Everyone was friendly. Was in and out for an oil change and tire rotation, not a long wait. My vehicle was ready in no time. My seat wasnt moved and nothing was adjusted in the vehicle to make it uncomfortable. The service advisor was upfront about the price and there were no hidden fees or anything. I cannot express how satisfied I am with the customer experience. I came Im for an oil change and balance and rotate. My attendant was very detailed on my service and made me feel at home. I was overall very pleased with my experience at Darrell Waltrip Buick GMC. Our sales associate Destiny was very patient with us as I did not buy on the initial day that I was on the lot. I wanted to talk it over with my wife that night and she agreed to come in on her day off If I decided to move forward. I indeed did move forward and bought the truck of my dreams. I love driving it and showing it off to my family and friends. I will definitely visit them again for my future purchases. While I was waiting for my 2018 Honda CR-V to complete maintenance and detail work, my son and I wandered over to look at cars. We were walking by Buick Envisions when Destiny greeted us. I let her know I was just looking while waiting for my car. She was cool with that, and let me take a look inside one of the Envisions, that, quite literally, took my breath away. I havent felt love at first sight until I met this car. I dont even think I knew this car existed before seeing it in person.Anyway, from there she let me test drive it. I was quietly giggling the whole time because of how awesome this car was to drive. I had no idea Buicks were this cool!! Every feature seemed to be exactly what my car was lacking. At this point, the car has already sold itself to me. Between driving it and Destiny telling me about all of the cool additional features I knew I had to have it.Seeing it, driving it, and hearing about the features, I was ok to look at the numbers....So, from there, Destiny got me in and out relatively quickly for someone who walked in with no intention of buying a new car that day. I was traveling through TN last week in my 2011 GMC Terrain. Before heading out to head home to Iowa, I checked my oil and noticed it was low. I called Darrell Waltrip GMC at 7:30 AM to see if I could get my car in to have the oil level checked and topped off.When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Debra Carmichael who was very friendly and professional. She immediately took my vehicle back and within 5 minutes, the vehicle was ready to go. They topped the oil level off and said I was good to go.I really appreciated their fast and friendly service and will definitely return should I need service in the future when I travel through. Didnt have a service appointment because there werent any available for a week. Showed up and Kirsten said shed work in my oil change throughout the day if I left my truck. She ordered a complimentary Uber ride for me back home and my truck was finished within three hours. I received a complimentary Uber ride back to the dealership. Great service department as usual. My car had a serious issue that It had to be fixed before I could drive it home. (90 miles away.) The dealership kept me informed and took very good care of me. Jimmy Wiseman, (service writer) sent an Uber to take me to the local Hobby Lobby to kill some time and get lunch. They also let me know as soon as my repair was done, in person and by text.

The entire purchase experience was first class. The dealership had the right car and offered it to us at a fair price and gave us a fair credit on our trade=in. Our salesman, Dennis Foster, was a credit to his profession and to the dealership. He listened to our needs and went all the way in to meet our needs. We were enroute from Florida to Colorado so speed and efficiency in the transaction were a necessity. Similarly, the service department bent over backwards to get the Acadia prepped and ready to hit the road. Definitely a very well run business.
I just bought a brand new Yukon and love it!!! Our sales guy Mark Gray is awesome to work with and always has a smile. I ordered it and even though I bugged him about when it was going to arrive he was always so nice and always returned my calls. This is our second purchase from them and second time dealing with Mark. They are great! My kids even remember going there because he gave them snacks to keep them content while buying my husbands truck, lol !! If in the market go see him.

Lewis and Margaret took the time to help me with next steps on a newly purchased used 2013 Buick. It only had 70k but my daughter was discovering the features as she drives it. One of which was that it can change to manual mode while driving... So when the wheel locked I wondered what else was a feature and how to fix or stop it. Were typically Toyota people, this is uncharted territory. Lewis offered to explain and show me all the features when we come in. As well as what to expect. We like to know what works best to get the best life.
My wife went and looked at a pre-owned Enclave at Darrell Waltrip Buick GMC on 7/3/21 and fell in love with it. They wouldnt sell it to her because it hadnt been through inspection. She told them if it passed we definitely wanted to purchase it. On the morning of 7/5/21 they called and said it had passed. She told them we would be there around 4 or 5 to purchase the car. We showed up at 4 and were told that they were negotiating with someone else to sell the car even though we committed to the purchase. Instead of letting the other buyers know a mistake had been made and that the vehicle was already promised, they sold the Enclave out from under us. Very bad way to run a business! Please feel free to share this! At no point did anyone ask for a down payment to hold the vehicle. If they had, we had a $7000 check ready.
My wife had a nail in her tire. She was turned away at several tire shops. She came to the dealer and not only did you fix her tire but you also fixed two recalls while she was there all within an hour. I’m very thankful for your quick and excellent service

This week, my husband and I wandered into the DW parking lot, having visited four others that same day. We were specifically looking at Buick Encores, as it was in the top 3 vehicles we were seeking, having done much research on safety, reliability and cost from JD Powers site. We were instantly greeted by Salesman, Mark Gray, who was delightful to work with from the get-go. He was extremely knowledgeable, well spoken, relatable and courteous. We test drove a new Buick Encore and I fell in love with it. Mark went and brought the GM and part owner of the dealership to meet us, Lawrence Martin, who insisted I drive the car for a day or so before making aa decision. We purchased the car. We have a new car, but more importantly made new friends. Ill never go anywhere else! Thanks to everyone there for making what is generally a stressful task to to one that was an absolute delight.

My salesman Dennis Foster took all the time I needed to assess what type of vehicle and services would best suit my needs. I objected at first when he recommended the 2020 Enclave Avenir. It’s not the current model year! But after inviting me to drive it, and then showing me how the savings are worth more than the model year depreciation I saw exactly what he meant. AND he was able to advise me on how to best protect my interests even though I drive quite a long commute for work. I’m comfortable with the warranty and I love the car!

However I will not be purchasing another GMC I added the highest warranty you offer when I bought the car in 2018 my car has 6o,000 miles and I have to pay anywhere from 500 - 1000 every time I come in even with my warranty I feel that GMC put cheap parts in the car which Ive had to replace in a new car which Im very dissapointed in.

First impression, all team members clean and in various business attire keeping in the Dealership theme of identification. My husband and I looked for several months for a 2021 Yukon with no luck of finding what we wanted. We are from Mississippi and came across your dealership online and reached out to see if you guys could help. Dante called us and was able to find exactly what we wanted within 30 minutes. Everyone we dealt with from sales to finance were wonderful and went above and beyond to help us. Dante was very knowledgeable about each of the vehicles and answered every question we had. Overall it was not a bad experience. I was disappointed that my truck was not washed at the end of my service. Other dealerships I have taken my vehicle to have serviced have always washed my truck. I also noticed that the DEF fluid was not completely topped off. They only filled it up to 3/4’s. That was disappointing as well.

There seems to be some discrepancies when scheduling basic service. I called twice to schedule and was told there was a minimum of 2 weeks until I could bring my truck in. A friend of mine who recently purchased a vehicle there said to use the GMC app to get in. When I did there were appointments available as early as 1 day out. Very frustrating

I & a friend both took off work and drove 147 miles (2hrs 40mins) to trade and purchase a vehicle from Darrell Waltrip Buick GMC in Franklin, TN. This would have been the 3rd vehicle by the way. Before making the trip, financials and other information was given to the dealership. I even received an email from the General Manager, Lawrence Martin, wanting to discuss options to get me in the vehicle “I” was interested in purchasing. My friend had conversations and text messages practically saying the deal was done. He asked that the paperwork be ready when we arrived so we could sign and leave. Once arriving at the dealership the representatives didn’t know which vehicle I was there to purchase and no paperwork was ready. This was the first indication this visit was going downhill. Long story short! The dealership made it seem as if we had negative equity in our trade which wasn’t true because we had our local Credit Union give us the value before we left. So, instead of wanting to finance the used vehicle I was interested in purchasing they wanted to put me in a brand new Buick with rebates. The dealership didn’t want to pay the trade amount and thought I would take the new vehicle to save them money from the rebates they would later receive from GMC. They were not interested in helping me, the customer. We didn’t make the purchase and wasted our time and they didn’t seem to care one bit. Do not do business with this dealership unless you want to be bamboozled or hustled. We had issues with the other purchases, so why I thought this time and purchase would be different, I don’t know! I will never return to this dealership, ever!

I was told the parts were ordered and a date for the service was scheduled.I live 2 hours away, so I drove up to have the services performed and after 3 hours (was told it would be about 2) they informed me half of the parts either werent there or were the wrong ones and I would have to come back...So now I have to make another 4 hour trip and probably wait 3 hours again.Feel like I should get a free oil change or something when I come back.**Update, after seeing this review they contacted me, apologized, and offered to perform an oil change and rotation for free. Which I thought was a good way to handle it, props to them!

The staff does a great job and they were very helpful. I am kinda concerned about the car I purchased however because to get a check engine light during a service visit when the vehicle has less than 10000 miles on it is a little disturbing.
