Sam and his team are great! They’ve worked on 2 of my land cruisers so far and do good work at a reasonable price. The communication throughout the process is great. Great Personality Of Staff,But When I went and had a simple piece of pipe fixed on my muffler, I was driving home and the car became loud as all get out I,The next day I was on my way back to them and I was pulled over for excessive noise and I had explained that I was on my way back to the shop to get it fixed.... Well I got a ticket car impounded and yesterday when I got it out I had taken it (by tow truck) to another shop and they said,that they installed a little short of a pipe and when they welded it they had to pull it which stretched the flex pipe and caused it to break at weld........

I dont think Ive ever dealt with a shop that was so friendly and professional. Dropped my truck off for an exhaust leak and was told it may be the beginning of the following week before it was completed. 2 days later and it was done! Id take any of my vehicles back this place. Man I can’t say enough good things about these guys, first off they didn’t get annoyed by me because I think I showed up trying to squeeze my truck in for out of the five days that week. Ive been passing this shop for two and a half years never thinking one day I would need their services.i was over in Marshall county, chapel Hill transporting a client to his eye doctor appointment with a loud muffler so imbarrised completed the trip. Tried to find a shop NO muffler shop in chapel Hill so I remembered I know where to go. Note now this is the only time I have to get this fixed, I to be in another county @ 8 am sharp to pick up my first client in the morning and its 3:30 pm now. I got to be at a clients house at 4:30 to 8:30 tonight. I got to the clients home at 5:15. With a new muffler. GOD IS MY favorite and best helper.

Had another shop tell me Id need to spend $1,800 to fix my catalytic converter. These guys actually looked at it instead of just checking computer codes and noticed it was a couple of loose bolts. They tightened them up and said no charge. This is a great business. Highly recommend.

I used Quick Auto & Exhaust for the 1st time last week. I had a good experience. Sam & Oscar were friendly and professional. They gave me a great breakdown of the work needed for my wheel bearing, and fixed the problem.

Out of all the places I took my most previous car to get it checked out, they called me the next day after dropping of my barely running car to tell me my catalytic converters were completely blown, most likely from the failed removal of an O2 sensor of which another shop had done shotty work. The manager Max didnt even charge me for the diagnostic.Push came to shove, and I ended up leaving the car there a bit longer than I should have while I put together the money to buy another car. I called them last week to see if they still even had it, and they did, safe and sound. I got my things and signed the totaled car over to them because they did me SO right. I will be sure to send everyone I know their way if they ever need help with exhaust work, or even general maintenance, because I know these guys are going to do the right thing.After the way Max and his employees treated me, I have faith in the small town mechanic again, after having lost it with my first two encounters with my O2 sensor problem. I realize now that maybe sending a positive review on Google would help them better than the word of mouth. These guys are definitely worthy of my time, as they gave me their time in the most honest fashion.Thank you again Max. I will never forget the exemplary service.

I have a 2005 Honda Civic EX, it had a problem with the two oxygen sensors being slow to respond and the catalytic converter, Quick Muffler replaced all three parts Ive not had a problem since they were very fast very professional I highly recommend this company to anybody in need of help or modifications with any exhaust component.

Do not trust them with appointments, and dont assume they will communicate with each other.Went in yesterday for an oil change, they were busy so the guy scheduled me for 9 am this morning. I clearly communicated that my truck would be parked across the street and that I would just drop off the key in their box and walk to work. I did exactly that. I walked back on my lunch break to pick it up, truck was parked in the same spot, key still in the drop box. No oil change. I was on the schedule but they completely disregarded everything I talked with them about the day before. Very frustrating as a repeat customer and a total waste of time.

I had called on the phone and got a estimate about two months ago and then a friend of mine asked if we could maybe get a discount if we both went in so I called and was then told they couldn’t do what I wanted and estimated $100 higher than original. I was confused and asked why it had gone up and was treated me with sarcasm and disrespect about getting a second estimate. I have dealt with this shop before and had great service but this was unacceptable and rude.

I took my car in for a simple flex pipe replacement. The repair was done properly but after having shopped around to have the other side repair I found that they severely overcharged for that replacement. I paid $406 before taxes and have found several other shops that will do it for $160 to $180. That would have been $812 before taxes had I let them do both sides of the car. I guess they charge a premium for those Saturday hours or they size up their customers based on what your driving. Buyer beware.

Great place, honest and quick. We were in the area on vacation and had a ad wheel bearing and took our vehicle in on a Saturday morning and they took it for a testdrive and confirmed my suspicion, gave me a quote and told me it would be done by Monday at noon, received a notice about 11am, saying it was finished. The cost was even cheaper than we were quoted. Very happy with our experience.

After the exhaust shop I had used for years closed due to owner retirement, I was searching for a honest, reliable, and reasonably priced place to complete a repair. After getting a ridiculously high estimate at another shop, I visited Quick Auto and Exhaust. Max and his team were able to custom make the piece needed for the repair without replacing the catalytic converters. They were able to offer quick turnaround at a reasonable price. I am extremely pleased and will be back for any future needs. Highly recommended!

Thanks for fixing up my hot rod Caddy again. Honestly, I dont see how they get so much work done in that small garage, but they do it without cutting corners, and I am pretty picky about my vehicle maintenance. I was one of those guys that said I would never let someone other than me work on my car when I was younger, but, since I hit my 50s, I just dont want to crawl under it anymore. I know I can trust QAE to do it right.

I cant believe I never left a review. This is for service done to my car last year. I took it in for an oil change, and they wanted to keep my car overnight which should’ve been my first red flag, but I agreed due to the low cost of the oil change (Now know that’s also a red flag). I got my car back from them the next day and got about five miles down the road and oil started spraying onto my windshield and smoke came from my engine. When I called the tech that did my oil change said “that’s weird. We had another Kia do that last week”. I thought that was pretty weird too, so I contacted the owner. They took no accountability for the fact that my car was in perfect condition when it was brought to them and left in worse condition. I should’ve checked my miles to make sure they weren’t driving my car around. They quoted me over $200 to fix the problem, but I wasn’t going to let them touch my car again. Took it somewhere else and they quoted me $120, so I let them do it at Gateway. If you like your vehicle, I would suggest going somewhere else. My car has never driven the same since and now has persistent oil leak problems that haven’t been solved. I’m not sure what they did, but I work in auto parts so I know it was definitely not just my Kia acting up. I will never suggest this place and will never go back. An honest shop would’ve simply done the repair and been done with it, not quoted me an extra $200 to fix their own mistake. I work with plenty of auto shops and I know how they operate. Unfortunately there are just some who want your money and don’t care about creating lasting relationships with their customers. This is one of them. I would’ve believed it wasn’t their fault if I wasn’t literally driving my car back home from their shop when it started smoking and spraying oil, but that wasn’t the case. If they had even been forthcoming about it, I probably would’ve been a continued customer, but my family and I no longer go here. Go to Gateway instead, good Christian people with fair prices that believe in building strong relationships with their customers!

I had an occasional exhaust rattle which I found out was due to a hangar piece coming loose. Firestone in Brentwood referred me to this shop for another look; I’m not fluent in car maintenance lingo but come to find out it was just a simple fix! Great place. Brought my car in with an exhausted muffler. The Toyota dealership was asking for $2400 with taxes. The guy from Quick Muffler had a look at it and told me it would only cost $440 with taxes (no inspection fee vs $170 from dealership) and he had it fixed in 45 min. You can tell the people here are professional and care about their business. Good job!

Gracious, honest and kind. I needed new catalytic converter. I was out of state, completely dependent on there mercy. They diagnosed itfixed it and finished it finished it in less than an40 minutes. Highly recommend !!!!!

Its amazing how the Wife drives our vehicle into the ground, can just barely cost back into this location just before it collapses beneith her and some how these guys make it last a whole year other. Alas, our vehicle is now obsolete and instead of charging us to put a bandaid on a broken leg like most other mechanic shops would have we were actually instructed to cut our losses this time and put the funds toward acquiring another vehicle.

Tried to call over the phone and schedule an appointment. Whoever I spoke to provided no assistance whatsoever and told me I’d have to call back later. I called multiple times later through out the week and no one answered the phone.

These guys are top notch! We struggled to find an honest mechanic we could trust, but we have found one now with Quick Muffler. Dont let the name fool you, they do just about everything except tires. They did recommend a tire place for us when we needed those and they did a great job too!

This is one of if not the most professional and well run muffler shops I’ve ever been to. Their work is spectacular, and they went above and beyond for me. The cost is a bit more than your run of the mill Nolensville Rd hack-it-together joint, but you truly get what you pay for. I sent my beloved antique BMW there and will be sending all of my cars to Max going forward, along with extending a strong recommendation to any friends needing exhaust work in the future.

This will be my workshop of choice as long as they remain fair and professional as they are. They replaced cat and o2 sensor in my Cadillac for 1/3 of dealership price. 1 year later no issues. Had some noise issue in front wheel with my other car and they had a look. Max said they don’t see anything wrong mechanically and advised to take it elsewhere for rotation and balance. Didn’t took a $ because they didn’t fix a thing. I took it to firestone for rotation and noise is gone. Recently my car had sudden RPM jumps and battery died. Max suggested changing battery for stronger and so far rpm issues are well gone !!!! They are fair and honest so I will keep my business with them and recommend to friends.Pawel

Tim and Max had fixed some exhaust problems on a couple of my high-mileage cars when I realized they did general auto repairs. After that I had them replace starters, fix EGR tubes, and perform many other repairs on my small fleet of aging autos. They have excellent mechanics, reasonable prices, and they treat you well. Took my 80s BMW 325is there to get headers welded on. When I went to go get emissions tested, I realized they stole the catalytic converter. Great welds but still theives.

These guys do a really good job....i had them dual out my 2013 F150, the welds are very clean and the tips are perfectly straight....they took the time to actually measure before welding, not just eyeball it like most shops.....thanks guys

Recommended by a friend. Took my car in for brakes. They quoted me $760- said my rotors needed to be replaced. Took it to Firestone for a second opinion and they said the rotors were fine. Only cost me $300 to resurface them and replace pads all around. Really glad I avoided getting ripped off by these guys.
