cmon Man !
Everyone here is really nice and accommodating. They even took me from the shop back to my house bc i didn’t have a ride and once my car was fixed, they brought my car back to me. I love pretty close so I’m not sure if that’s standard, but they were awesome! Thanks for everything
I took my car in because my air conditioning wasnt working. First, I was charged a $280 diagnostic fee that they said would be rolled in to the cost of the repair if I had them go ahead and fix it.Their estimate to repair my air conditioning was astronomical compared to other shops. I contacted two other reputable mechanics that wouldnt have charged a diagnostic fee, will provide the same warranty, and can repair the air conditioning using the exact same part for at least $700 less. The one star is for the nice guy that drove the shuttle even though it was super late.I dont want an apology. Id like to have my money back.
Fast service! Great customer service!
Very courteous and thorough. Gave me a lot of peace of mind before purchasing the vehicle from a dealer. They went over it with a fine tooth comb and gave me negotiating points when offering to purchase from the dealer.
Very professional and friendly service. They thoroughly informed me of the issues and talked through solutions before performing the work. They shuttled me to work. The shuttle driver was courteous and timely. Overall this was a great experience.
Took my 05 volvo xc 90 in due to not starting. shop charged $350 to diagnose the issue. Charged $278 for a battery which was needed. Shop determined a computer issue and would need the unit rebuild. At this point their service declined. Took an outside company to rebuild the computer. Which is normal. But the rebuild took over 2 months to complete. It was also determined during that time I needed a new key with computer chip. Was told that would be free, and brand new. Got the car back and the metal key and top of key fob only thing replace. The lower portion of the key fob remained which had been missing the battery cover. You would think after spending $1800 and waiting 2 1/2 months this shop would have made sure to replace all the key housing for this long repair. Franklin Eurofix is a NO. Customer satisfaction very poor. You have to call them most of the time. Delivery dates came and went for the return of the computer. Communication breakdown between the vendor/shop/customer. I will go to Darrell Waltrip next time. FINAL REVIEW....TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
Euro Fix folks were super nice & professional. They went over all issues with my BMW, including what was the most immediate concern. Clean and organized facility.
My husband recently posted about our experience at the Franklin location, I then had called the Mboro location and had talked to David about our complaint, he listened and was very Professional and honestly I for the first time felt they truly did care he forwarded my concern w Joseph. Joseph called me back promptly and made it right w us! For that we are very grateful and will now give Eurofix in Mboro another try if need in the future! Thank you again Joseph and David for making this right!
I had such a positive experience at Eurofix Franklin. The staff was wonderful. Service was great and quick. They were not trying to spend my money--Eurofix wanted my car to work properly with the minimal repairs. The amenities are also great. Waiting area is clean and courtesy van was prompt and available to pick me up when I needed it. I will be taking my VW to Eurofix as long as I drive it.
New to the area i did significant research into quality but affordable places to have euro cars worked on. Although not the cheapest place in the area for euro repairs, i decided they would be the best value for the complexity of the repair i needed. I would/will go back again as necessary.
Eurofix was quick to give me the diagnosis on my car. Dean was a kind contact, who aimed to please. They went over and above to make sure the customer walked away smiling. We will definitely take our Land Rover here for any future services!
New to Franklin and needed a reputable service center for my BMW. Eurofix staff are honest and professional! Fixed a long standing issue for me. So happy to have found this gem!!
I brought my truck in for them to look at, they were busy so the GM actually helped me with pricing on several things and also checking the alignment on my vehicle. Very nice staff and amazing waiting room area.... Not like anything Ive ever seen at a car place before.
Nice facility. Friendly staff. Things are written out for your review. Really liked that they show you whats wrong on your vehicle while its on the lift. A lot of places wont let you in the work bay! Definitely will go back when my car needs work done.
I have been worried about getting my car repaired for over a year now and finally took it to Eurofix in Franklin after being referred by a close friend. The staff at this location are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable. After dropping my vehicle off they provided me with updates when I asked and best of all came in under budget compared to a competitor. I will only be going to Eurofix in Franklin from now on.
For the fastest service be the first appointment.I have been one of the people who were offered a lifetime oil change back in 2012. I have put it to good use. They should offer it again because it will entice customers to use them for repairs.
I had a couple of friends recommend Eurofix of Franklin, so thought I would give it a try after reading the web site and about the owner and how he got started. Made an appointment on Sunday evening, did not expect response on Sunday, and was looking for Wednesday for my first choice, which they could not do that so my second choice was Thursday. Arrived at 7:15 on Thursday for general maintenance which Ive had done at the dealer before but not happy with them. Gave them a list of what I wanted done and not done. About 11am they called back with the estimate which was within $20 of what the dealer wanted. They also found another problem, which I figured was an issue plus they wanted to change my brake fluid...everyone wants to change my brake fluid. Got a loaner car which was nice. So I called them on Friday about 11am wanting to know if I could pick the car up and they had just started working on it. I guess they did nothing all day Thursday, at 2pm on Friday afternoon called again and didnt know when it was going to be finished, I was told all this work takes a long time. I called the at 5pm and told them to get it put back together I needed my car. When I arrived they were just finishing up my car. I cant believe it took 2 days to do what they did. Extremely disappointed with the amount of time it took for the service that was provided, When the dealer has done this service in the past they did it in 6 hrs from the time I dropped it off. All this to say if your in a hurry this is not the place to go. The facility is nice and Im sure it why their prices are comparable to the dealer. I wish I could find a responsible auto repair place in Nashville.
Top Flight all the way. Friendly, communative and efficient staff. Worked on our 2005 BMW X-5 which had various problems. Very satisfied with the end results and price. Will be back next with the 2002 Porsche.
Ive been going to Eurofix since founders Aaron and Joseph Stokes were first starting out. The service is always good: I trust the work and there is a culture of politeness and quality customer service there. Highly recommend.
Eurofix is a trusted partner in repair and maintenance of our BMW and Porsche. They have the expertise and acumen to keep our vehicles running at top performance. Their prices are competitive.
I absolutely love all the people at Eurofix! When I call to make appointments they are nice, knowledgeable, and can always find ways to accommodate my hectic schedule. My mom has taken her car there for years and recommended them to me after the HIGH prices at the dealership. They impressed me from the first visit as the dealership advised me I needed brakes at 45,000 miles and they only had 3mm left on the pad. I have NEVER replaced brakes that soon on a vehicle. I took my car to Eurofix, they took my car back, checked my brakes and told me I did NOT need brakes that they still had about 10mm left. I asked how much? And they replied “nothing, just come back and see us again” and I have! Over and over again. I’m Always treated great, they always discuss my options with my car, never pressure me into any services, and always make sure my car is done right! Highly recommend you stop in and check them out! You will not be disappointed!
This place is great, super convenient and the people were so attentive and thorough. I was very pleased with how they took care of my BMW X3, I will be back and would highly recommend them to others.
Extremely thorough and yet free diagnosis. Handy loaner. Last winter in an emissions recall dispute, they were $200 cheaper than the BMW dealer.
Super friendly, Super clean, Super honest. If you own a car then you owe it to yourself to bring it to Euro/Autofix. Youll be a lifetime customer. They are a true blessing
This was my first experience at the Franklin EuroFix location. I was in a bit of a panic as my SAAB was making a strange noise. They checked it out immediately, added power steering fluid to allow me to drive it until they could fix it. Im pretty sure Im going to love this place!
Recently bought a used Audi and took it to Eurofix when the check engine light came on. They ran full diagnostics to identify the issue, which originally came back with a big price tag. Dean did not push the expensive repair but instead took the time to make calls and do research to find out the issue may be covered under warranty by Audi and referred me to the dealership. Smart, honest business will bring me back to Eurofix for future maintenance.
Super great service. Great company and communication. Would recommend all
Horrible. Oil Change estimate was $129 until I questioned. Needed a clutch spring clip - it is literally a $6 dollar part that took me 1 minute to install - quote $230. Air Filter $65. Engine Filter $70. So they wanted almost $400. I spent $55 for parts and shipping and was done in 10 minutes. To call them thieves would be putting it mildly. Its ok to make a living and a profit, but god help anyone who goes in with out checking them ! Gave them 1 star because I cannot go lower. DO NOT TRUST
My first visit to Eurofix for my newly acquired 2003 CLK 320 was like walking into an alternate universe, where I was treated like a valued customer whose future business they really wanted. They have it. Clean, brightly lit waiting area with coffee and soda and snacks just add to the high performance for reasonable cost approach of the service staff. Free loaner car, reliable quote, and constant communication - I did not have to chase them for time estimates - all receive high scores. And what they fixed has so far stayed fixed; thats cool, too.
I have been taking my Porsche to Eurofix for a number of years and they are incredibly honest and always have a fix for the issue. I will continue to take my Porsche to them for service as long as I own it.Only issue I have had is they tend to forget I have a life time oil change with them, but they quickly correct the issue without misstep.
First time to use Eurofix and was Very disappointed in the cost of services. Thought it would be cheaper than the dealer but it wasn’t. Suggested a lot of pricey maintenance but I declined thank goodness. They quoted over $600 to change spark plugs. Was quoted half that elsewhere. Do your homework ahead of time. They did a fine job, but I just expected to save a little money using them. I don’t need the beverage service or snacks, if I wanted that I would have gone to the dealer..
I had my Porsche towed to Eurofix because the transmission stopped shifting. I suspected the linkage broke. Eurofix told me and my warranty company that the shifting forks in the transmission had broken and it would require rebuilding the transmission or installing a new one. The cost was estimated to be a minimum of $8000 and the warranty company refused to cover it. I decided to have the car towed to Porsche so they could look at it. Ten minutes after I called Eurofix to tell them I was having it towed to Porsche they called me back and said they had good news. Miraculously, when they were pushing it out the garage the transmission started working again and they said it appears the problem was probably a coupling and not the transmission. I had the car towed anyway and Porsche found the shifter cable had broken and they repaired. They also said it was obvious the skid plate covering the transmission had never been removed. Strange that Eurofix could diagnosis the problem without even looking at the transmission. I will never go anywhere near Eurofix again.
They helped out my mom with her Suburu when she was visiting. They were easier, more efficient, and more thorough at a better cost compared to the dealership.
