Would not recommend due to terrible customer service. I went to the location with my wife to test drive a Macan. We aren’t super rich we were not paying straight cash and apparently that’s what is required to get a sales person to help you. We arrived to the location around the same time a nice looking female arrived. For some reason she was met by two salesman (the only two apparently). This was fine, we decided to look at floor models while we waited. We were never approached or even spoken to. Me and my wife discussed the various options aloud to be clear we had done our research and were actually interested in a car but were ignored completely. We then see a salesman retrieve keys (walking past us) for the female to get her test drive ready. After about 10-15 mins in the main showroom we decided this dealer had other priorities that are not customer oriented and we left. Discouraged we went to another dealer the next day who immediately helped us with our new SUV, they were very attentive and professional. I’m not endorsing this other dealer because that’s not what this review is about. I will say the Porsche experience is awesome but don’t expect to get it here they simply don’t care.

Service department is excellently outstanding!! Appreciate the quick appointment time and loaner car, fixed the issue which was not Porsche related. The Service Advisor, Josh Slanker was great to work with and he even got the shop mechanic to come out, get in may 2013 Porsche Cayenne Turbo and review the issue to ensure I was satisfied. After being with a different dealership for over 10 years, I had no idea what to expect from Autobahn. All I can say is WOW. My experience was stellar. The process for purchasing a Porsche was so easy. My dealer (Shane Hatcher) was so comfortable to work with and put no pressure on me. The Finance person I worked with, Paul, was superb. He gave me so many options and all were fair and reasonable. I would definitely buy another Porsche from Autobahn.

I would say buying a car from Shane was one of the best I have ever had. He had the car I wanted and we were able to work out the details quickly even thou it was basically over a holiday weekend. He is knowledgeable about his cars and very service oriented before and after the sale. I would highly recommend Shane and Autobahn as good people to do business with. I am enjoying the Cayenne I bought and when it is time to replace it,Shane will be my first call.

My family has a long history of great service from the Autobahn group. Recently stepped into a used Porsche from another dealership and the clutch went out. Knowing Trevor from when he was at Autobahn Volkswagen service made for an easy phone call to someone I know and trust. Car was fixed in under a week.

Always great service and nice people. Loan cars are available. And I cant remember they ever tried to charge me for something I dont need like many other places do. Definitely recommend.

I brought my car in for diagnosis of a chirping noise while driving, the technician spent some time tracking it down and isolating it. After replacing the gas cap that was part of a recall type notice and telling me they might need to order parts to replace a wheel bearing he tried one more thing and seems to have fixed the noise at no cost to me. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, as they have been every time I have brought my car in, and they kept me informed about everything they were doing.

Great customer service from the Autobahn Service Advisor and Parts Department. They were able to work my vehicle in for an oil change & state inspection with zero advanced notice on a Saturday. I enjoyed meeting the sales team while I waited and they took time to walk me through current and future models with zero pressure. I will definitely return for future DFW Porsche needs.

Great dealership and easy to work with. This makes the second car I have bought from this Porsche dealer. I shopped around and no one came close to the deal I received. My salesman is Shane Hatcher and I highly recommend him.

Took my Porsche Turbo to have the windows tinted. After getting the car back, I noticed the tint job was done poorly. There are black dots on the edge of the back windows and the tinting bleeds into these black dots leaving a noticeable uneven look. I told Zack about this and had the detail manager look at it. The service manager said that was the best that they could do on the tint. As a Porsche dealership, you would think that they would know how to tint a 911 Turbo properly but I guess I am wrong. Frustrated, I told them to just remove the tint. I would have rather not have tinted windows then have tinted windows that were done poorly. They wanted to charge me extra for removing the tint but ended up not doing so after I complained. Basically paid for a tint job that ended up getting removed.I would have expected better service from a Porsche dealership or at least knowing how to tint the windows on a Porsche if they are going to offer that service. Having choices in Porsche dealerships in the metroplex, I would definitely not return to this one for any type of service or maintenance. First and last time visiting Autobahn Porsche.

I dropped in without an appointment and it was determined that my car would need a software update. I didnt have the 15 minutes to wait. They dropped me and my kids at their soccer game and then dropped the car off 20 minutes later at the soccer field. Epic service!Update: August 2017Once again, another great service from Autobahn on my 10k service. Price was very reasonable as well plus they offered me a loaner vehicle.Update: October 2018Requested a short notice appointment for my 30k service and they accommodated me. They offered to drive me anywhere locally and my car was completed in 3 hours. 5-star service, for certain!

Purchased a 2018 718 Cayman. The salesman and business manager were helpful, professional, and answered all of my questions. One minor annoyance though. My car was shipped from a dealer in Cincinnati, OH, which I found out by doing a VIN search on Google. Prior to doing my own research, I asked the salesman where they car was being shipped from, and he would not tell me, but gave me a distance instead. Later, he gave me another number of miles for the shipping distance. Finally, he told me it was coming from Florida. His behavior seemed odd to me, so I finally did my own research and found where it was really coming from. All I can figure is that they are really paranoid about potential customers going cross-country to buy the car out from under them to save on shipping costs.

My recently purchased CPO Cayman has black rims. I commented to my SA during his check-in call that the service department had balanced new tires with silver weights and it was bothering my OCD. He suggested that I bring the car back in and they would replace them with black weights. It took about a week to order them and schedule a time, but they took care of it for me and accommodated my cramped schedule.

I bought my first Porsche a little over 3 years ago, and at that time, Id have given the service department 2 stars. Theyve made a lot of changes and improved substantially in the interim. If youre avoiding Autobahn because you used to dislike the service department (a complaint Ive heard before), Id recommend giving them another try. Its much easier than driving to Dallas.

All the staff take interest in helping you. A very pleasant experience. Makes going to the dealership worth it!

Excellent service. We moved from Charlotte and have taken Cayenne and 911 to be serviced in Plano and have been appalled at the arrogance and poor service. Weve not had both cars serviced at Autobahn and could not be happier.They arent the biggest Porsche dealer and service center in DFW, but the smaller size works in their favor to provide great customer service. They appear to be honest as well. Thumbs UP!

We had visited many other dealerships before and the treatment that you receive at Porsche Autobahn is unparalleled. You feel like youre family there.I highly recommend working with Bob, if possible, but Im sure everyone else is great there. Bob went above and beyond and even hunted down a bow so my husband could put it on the car for me. (Theyre currently under construction so that bow was a lot harder to come by than you would think!)In the future, we will definitely be coming back to Bob and Porsche Autobahn. The one hour drive from the Dallas burbs does not deter us at all!

We do all service here and Zack the service manager is great! Even though we didnt purchase our GTS here they have been nothing but outstanding to us. We wouldnt think of ever going anywhere else. Since we bought ours used we had a ton of questions and every time they are answered as if it was the first time they have explained.

I scheduled my windshield glass replacement there. Porsche doesnt replace the glass, but they recommended A-1 Autoglass to do the work which was done on site while I was having other work done. That was nice to do.

John Hamilton provided direct and accurate service during the sale. I selected European delivery which meant he had lots to do afterwards and he did it flawlessly

I recently brought two vehicles from Autobahn. The Boxer has some noise issues. Autobahn gave me a loaner car, a Macan, while they fixed the noise issue. My loaner car was sold and Autobahn brought another loaner, Macan S, to my house to use while my car was being worked.Great services, great customer concern and outstanding results.
