Let me say these guys went above and beyond to get us what we needed. Helped us till we were all good to go. We had a huge shopping list and they were able to get everything we need and if the they didnt have it they were getting it ordered and shipped. Thank you guys for all your help.

The lady that answered the phone was not helpful. I was trying to order parts and she did not want to perform her job and research parts, prices and availability. The more questions I asked to inquire about parts the more aggressive she responded. I asked to speak with someone in management and she said she was the manager. Customer service at this establishment is terrible if she’s a representative of the company.

Very pleased with the service, and how fast they got the parts for me. Happy to find this place, I will definitely be doing business here from now on.

Freds the best guy I know to work with you and go to for Honda parts. He has the parts you need and some you dont know you need yet. Wont go anywhere else for my Honda parts again. Ive been building Hondas for 16 years and hes always had the parts and quality ones. As usual it will take more than my one good post to off set all these poor misdirected people.

Called about a light for older model car which they had, they explain they close at 5:30 and pulling parts stopped at 5. We got there at 4:15 and had part in hand on 10 minutes. Comes with a 30 day exchange policy

Reviews are fake my old was was flagged. But I visit frequently to make sure mine will stay up..you can tell the 5 stars are fake. The owner does these to try to bring buisness after acting all macho with customers with his hillbilly language. Truly a sad loser hopefully 2017 brings a rip sign or a burn In hades.

Worst customer service. Drove almost 3 hrs to get parts and I caught them walking out 2 hrs early because they decided to close!! I asked if they could please help me, and they jumped in their cars and left. Worst ever!!!!! Drove down the street to Apache and Apple.....both have great service.

HORRIBLE! They were very rude in person and over the phone! The guy with the lazy eye was the worst not only did he charge me 30$ for a part I later found brand new online for 20$ but was very rushing and kept on speaking over me, plus the area is INFESTED! weeds everywhere the cars are too close to for easy access and everything is almost impossible to find, to cut to the chase, IT IS NOT WORTH THE DRIVE OR MONEY! go online for the part you want first or somewhere else.

They are way overpriced. They try to charge nearly new prices for salvage items. The customer service is non existent. THe cross eyed man at the front desk is rude and unhelpful. If you try to question his price (which he makes up on the spot depending on his mood) he curses you and tries to fault you for asking for a decent price. I have been there 3 times and always have had a bad experience. A complete waste of time. Avoid at all costs!

Not the typical junk yards I grew up with.

I go to every possible junk yard in the area for my Honda parts. Hands down this is the worst junk yard place you can ever go to. Rude, unprofessional and overpriced. I called one day to quote a part for my honda civic and I ask if they could give me a better price and they said and I quote The Honda dealership has them for more if I didnt like the price. I would rather just order a used part online and wait a few days to get them if I cant find it anywhere else in the area than going to this place.

Dont do Bussiness with these people. Sold a very obviously broken part to my wife. They took advantage of the person I sent to buy the part. They will take advantage of you. Just dont do Bussiness there. Go some where else

They when in the middle of pulling a large order of airbags and, short on time. I was in search of a special factory made bolt. Thankfully the service was helpfull and compassionat even dispite the fact that no one is makeing profit from single bolt sales yet they were more than happy to help me find a single bolt that I was in desperate need of. Not only did they find the bolt but after I purchased it they gave me 2 more similar ones just in case. Very helpful!

Why is there one star if you hated it? Because I hate this place.Went to go get a small wire connector for my ac fan. The guy at the desk says talk to his shop hand. The shop hand takes me into the shop, dumps a bucket of wire connectors on the ground and starts looking for a suitable match.When we find one that looks close, the shop hand tells me Go put this on the car, see if it worksSo I step RIGHT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR to install the connector on my ac fan. Took all of 2 minutes.About finished and ready to see if it works when out walks the fat guy behind the counter. He gave me a cock eyed look and told me that I was stealing. You wouldnt install the part without paying for it if you went to a dealership, he said.I told him Id give him the $20 he asked (yes, $20 for a small connector he had a bucket full of) and handed him cash. He scowled at me before threatening to call the cops, then finally took the money.I wont be going to this place ever again. Rude.

Worst experience ever with an auto recycler, use these gentlemen as a last resort stop for parts and expect to pay twice as much as anywhere else. Fred is a horrible salesman and I cringe at the thought of having to call..
