I have used this location for oil changes, state inspections, and regular maintenance routines. I have used them for years and will continue using them for years to come. They are terrific at their work! Highly recommend.

Went here for an inexpensive, simple oil change. I was overcharged for shoddy work. Soon after the oil change, I noticed oil leaking from my engine. I went to a trusted repair service where they had to redo the entire oil change because the oil cap was nearly falling off and spilling oil.

The guys were super chill and quick, however they didn’t place the sticker with the next oil change mileage on my car which is a big part of getting an oil change. Now I have to keep the big piece of paper of when I got the oil change done. Would’ve given them 5 stars if that hadnt happened.

Because I couldnt have the service that I wanted done at another establishment (another story for another review), I came here. The folks here were fast with their work and friendly. One of the team was even curious about the book I was reading because he wants to read more. Never had that happen at an automotive place before. As a teacher, I was really favorable impressed.

Its a better experience this time around

I paid for a tune up only to find out only 1 of my spark plugs were changed. Also, other services that I was told were performed never happened either. Worst experience ever!!!! Im very disappointed in the service I received today and shouldve just stuck with an oil change. I will never make that mistake again.

Went in for an oil change... after I left, I heard a tremendous noise while driving down the interstate and had to pull over. They did not reattach the part of my car pictured below, as they should have after changing the oil. I was stuck at an office complex for a while while I got ahold of the manager. He did come and make my vehicle drivable again... and offered $20 off my next service with them. They ordered the part that was damaged and replaced it.There were also slick oil patches out in front of the building which I slipped on and twisted my ankle, wrist, and knee.I will not be returning to this location.

Really wish they would have gone over the things they did (oil change, wiper replacement, new battery). Being a fleet vehicle they did the most work they could get approved for without confirming with me. Company ended up getting charged over $400. Then was just handed key and told me I am good. Other locations go over the work that was done and show the oil dipstick with clean oil.Update: Owner replied, sounded concerned, and wanted to connect offline, I emailed the address provided and no response. So there you go..

LAUREN IS AMAZING. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Originally, when I came to get an oil change jesus c. (The bigger one) said he could not change it Because I did not have a dip stick. I said since when and he said “since the car was made”. His customer service was so poor and it was clear that he didn’t want to help me. His attitude was nonchalant, and the other guy had to come assist. I felt that because I was a woman he tried to get over on me and that’s a often issue that I have with mechanics. I thought that because I came to a well respected auto shop the experience would be different.After that, my experience with Lauren was great. She was so professional and courteous. She even made small talk to make me feel welcomed, and apologized for HIS behavior and applied a helpful discount. I hope they keep her around because If the standard for their customer service is anything like what jesus displayed this location is in some trouble.

Oil change was suspiciously fast... wife had taken the car here and told me they did it fast so I checked the oil out of curiosity and the oil was almost nonexistant. I will be taking the car again tomorrow out of my own time to see if they actually do the proper oil change.

I went to get the oil changed. They did it promptly. The employees were professional and friendly. They told me about other services that my car needed but were not pushy. They were completely open about costs.

The service manager did a great job. He made me familiar with the company, went thoroughly over the prices and services. Inspected my vehicle thouroughly, reviewed the results and informed me of items of concern and price quotes of needed services. I passed by Jiffy Lube for a few years now always expecting it was just an oil change place but it does a lot more and I plan to return on my next needed service. There was a handful of people in the lobby but they had me in and out very quickly and where very open and honest with me about my van. Theres a mini spot for kid entertainment with little coloring books and fresh water and coffee stations as complimentary refreshments and vending machines. I usually only service my cars at their respective dealerships but my van is a cash car and had some rust on the chasis which prevented it from being able to go on the service lift at Chrysler. I was going to take it to Take 5 since they have drive through service without the lift but Jiffy Lube was closer, also had lift-less service, better prices, and covered more items in their oil change service. For lube service Jiffy Lube seems as good as the Dealerships I usually go to but better because its a lot faster and I felt they took an honest approach. They even checked for and noticed repair issues that were outside of their service menu. At checkout I was informed of a potential upcoming issue that could effect my Timing Belt and they recommended I have it taken into a full service mechanic shop for immediate repairs so I wouldnt end up in a stranded situation... for me that was priceless information because it saves me from a breakdown and Jiffy Lube had nothing to gain from informing me of that. I really appreciate the thoughtful attention they gave my old beat up van. If ever I need oil, breaks, rotations, tires, wiper blades, tune up, oil change, a/c service, fluid flush, state inspection, or just some professional service advice for my van I am going to get it here first. I am unfamiliar with the Jiffy Lube brand but there seem to be honest stand up guys at this location and they gave quick, thorough, top notch service so my first impression of the Jiffy Lube was great. They have service coupons online and I highly recommend trying them out.

Even though I declined the other services I didn’t feel pressured. Informed me about coupon I would be receiving in the mail and email for future services. I will definitely come back. 👍🏻

I looked around for pricing before coming here. As before, I am not disappointed with Jiffy Lube who I have used in several states and many locations. Still a great business to have when you are too busy to do oil changes yourself. They spent more time asking me questions then it took to change my oil, oil filter and air filter. I greatly appreciate this business and its employees.

We took 2 vehicles in for state inspection on a Saturday afternoon, & were out within 45 minutes. Friendly staff, decent waiting area. All good.

They were very professional and super fast at this location. I had a bad experience at jiffy lube in Arlington so I was very wary about coming to this jiffy lube for an oil change. We really needed the oil change so we decided to stop with our three little ones and told the guys to get us in and out. They told us no problem and literally 10 minutes later they were done! They had all their workers open the doors for us to help us in. I was very impressed and highly recommend this location!

I had the oil service in my 2002 Chrysler Sebring convertible I requested conventional Pennzoil 5w 30 and the technician put in a synthetic oil in my engine causing my engine to blow a piston and lock up on me. Ive been back and forth with the manager in corporate and yet there has not been a resolve to repair or replace my engine. This be my only Transportation off of Lost hours from work and Im close to being out of work due to having no transportation things to Jiffy Lube now in process Im filing a lawsuit. I no longer recommend this place of business to service your vehicle Im very upset and disappointed

Went there to get an inspection on my van. I was told that it fail. I ask why and they told me that it was the oxygen sensor. They charge me $25.00 and give me 30 to retry.Keep in mind that there are on check engine the dash. I took to AutoZone for a look to find out which sensor to replace. AutoZone told me that there is nothing wrong with the vehicle.I decide to take it to another place to get inspected. The guys told me that I just replace the battery and the computer needed to reset after 100 miles. I deove the van a little over 100 miles and took it back to him. The van pass inspection without any issues.In the future, I will never take anything to this place. They dont know anything and will try to use scare tactics to upsell.

Good service. However, they could pay more attention to details. My brake indicator came on the day after a break system service. I had to add more fluid myself.

Jiffy Lube is great and I love this location. I dont know much about cars but Ive been going to this location for some time and they always take care of me. My whole family goes here. I always worry about my family members being taken advantage of. I trust these guys and they make my life so much easier. Theyre all very informative and polite.

Sat. Oct.19th i took my sisters car in with a stripped oil drain plug. The new guy that was training was so helpful along with the staff that helped replace the plug. You guys helped me so much that day yall have no idea. This is the only jiffy lube i go too.

Charged too much money for simple things like a oil change. Call and ask the price of what you want done to your car and ask for the name of the person you are on the phone with. When you arrive ask for that same person and have him ring up the total before any work has been done to your vehicle. If you agree with the price gone ahead and pay. If not leave immediately and find cheaper areas near to get the work that you need done on your vehicle.
