I’ve been coming to this dealership a little over a year after moving here. This oil change was quick as I was the first one there in the morning. Only took them about 20 minutes. I get regularly mailed coupons from the dealership and was shocked at the price of $70 for only an oil change. No tire rotation or anything additional. I thought I had the coupons in my car, but after checking I realized I moved them out of my car because the transmission was recently replaced after complete failure at 130,000 miles. The “customer service” person assisting me showed no concern about me not having the coupon and continued to collect the absurd price. I’m a strong believer in keeping my car serviced by the dealership, but I’m going to have to look at other options. The coupon I had would have made $40. A little grace and customer service goes a long way.

Easy to schedule the work needed online. Arrived on scheduled date and met with a Service Rep and easily got my truck into the Service Bay. After isolating the specific issue, they ordered the parts, and gave me a ride home. Repairs were made later that afternoon, and they came and picked me up. All went well. No issues, no complaints, no problems. Thank you FLOF team for the great work and service.

I always use Google to see if what they said is the truth and every time her answers were on point. When I decided to make the purchase she made it quick. The service department at Lincoln of Franklin is the most incompetent service department I have ever had the misfortune to use. My car sat there for a week to complete about a 1 hour job. Service manager Justin is the worst service manager and would be fired if he worked for me the only competent people I have met there was Brook and Anthony they were Great, Friendly and always returned my calls and kept me informed. I have been there twice and both times were a disaster. Will never return. Steer clear of this dealership!!!!!

Since I moved to Franklin from California, about 7 month ago, my first time at Ford of Franklin was not a pleasant one. I dealt with some unfriendly folks and felt like I was not appreciated. Since I wasn’t so sure about who to reach out to regarding my concerns and dissatisfaction, I posted a review online, hoping it would grab someone attention but never expected anyone to reach out or do something about it. Then all changed when I had a call from one of their top manager Lauren. Lauren was eager and passionate to fix my dissatisfaction. Lauren also invited me back for a service and got me in touch with one of their service tech Tanner. From the moment I walked in second time around, Tanner did great and Lauren stayed involved in the whole process from the time I dropped off my car until I got it back. Lauren even followed up after I got my car back and made sure everything was done right and I was happy. I believe I have found friends within Ford of Franklin both Lauren and Tanner did an excellent job, making things right. For future service I will definitely select Tanner to work with and knowing he cares about me as a a customer, Lauren was amazing, from the first moment I met her she understood what it takes to keep a customer happy. Thank you Lauren, Tanner and I would highly recommend if you do need service from Ford of Franklin please work with Tanner and reach out to Lauren if you’re unhappy about anything your service tech cannot resolve, but based on my second time around, if you work with Tanner I am sure you will be happy just like me and won’t need to reach a higher up team. Lauren thank you so much for making things right, and connecting me with Tanner you did an amazing job. I hope some one higher up than both Tanner and Lauren can see this, and know how lucky they are for having Lauren and Tanner on their team. This dealership has given me the best experience of buying a vehicle by far. The inventory was superb, the dealership is willing to work with the customer to get him/her exactly what they want, but what really made my experience so amazing was working with Brandon Roussell. He isn’t your typical vehicle salesman who is only trying to quickly sell you a vehicle for commission and have no other interest besides making a buck. He instead took the time to figure out exactly what I was looking for, my price range, and then went over all the options that fit my description. He showed me each of these vehicle and also gave me different suggestions I hadn’t thought of. He really went above and beyond in getting to know me and finding me the perfect vehicle. I can’t thank him enough for this! I look forward to doing more business with Ford Lincoln of Franklin and wouldn’t consider any other dealership after this experience.

I received a recall notice on my vehicle. Justin was able to get me a weekend appointment which was perfect for my schedule. Ford Lincoln of Franklin was not only able to make the proper repairs to my vehicle because of the recall notice they were also able to perform routine maintenance that was recommended and they were able to do all of this in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend Ford Lincoln of Franklin and their outstanding staff. Five stars!

ORIGINAL POST: Aweful. Took a week to tell me there was no problem. They insulted me with their excuses. Ive been trying to get anyone to contact me for three weeks... but crickets. They actually told me if you cant give us 5 stars, we prefer you dont fill out the survey. Such poor service.FOLLOW-UP POST: After my original post (above) I immediately received a contact from the Customer Relations Manager, Lauren. She listened. She owned the issues without making excuses. She worked with me on a equitable plan of action, and was a professional liason between me and the service department throughout the process of remediation. Im happy to report that with Laurens help, the dealership met me more than half way to a fair resolution. Simply stated, Lauren is amazing.I originally gave 1 of 5 stars. I now give 4 of 5 stars. Lauren deserves 5+ stars, but I gave a final rating of 4 stars because of two things: 1) the experience of the first three weeks was painful, and 2) the service department did fail to perform one of the agreed upon activities, but it was minor (Im over it). The service department does have some more improving to do, but I now believe that the dealerships management is customer service focused. With help from Lauren and others, the culture of customer service infiltrate the organization.

Been a Ford customer for 9 years now. Went to dealer wanting to trade out of my lease to get into a more affordable vehicle with Mazda. I was told I can not and with a lease I would have to go through Ford. However Ford will quickly help a customer get out of one of their competitors. This is so hypocritical it is not funny. You should be there to help the customer and not just make a sale. Well I will never go Ford again.

Great service department and was able to get a rental car at a great rate for three days. We had an air flow problem with the AC while in FL recently. Had a local shop check it out at 4:30 on a Friday and he evacuated the AC system and recharged the Freon. I was able to get back to Lincoln of Franklin for their Technician to check it out further and he found the AC working proper. The only thing my car needed was a new cabin air filter. AC is working great now. Thanks

This poor review is specifically for the service department. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and the sales process was terrific. I wish I could say the same for service. I had one less-than-stellar experience and a second terrible experience here a couple of years ago. I decided then to get routine maintenance done elsewhere. Unfortunately, I have warranty related service issues that have to be done by a dealership. I scheduled an appointment online and selected the earliest available for that week (Wed. afternoon). When I arrived I was told my online appointment was basically meaningless and I really should have called. (why offer online scheduling then?) The earliest they might be able to even look at my vehicle was possibly the following Monday and then it could take another week before it MIGHT be fixed. I cant be without my vehicle for that long of a period of time. I understand there being a backlog for various covid related issues. However, I should have been contacted with this information before I made arrangements to drop off my vehicle and line up someone to give me a ride home. It is also ridiculous to offer an online appointment system that is meaningless. At this point I had to keep my vehicle and cancel the ride I had arranged. I then asked about scheduling a real appointment. Even though I was standing in the service department talking with a service manager, I was handed a card and told to call and make an appointment at a later date. I still question the point of making an appointment at all when they flat out tell you that they will get to it when they get to it. The whole point of making an appointment is so that I am without my vehicle for the shortest possible period of time. Buying a car here is great. Having maintenance or warranty work done here? Not so much.

Continuation...I got the run around about when I would be able to pickup my new car. I go there to pick it up from the Body and Collision. Me and my wife walked up to the car from outside and noticed THEY SCRATCHED MY DOOR. So I am picking my car from a FORD BODY shop and they claimed to have gone over the car 3 times and said it was perfect. So I had to call Lauren Distephano again. Disappointed, angry, and livid does not describe how mad I was. BRAND NEW CAR and this is PERFECT in their eyes??? Lauren had to go to bat for me again and again and again. Such a hassle for both of us. I wish the owner/GM would have contacted me directly. It is ONLY because of Lauren that they ended up making this CLOSE to right. WHY is she not more involved from the get go? Seriously? All the dealership cares about is making a sale. NO customer focus or appreciation at all. They need a lesson in humility. Lauren, Garret, and Miguel are the only people who actually tried to help me; especially Lauren. I will not purchase anything from this dealership again. I cant say how disappointed I am with this dealership.

My only issue with this visit is that I felt left out to dry with no vehicle for 2 weeks. Perhaps thinking of a way to help your customers get around instead of spending hundreds of dollars to go to work and back or on a rental. Maybe even a discounted price on a rental would be helpful. Other than that the associates are very patient and understanding.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE! There are many frustrated Ford owners/stories out there, and Im sad to say that I unfortunately have one as well. I first took my Ford Escape to Firestone to get an engine coolant leak checked out. I was told that I had an external leak (which was true because it was dripping all over the ground). However, they couldnt get the part because Ford had it on back order. Therefore, I had to go to Ford Lincoln of Franklin. Once this dealership looked at it, they said it needed a new motor. To say the least, I was shocked to know that it went from a simple external leak, to a $10,000 new motor. Luckily, I had bought an extended warranty. But, I was told at Ford that in order for the warranty company to agree to spend that amount of money, I would be responsible for spending $2000 to tear the motor down before they would agree (if they would agree) to cover it. I told Ford Lincoln of Franklin that I was not comfortable with that, and pushed them to give me all tests, results and documentation that lead them to believe it needed a new motor. A few hours later, I was told that they looked at it again, and found a small hose that was leaking/crimped, and it was now fixed and no longer needed a new motor. What?! So I asked, is the motor now completely fine? Is it safe for me to drive? Is is going to cause me any harm? They said no, the engine is safe, and everything is good to go now. I dont know much, but that just seems very strange and scary at the same time. Because of their errors, in their inability to properly diagnose the engine, I was without a car for around 12 days, and they will now not reimburse me for that. Now Im out almost $500 for the car rental, and Im not even sure if my car is safe for me to drive my family around in. Ford Motor Company is not how it used to be... sad but true. UPDATE 9/7/21 Lauren Distephano never called me back!!

Tanner, George and (Brent ?) were fabulous with my Mustang oil change and check up. Tanner educated me. They kept track of everyone in the line. George was kind and treated me like a person. Brent was also kind and took time to explain processes to me. I need to trust my repair people -- have a relationship with them. This experience left me with a smile. I brought them muffins and strawberries as a thank you.

Waited nearly 4 hours for a recall repair that was communicated to take only 1.5 hours. My wife asked for updates multiple times and got no help. Dealership is great. Ability to appropriately diagnose waiting is very poor.

Purchased a 2015 Mercedes Benz ML350 last week. Already the check coolant light is on, one of the rain guards that was on the front drivers side flew off on the interstate, and the windshield whispers need replacing. Also I was told multiple times while my car was being detailed so that I could take it home that it would be filled up with gas. After being handed over the keys I discover it is almost empty.

Tanner was so awesome to work with! I had went in for an oil change but also needed other services done to my car to maintain my warranty. Instead of having to do all of those services at once, which would’ve been costly for one day, he was able to break them up for me in future appointments and described what needed to be done.
