Part service employee was very very rude when i call to enquiere for a part. I didnt bother to get his name. Worst custumer service coming from the part department..

I dont see whats the Point of making an appointment if they are keeping it for a week and not do anything cause they are behind on schedule they need to hire more technicians Id they have to much work.

It was the parts department the old guy there has a very bad attitude a n d smart mouth

Rip off! They quoted me at $2200 to get a 2000 f150 going. Had it towed to a ford dealer in Athens(2 hours away). The Athens dealer fixed the truck for $650. I think the service guy at autonation thought I was desperate and would pay anything to get it going again . They also lost the sale of a new truck by trying to rip me off on the older truck
