Audi gives the best customer service ever! Anthony O’Baner answered our phone call when we wanted to inquire about another vehicle. We met shortly after and realized it was not the car for us. He was patient and showed us other cars. It took us a bit to decide and he let us take our time to think it over and definitely wasn’t pushy. We finally decided to go for it way past closing. Marc McWhorter helped with financing and made it really easy. We even got the red bow on the car and it was nice and clean for us to drive home. The next day we dropped by and Ivan, in sales, spent at least 30 minutes showing us all the details and what each button does on the car. We’ve never had a better experience at a car dealership! These guys are professional and dedicated to their clients best interest.

Tyler was easy going and informative and got me into a nice loaner.Not so great:- loaner wasn’t clean and smelled like gym clothes- oil change full synthetic price is pretty high $129- car was returned about 60% cleanIf the loaner was clean and the returned car was spotless then I could see the higher price for oil change. Had a very good experience with Angel Guerrero and the rest of the team at Audi FW. Bought a new Q3 and feel like they dealt fairly with me in the new car price, the trade in, and the financing. Angel helped us set up much of the cars systems like blue tooth pairing, garage door opener etc. Have only had car for 3 days, but was happy with the deal and hope to be happy with car for a long time.

Good experience! My son and bestie test drove my new 2019 Cadillac because of my work schedule. Everything was handled by phone, texts and emails. Plus a courier was sent to me to sign the documents. I wish that part could have been done through DocuSign though. Salesman was willing to drive the truck to me but I ended up picking it up. And he helped me figure out how to use the gadgets. Plus he has been available since the purchase.

I am extremely disappointed in the service that I received. At this point I’m thinking of getting rid of my car so that I NEVER have to deal with Audi EVER again. Audi close at 6 pm I dropped my car off Wednesday a little after 3pm. Service advisor Tie Johnson checked me in explaining will not get to my vehicle until first thing in the morning. Why I don’t know prior to dropping off said 2-4 hour wait did I want to wait I said no. Never received a call the next day I had to initiate the call after 11:30 when stated day before she would call me around 9am. I was advised will get my car later in the evening. Unacceptable if I dropped it off the previous day. Tie called me back with no concerns of mine only to tell me she will have my car washed and ready to go if I need to come pick it up never addressed my concerns. Finally called back and ask why was I getting an alignment I said I replaced a tire never advised me something else wrong with my vehicle. Tie knew at that moment I didn’t need an alignment and proceeded to service after telling me my car is being serviced I received a text of a list of things needed. If I need a control arm why proceed with an alignment? Never explain I will have to get another alignment after replacing the control arm. With that being said I was ripped off paying for something at the time was not needed and she was too dam lazy to have that explain to me. The only thing she thinking is getting money out of me. Tie doesn’t know how to answer questions when in fault made an attempt to conclude conversation to get me out of the service department when I questioned her about none explanation of her lack of communication with is unprofessional. If she doesn’t know the protocol she better off answering the phone and only relaying messages. I will be fighting for a refund and NEVER deal with this location again

Amazing experience dealing with the dealership. I bought a used car but the condition was very close to new - great looking, well maintained, working perfectly. Heres the situations we found a BMW x3 2019 for 49k we called and asked to come in to check it out. The next day they told us it has gotten sold, but their ads was still there. We drove 1hr there anyway to confirm if its sold or not. The salesman states someone was interested but they havent sold it. BTW the salesman was really nice but what happened next boils me up. The price was 49k we wanted to negotiate to 48k due to random service package that they put on there and VIT(vehicle inventory tax). First of all by state we are not required to pay that whatsoever, the dealer yes but thats on them. The manage comes out and told us 48250 and say they always charge VIT on it and he cant come down to 48k because the car is too new of inventory. For 250 bucks youre going to turn down a deal? Come the eff on man. My recommendations alone can worth you thousands let alone we are financing with you. 250 of the principal for 5 years means nothing.

I drove 2 hours to test drive a pre-owned Q5 at this location. When I arrived I met the salesman Ben Garcia. Ben provided a great test drive experience! Ben is friendly, professional and worked hard to make sure I got a good deal. Ben wasn’t pushy and even offered me his snacks when I had to wait a while for finance. I have had to visit the service department much more than I care to since purchasing our Q7. Sadly, I have had to secure 2 repairs in the last 3 months from Audi Fort Worth. Both times I had Tyler as my Audi contact and he is awesome. He kept me abreast of the progress, sent video explaining issues, and was upfront with prices. I am pleased with the repairs and the general service. I left one star off (1) due to my card being charged a fee that did not belong to me (it took a few days, but was refunded after I brought out my inner “Karen”) and (2) when picking up my Q5, seats were laid back, floor mats in the trunk, and it once was extremely dusty (possibly pollen). Y’all did have it for a week :)

Audi of Fort Worth has assembled the most incompetent and worthless group of individuals to handle their service group.They have misdiagnosed my car, flat out lied to me about the amount of time it takes to repair it (off by 3+ weeks multiple times), and told me that my car was repaired and ready to drive when it wasnt. They lied and said that they test drove the car after repairs were done but as soon as I left the lot, the car died on the road. This happened three separate times. I just do not see how they can, in good faith, send people out in vehicles that are not safe to drive in.Tyler will send passive aggressive emails and not answer the phone. Veronica the service manager will be completely apathetic to the situation.I hope that someone reads this review and saves themselves the money and the headaches of dealing with Audi of Fort Worth.

Needed some repairs, which two local shops and myself could not fix. I was hesitant to take to the dealership at first, but everyone was kind, responsive, and patient, especially Ethan! They even sent me a video of my car inspection and findings, which allowed me to stay at work, but still get information I needed. I even got a quote from 2 other shops in town, and still decided to bring the car here due to the customer service and reliability! Will be coming back if I need to, hopefully not!

Got the best price in the country on a used Audi!Update, no license plate 100 days later, multiple trade in and title paperwork errors. Whole door panel electrical system faulty, wasn’t covered to fix even as a certified Audi?!

With no warning that that others were inquiring or even thinking about others purchasing. I was let down by bad sales practice. I was not promised this car but still extremely unprofessional.

My go to Audi Brand Specialist, Jonathan Top, made my experience with Audi Fort Worth as stress free as possible. He helped me find my previous car and came back to him for my third lease. Both times he went above and beyond and found me more than what I had asked for. He is a wonder to work with. He listens and notes what you want and strives to get it. I highly recommend to contact him for your next lease or purchase. I have to add, Mark in finance is a pleasure to work with as well.

I visited Audi - Fort Worth on 2/13/2021 to inquire about an Audi Q3. I wasn’t necessarily looking to buy just yet. I was only interested in looking and information gathering at this point.Mike F. assisted my husband and I in our search. End of story: my car is repaired. And I’ve had a frank conversation with my service rep who understands service was not up to par. Communication for THREE days was non-existent. No return calls when promised. No responses to texts. Nada. I purchased my car in Houston and was accustomed to “white glove service”—which was not the case. But today I did get three personal calls with progress reports, which was extremely helpful and appreciated.

3.5. In terms of customer service they’re great. Tyler always gets me right. In terms of service a bit lack luster. I went in for a window fix and when I received my car back the tint on my window was a bit messed up. They’ve left trash in my car a few times for other services. Other than the small little things I do recommend. Just wish the people that actually doing the fixing would be a bit more careful especially since was majority of fix’s are fairly expensive especially with no warranty.

Best Audi dealership in the metroplex! Every tech and service manager goes out of their way to explain what needs to be done and how much it will cost. They did excellent work and now my car feels new again. The loaner I got was great too and made the whole experience not a big deal.

I LOVE my new s4 ... from the moment I walked in and was greeted by Angel, he never rushed me or pressured me into anything! He was quick to bring cars over from the other lot and take me out for test drives. Tried dealing with this dealership and they have the worst customer service and salesmen that I ever talked to. Couldnt believe they mark the used cars up so high in price ($25000 to be exact) and had the rudest salesmen. I would not recommend them to anyone. I always heard people had bad experiences here
