Joe? over the phone and Richard onsite were incredible. Someone cracked my taillight and they referred me to Henrys auto parts for a quick replacement find. Then I came back and Richard and his crew installed it at no charge. I found Onestop in the morning and the taillight was taken care of before lunch that day. The relief offered to a new walk-in customer is gold and Ill be coming back for a paintjob and some body work.

One Stop Auto exceeded my expectations for the repairs on my car. First of all everyone I spoke to there was very nice, Robin is a great guy he handled all my claim info with my insurance company made the entire process very smooth and simple kept me updated along the way and everything was complete right when he said it would be. The repairs were phenomenal my car looked brand new when I got it back I was very impressed with their work. Highly recommend One Stop Auto to anyone!

My family and I have been dealing with one stop auto for decades from buying cars to bodywork etc. The service is over the top and will only bring my cars to Joe for any paint and bodywork and has always treated us like family. My Cadillac was recently hit in a parking lot, scratching the entire right side from bumper to bumper. I brought my car to One Stop Auto Shop and I was so pleased with the outstanding service. They handled the entire process of talking to the insurance company and the only out of pocket cost to me was my deductible set by my insurance company. Most importantly, the body work came out perfect and they they did an amazing job matching the paint. On top of that, my car was delivered to me ahead of schedule. Overall, I was extremely pleased with their work and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs body or paint work done to their car.

I have to at least give one star which this business does not deserve. I would never use them again or refer anyone to them. 1,600 job took them close to a month to fix. Kept on giving us the run-around for the month they had our car. Mickey mouse job

We needed a repair on our rear bumper, and they not only performed excellent work and made it look like new, but also made it so easy and hassle free for us, as well as getting the job done in a timely fashion. The shop is outstanding the employees doing outstanding job there work is impeccable I would not bring my car nor my familys cars to anyone else besides one stop auto!! There work speaks for it self they also have beautiful cars for sale .. they are also a hassel free company and they welcome you with open arms when you arrive ! Also there is a outstanding tow compay in the same buliding palambo towing my car had to be towed one day they picked it up and took care of it as if it was one of there own these two companys are outstanding togahther thank you one stop auto and palmbo towing great job!!! I had my cars front bumper repainted there this week. Reasonable price, did a good job and completed on time as promised.

Mickey Mouse work from a Preferred insurance Shop. The paint job looked like an orange peel, the back window leaked and the new tailpipe was welded to what I thought was a new muffler. I would not recommend them to anyone. Poor quality.
