I am so pleased with the Outstanding service I received from Sewell Infiniti Fort Worth Staff. I was in the market for a new SUV and I had 3 Luxury vehicles I test drove which included the new 2022 Infinity QX55. From the Front desk Associates to John Roberts my Salesman, Michelle Beaver Sales Manager, Rachel Anderson Finance Manager, and the General Manager Roxanne Morrison. I felt so welcomed and not rushed or pressured in any way. I want to especially thank John for his expertise, and patience he showed toward me. He answered all my questions and was readily available over the last two days while I was making my decision. Rachel was very helpful with any additional coverages I purchased. All in all, this Dealership makes you feel welcomed and will go the extra mile for their clients! I know they did it for me! The is by far the best experience I had in purchasing a vehicle. Bought my new pre owned infinity here in early March. Had a friend ask me last week if they are as good as the commercials make them out to be. My reply For years Ive seen their commercials & wondered the same thing. Always think yeah right, sure! But let me tell you YES they are.We live in Parker County between Weatherford & Azle. We had gone to look at their cars one evening & I drove a few. Our salesman was Bruce, who was very patient with me. My husband had a business trip the next morning which left me without a vehicle so Bruce came & picked me up so that I could look at more cars to decide which I liked. Choice made, purchase made, 4 days after taking ownership my husband broke it. Hit someone. So, then started the process of insurance, getting it scheduled for repairs etc. Got it all taken care of so now its end of April. Ive had to take it in for a few minor issues. Ive taken it for a wash, which they always vacuum the front & back floor boards as well as dust off the dash. Every individual Ive dealt with is always 💯% helpful, gracious & kind. Genuinely happy to be there & to help you. You cant tell me the employees for Sewell dont like their jobs. You can see it every time Im there. Happy employees makes a great environment. I spent many years in retail & can tell you this is not a job for them it is always their pleasure to be there for you.Customer for life now.

Different vibe compared with other dealership we usually go to. I will drive up here for my Infiniti now on. If wife is not comfortable with them then I would not be either. Theyre willing to roll the cost diagnostics into final bill (was actually cheaper than what I paid first time to run diagnostics).

Wife’s car had to have windshield wiper motor replaced and they ran other diagnostics and inspections while there. Found a small oil leak at plug on oil pan when they visually inspected it and took care of that while in. Service was excellent and extremely professional. Had it in and out in a day basically and when my wife kicked up her car they had washed it as well. Great experience. My wife commented that in addition to the motor on wipers being covered under warranty that the service is why you buy the Infinity brand.

Called Sewell Infinity to have our car repaired for collision damage. Set up appointment with our representative 27 days later due to high volume. When I dropped off car, the guy tells me its a week to week and a half to assess damage and get a price. So what was the appointment for, and why cant he give me a cost estimate for almost 2 weeks? Thats just our process. So we switched to Star Care Mansfield Paint and Body. They went with our Insurance, they started the process the next day. We will have to wait 1 week, but should have our car back by end of that week.

Rick Ascensio has been exceptional each and every time Ive needed service but this last time he went above and beyond! He fought with me with my extended warranty company and between the both of us got my cars mechanical issues taken care of, with me paying $0 out of pocket! Im just glad that he was my service advisor because being in the car business myself, I know that he could have just dropped the situation but he took ownership alongside with me! Thats outstanding customer service! SN: I always return here only because of Ricks Ascensio customer service since the first time!

I bought a 2021 Infiniti Q60 Red 400 sports coupe at this dealership August 2, 2021. Included in the sales pitch was free car washes by appointment for length of ownership. Yesterday, October 7, 2021, I called for an appointment for today recognizing that I might be too late or they might be too busy. To my suprise, they said a 2:30 appointment was available. I arrived at 2:20 and told the service manager I was there for my appointment.After 40 minutes I inquired about it and was told that they were just getting to it. I asked why it was taking so long. Their excuse was that they also had to wash the loaner cars and the cars fom the Sewell Lexis dealership across the street while it was being remodeled. They said that I should have known or been told that there was a 45 minute to one hour wait for the free carwash. I finally drove out of the service bay one hour after I arrived.I have driven new BMWs or Jaguars for the past 15 years and decided to try Infiniti when it came time to trade my 2016 Jaguar XJL. For the most part the Infiniti is OK: comfortable seating and acceleration but complex cockpit instruments and poor cornering. Nonetheless, not bad all thingsconsidered. But todays experience of their free carwash was not just an inconvenience but raises an ethical question of whether their service can be trusted. This was a example of misleading by omission at the point of sale and/or the point of service. (Im a retired university ethics professor.) It could be just incompetence in management (the more likely case). In any case the result is the same, a question as to whether this dealership can be trusted in that this is the worst new car service I have experienced in the last 15 years.As I wonder what other omissions await my discovery, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.October 11, 2021 follow-up to the foregoing:Received a response from Senior Dealership Manager, Roxanne Morrison.Our conversation was characterized by her patient listening followed by an explanation and apology. This is the only dealership that I will deal with from now on. There is no games, no back and forth with managers and salespeople. No one bothers you if you want to look around the lot, NO STRESS at all. I was in and out in a little under 2.75 hours. Charlie Pitcher is the first honest and to the point salesperson I have ever had dealings with. There was no hidden costs, no wasted time, nothing bad to say at all. The Sales Manger came in after about 20 minutes and said congratulations you are approved and we are getting the paper work ready to sign. I was so impressed. The Q60 was a gift for my wife, they put a big bow in the trunk so I could put it on the car once I got it home, it was all just to much. I liked it so much my daughter is now looking to trade in her care with them and I am thinking of trading my wifes old car in. Thank you INFINITY of Fort Worth!!!

The purchase process was painless and we look care of most things over the phone, email, and even text. A few years back I visited Sewell Lexus in Fort Worth. I didn’t end up buying a car but it was not because I didn’t want to. The finance manager and sales person both recommended against it because of where I was financially in my current vehicle. I wish I would have listened to them but instead I went somewhere else and regretted it. Fast forward to May-July 2020. Long story short I ended up with a 2020 QX60 after a couple of months of working with Megan Flynn. No pressure, no hassle, no continuous badgering to “get me into a car”. She called me when the dealership had incentives that she knew would bring me to where I needed to be in the vehicle I wanted to drive. And it wasn’t that she worked hard to sell a car. She worked hard to gain my trust and earn a customer for life. My only “complaint” .... an experience this pleasant should be repeated more frequently than 39 months (lease term). The entire staff changed my expectations of buying a vehicle. Take my advice: Ditch those other car dealerships, go to Sewell. If they can’t get you into the vehicle you want, maybe you don’t need to be in that vehicle.

My sister recently got a car from here and the process was super fast and easy. We felt so comfortable here, no pressure from anyone. Baile and Jaden were super helpful, they took care of us very well. I came back to get a car for myself as well and this time, Trevor helped me and the process again was very fast and easy. The finance managers, Kyle and Rachel, both were great, they explained everything well and made sure we got everything we needed. The sales manager Nathan even came to welcome us back!! This is the first dealership we been to where everyone treated us so nicely without pressuring us into buying anything. If you ever in need of a car, you should save some time and troubles and just go straight here, I’m sure they will take great care of you as well!!

Brought my QX50 in for brake service to fix the squeaking noise. When I came to pick up the car it still was squeaking!! I talked to Rick about it & he completely didn’t care!! He told me over the phone that them buffing down the brakes would fix the issue for a few months & when I picked up the car he states that theres “no guarantee as to how long before they squeak again” But I PICKED UP THE CAR THE SAME DAY!! WASTE OF $200!! Will NEVER bring my car back here. Frisco location way better!

The only great experience I had with the Sewell Fort Worth dealership was my sales experience. Megan went above and beyond to help me find the car I wanted. THAT WAS THE ONLY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. Their service department is very questionable. I’d expect questionable service experience at a Nissan dealership, not Infiniti, Sewell Infiniti of all places!First incident- they couldn’t replicate a mechanical problem with the car, where the car would go into a limp mode and the service director, Michael, basically said they can’t do anything until the error occurs again and told me to pick up a car with like threatening issues. Second incident- I had a wheel and tire package and had to go into the dealership due to a flat tire. I ONLY asked for my tires to be fixed but got a phone call from the rep saying my flat was patched and they “went ahead and fixed my wheels” while they were patching the tire. The wheels were perfectly fine.This part is on me for not pushing back. But the dealership should NEVER “go ahead” and complete a service without the customer’s consent. That’s something you expect from some Nissan dealership not Sewell Infiniti! During the same time my car was in the shop for the flat tire, they found debris in my brake fluid. I had gotten my brake fluid serviced at Sewell Infiniti of Dallas 2 months ago. The representative didn’t even check my prior record and tried to get me to change my brake fluid and charge me over $150! Third incident- once again my car was in a limp mode with a check engine light on. I called Sewell Infiniti of Fort Worth to see if they had loaners, they told me no. I called serval other Infiniti dealerships and no one had any loaners. So, I called the Fort Worth Sewell again and this time the rep who answered the call told me that since this was an emergency they would provide a loaner or a rental car for me. As my car was being towed, I gave the Sewell Infiniti Fort Worth a courtesy call as requested. My car finally got towed to the dealership and the first thing the rep asked was what I was in for. Supposedly, they have a scanner that reads your vehicle tags so the rep is aware of what service you’re coming in for. Either the dealership was BSing about this feature or this service rep could care less why I came into the dealership. The rep told me they didn’t have any loaners and after telling him what I was promised, a loaner suddenly appeared from thin air. Fourth incident- I came into the dealership to cancel my wheel and tire package. The finance girl came back saying I had multiple claimS so basically there was no refund to receive. When I asked what claims I had, she couldn’t answer my question and refer me to the service director. Once again, when I had asked what other claims I had, they could only refer to that time I brought in my tire for a flat and the wheel “they went ahead and fixed”. Moral of the story, don’t get your car serviced at the Fort Worth dealership. They charge you more at this dealership than the one in Dallas. If you decide to service your car, make sure to document everything.

We bought our 2015 Infiniti with 9k miles and now have over 65k miles on it. All services have only been performed by Sewell Infiniti, no one else. In the past we have always had great service and bragged about how great they are to friends. Took the car in last week for the usual oil change and tire rotation. Open the hood at home and immediately notice the air filter is exposed. Looking closer it was obvious someone broke the tab for the clamp to hold the housings together. Take the car back to Sewell and they deny everything claiming it is an aftermarket air filter and they dont use aftermarket filters. They also stated they dont remove the air filter to see if its dirty, they take apart something further up front and shine a flashlight in there, lol. I asked for a manager and he gives the same excuse and tells me that it happens all the time (just wow!). So I asked why they didnt tell us that it was broke so we could get it replaced before any engine damage. He stated it doesnt affect the driveability of the car (another wow!). Its very clear that the air filter has a gap between it and the engine side that is allowing dust into the engine. To add insult to injury he goes on to say they will replace it labor free if we just pay for the part. He quoted me $646.00. Online OEM Infiniti dealers show the list price is $146.73, and being sold for only $105.65 at one. So a $500.00 markup (Beyond WOW!!!)??? How can Infiniti even allow their dealers to do that to customers? Attaching pictures worth 1,000 words. You can decide if you want them working on your vehicle.

Immediately we decided to purchase a 2019. More interior room, totally redesigned engine with a 4 cylinder turbo. The instrument packages and other options are very impressive. MOST of all we drive in from out of town just to buy from FT Worth Infiniti because of the hard working and gracious staff. The general manager, Roxanne, and Kyle worked with us and gave us a fair price on the 2016 and new 2019. The welcome and treatment we get form Roxanne brings us back to the dealership as loyal customers. Not only did we find the one we wanted we added an enhancement as a special option that is unique to our QX50, but not for long after seeing the results. Thanks again to Kyle and Roxanne.Add photos

I brought my car in for a noise that I’d been hearing and after 4 days still no explanation. I also informed them that it appeared I needed windshield wiper fluid. I was told that my whole windshield wiper system needed to be replaced and that they had done that. Only to receive my car back still no windshield wiper fluid and now an indicator message on my dash that I was told by my advisor “wasn’t anything to worry about.” I appreciated the warranty work that was completed on my vehicle however I’m sure I received the subpar service due to the fact that I refused to let them replace my tires. This is because Im getting them replaced for free from the dealership I purchased it from since I had just purchased the car and I had already worked it out with the location’s GM. Once they knew they weren’t able to “make any money”, my car and concerns didn’t matter. I’m very disappointed in the service I received and will never recommend this Sewell to anyone. I’m familiar with Sewell as my previous vehicle (BMW) was purchased and maintained by Sewell of Grapevine and this is definitely NOT THE STANDARD.

To start with, I would have preferred to visit the sales dept. in person, but im a disabled veteran with lots of health issues that includes no immune system, so online and phone calls are my only option to find a vehicle.January 24, I submitted a e mail offer, so far its been 2 days without a response.Yesterday I called and spoke with a sales representative to discuss a possible purchase of a used vehicle at their Houston location and the financing options. He mentioned that he would get with the finance department and get right back with me. Still waiting!!!I guess I should mention, this was the Ft.Worth Infinity used car dept.Needless to say, I wont be buying or servicing my vehicles with Sewell any longer.

I purchased my vehicle from Sewell Infiniti last week of July 2020. It was a used vehicle which was, according to Sewell, inspected to ensure no major drivetrain or powertrain issues exist. During the sales process the provided me with an inspection report from their service center which provided a breakdown all the way down to the life of the current brakes/rotors. I was comfortable with what was provided and given that I have had this make of vehicle my entire driving life, I declined the extended warranty through Sewell.Come late September 2020, I begin noticing a few drops of oil on my drive way where I park my vehicle. I tried giving Sewell a call but was left on hold for far too long. By end of October, the small drops have turned into puddles. At this point I have only have the vehicle for roughly two months. I contacted their service department to request a courtesy diagnosis as from my thought process, a vehicle that has been thoroughly inspected by Sewell should not be leaking oil within 2 months of purchasing. I was informed that since I did not have the extended warranty that I am responsible for whatever repairs are needed.I took the vehicle to the nearest manufacturer dealership and have now forked over over $1,000.00 in repairs and rental expenses to correct an issue that does not happen overnight and should have been caught at the time Sewell inspected the vehicle. Because I declined their warranty, they treated me like cattle when I ran into an issue after only two months of purchasing a vehicle from them.I will never do business with Sewell again nor will I ever recommend Sewell to any family or friends.

I couldnt be happier with the service I have received from Sewell Infiniti.They are always fast, friendly and professional, and they have NEVER attempted to pressure me into purchasing a product or service I did not need. Additionally, they always ask if I need a loaner and make sure to keep me apprised about the work being done. Furthermore, I have overheard the sales reps working with other customers, too, and every interaction was professional and courteous, no matter the age of the car or the service being performed. Is the Sewell experience really different? Well, it is an auto dealership with some of the same old tricks of the trade (back and forth with manager, etc.). However, after addressing an apparent in-house communication error regarding price, my salesman personally took accountability and made the situation right. If you go to Sewell, make sure you ask for Stanley! A knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly sales person who stands by his word.

I have taken my car to this location several times for schedule maintenance, everyone is always polite and friendly. The only reason Im not giving it 5 stars is because I wont be able to get my car wash,which really is beyond their control! Due to social distancing I guess Iam just in my feeling right now!

Took my 2012 g37 with 100k miles on it here to get a diagnostic. I wanted a compression test but they didnt. well they removed the oil cap and said I needed a new engine which is 17k . I paid about $120 for a 5 second diagnostic. They said no to compression test. I went to 4 different mechanics and they said engine is good just do an engine flush. The other mechanics said oil was dirty but it was normal.

Turn in my loaner car and never received help. I sat and wait to be help to just to be ignored, two cars pulled up after me and received help immediately. Eventually i received help. By the time I get home I noticed that my oil change indicator was still on and was never reset. Received a call the following day to set up a technician to come to my job and reset the oil change indicator. During that call they said is sorry for the way I was help and that it not the way they run their business. The technician came out and due to my custom stereo they were not able to reset it. The Technician said that he told the service adiver, and they should have told me that. So that there was no reason for the tech to come out if I was informed correctly and the half felt apology for being ignored did not make it any better.

The service department is amazing in this dealership and they really do go the extra mile for you. I had an issue with my AC power outlet not producing power and the service advisor (Blake Wilson) just got on his knees (with his nice dress pants on) to check the fuse box and fixed the problem on the spot. I cant tell you how happy I was to get in and out of the service department in less than 30 minutes. Oh did I mention, I didnt even make an appointment (dont recommend this, but I was just dropping by to see how long it would take). Thanks Blake and Sewell from creating a service department that goes the extra mile for it customer.

In the past, we have always received excellent service but today I must have fallen through the cracks.My daughter’s Infinity Q50 was vandalized over the weekend in Dallas and one of her windows was shattered.I called the Service Department bright and early this morning (Monday) to set up service/repair.To my surprise, instead of being able to make an appointment, the lady who answered the phone told me that the Service Department Manager would have to call me back but ensured me that the call would happen within the hour.It is now 8:48pm and I have not heard a word.We were scrambling to have this repair done as soon as possible for obvious reasons and will have to utilize another auto glass replacement company.

A recent repair experience gave me proof once again that the staff at Sewell Infiniti of Fort Worth are absolutely the very best in the business. My auto needed an emergency repair after running over an object on the freeway. Blaine encouraged me to bring it in right away on a Friday afternoon. After my vehicle was serviced, I drove off and the service light was still on, after getting close to home which was about 20 miles away the light was still on, so I contacted the dealership to see if I need to bring it back or if there was something I could do to reset to get the service light off, the young man I spoke with said my representative wasnt available at the time and asked if he could get him to call me back, I asked if there was any representative I could speak with, he said all of them were busy, I asked him to have any rep. call me back he said sure, this was 2 weeks ago and I still have not heard from a representative till this day, had to resort to YouTube to get the issue resolved, wont be going back there for service again

Sewell Infinity of Fort Worth was absolutely the best car buying experience we have ever had. From the lovely receptionist who greeted us as we walked in (and provided my kiddos with drinks and snacks) to Obed who showed us exactly what we came in to test drive. Obed was courteous, knowledgeable and very respectful of our time. We never felt pressured to buy, but we did feel very respected. The negotiating process was painless and we never felt as if we were being taken advantage of. Price breakdown was very transparent, which is a rarity in the car buying process. I just went for the 1st time due to being new to the area and let me say....WOW!!! Just blown away by the service I got. Michael Tarleton was fantastic with everything from answering questions, follow up and being organized. I did not feel pushed into buying anything and did not over charge me for everything I had questions on. He only cared about what I needed and what worked best for me. I was treated exceptional as a customer and many reps offered to help me. Sewell Infinity should be a benchmark for all other dealerships that exist.....just great service all around. Everything was extremely clean and perfectly maintained. I recently bought a 2015 Cadillac which I later traded in on my infinity, but from a dealer elsewhere and was not treated even close to this good.I am HR Manager for a living and it is great to see people treated like they matter. I always teach this type of professional behavior where I work and its great to see others still do this.My only issue that I could find was that my steering wheel still squeaks which I was told had been fixed, but they did not even charge me for looking at it due to it being minor.I will always go back to them, either for repair or buying a new car.Thank you Michael and Sewell Infinity for great service!!

I called to schedule a service inquiry for the hatch on a 2019 QX50. The scheduler was really helpful regarding availability & loaner vehicle options. Upon arrival, Blane was prompt with approaching my vehicle & assisting me out of the car. He checked the complaint & set proper expectations ahead of time. The problem was fixed the same day! The second gentleman (didn’t get his name) was also extremely nice & resourceful! The overall experience was above my expectation. Would gladly go back to that location (hopefully just for routine maintenance 😂).

I typically use this dealership for the car washes, which are above average about half the time and the waiting area is very comfortable. I do have one issue, almost every week I upgrade my wash and pay the $20 bucks to do so. My issue is that somehow the cashier doesn’t know how to use the card reader as credit, when I pay, so every time I either have to use a debt card or cash. When I ask if I can use credit (every time) she says “I think you can only do debt.” For such a high end dealer I expect more. I mean know how to use the payment system as a cashier...

Great experience! Felt very much appreciated for my business and prices were fair and reasonable. Did not get pressured to buy/repair more than was needed. Was accommodated on short notice and provided a loaner car so there was no inconvenience for me. Loved going to Sewell and will continue to go for oil changes and other repairs.
