Bought our new car from this dealership. The entire process was very easy and I never felt pressure to get into something I didnt want before I walked in.
Low down dirty shysters one star too good fod them. Do not Im telling you now, do not order from here. First off they over charge you for shipping for small items, Customer service very unprofessional and got bad attitude with going back in forward with customer. The icing on cake is they will take long time get your item after lying about fix date.They give you assurance your getting premium shipping but charge you high price to ship by usps not FedEx or UPS. They are some real crooks do not get taken advantage of like I did. Never again will I deal with this poor excuse for branch of Nissan.Go to another branch or do pick they will rob you blind on shipping even if you are in same city as their located
I was having issues with the rebuilt CVT on my 2009 Nissan Cube. I brought my car into Ft. Worth Nissan and explained the issues I was having to Robert Queen. I also asked for an oil change since the car was already there. I was fully expecting to pay at least a few hundred dollars for the repairs, but when I went to pick the car up, Mr. Queen informed me that the only issue was that the transmission fluid was overfilled by more than a quart.. They drained the excess, and because the problem was diagnosed so quickly they didnt even charge me for the work. All I paid for was the oil change. Mr. Queen was friendly, courteous and kept in communication with me. Would recommend this service center to anyone. 5 stars, would give more if able.

Upset that when a mistake in special ordering they wont exchange it and out a lot of money when I cant afford it anyhow!
