Absolutely the most honest and professional car repair experience I have ever had.I Had to tow my daughter’s Kia Forte5 in to Greenway Kia of Franklin due to a loud rattling noise coming from the engine. The service department told me that it was the catalytic converter and it would cost $2350 plus tax to fix. When I questioned the price, they told me that the part alone was $1900. The dealership representative, Tonya, also had quite the attitude when I questioned the cost. After talking to a mechanic that I know, he told me that repair cost was outrageous and I should look elsewhere.I found Catalytic Converter and Exhaust Repair in Frankin, close to the dealership. The gentleman I spoke with, Max, told me that Greenway Kia’s quote was outrageous as well and told me to bring it into his shop and he can guarantee a more reasonable cost for the repair. Not only did he guarantee a lesser cost, but also stated that he had all the parts in stock. Greenway Kia of Franklin told me it would take 24 to 48 hours to get the part they needed (Catalytic converter).I had the car towed from Greenway Kia to Catalytic & Exhaust. The following day Max advised me it was NOT the catalytic converter and fixed the car for $160. That’s right...$160. The catalytic converter was completely intact. There was some other issue involving the exhaust system which was easily fixed… Again for $160The people at Catalytic Converter & Exhaust Repair are OUTSTANDING and very professional. I never had a problem calling and getting immediate answers and friendly customer service. This was much appreciated since I was calling and coordinating all of this from Florida. You don’t find people and places like this anymore. A huge THANKS to Max and the crew. This is the place for your car repair needs.

Great service! They are honest people and get it done very fast as Firestone said it would be a 6 hour job to replace my catalytic converter. They got me out in less than an hour! And it saved me Hundreds! Excellent I would recommend anyone to go here.

I took my pristine 1996 Corvette in to get a little more rumble from the exhausts system. I dont let too many people work on baby but I could tell immediately that Max was going to give her the care that I expected. I called and was taken immediately. I watched Max work on it and if I didnt know better I wouldve thought that he was working on his own car. The experience was great and so was the price. There is no need to leave Franklin to get a job well done ( Max even shined my new stainless steel extensions before he called the job complete).Are you ready to rumble? I am.

You would assume being downtown franklin you would pay a ton... Well I wouldnt know. I have a rattle in the back of my vehicle. I assumed it was the exhaust. After inspecting my Honda Element for over 2 hours they were unable to find anything wrong with my vehicle. Everything seems to be safe, and they refused to take any money for their time. I believe the guy I was working with was named Max or Mac. Apparently this place was bought out and the other exhaust place are now owned by one owner.
