Guys are great, but my last calibration was disappointing. I was supposed to have a credit on my account, but ended up paying the full amount. I showed them my Incident Report from Kevin, but they were unable to honor my credit. My car had mechanical work done and notified Smart Start prior. I told the mechanic to call in for the code. He didnt, my car went into violation and I had to pay for a calibration. I uploaded my proof of mechanic work and proof of payment. Site says it takes up to 11 business days for a response. Well it ended up being weeks and still no response. Called, waited an hour and told it will be reviewed again and Id receive an email. The outcome? A one time courtesy of a partial discount. Half. The violation was not my fault and not due to alcohol consumption. Another mechanical violation can easily happen again in the future. Should have received a full credit. Hope to have my discount applied at my next calibration.*UPDATE*- Kevin from Smart Start reached out to me. Full credit has been applied to my account and I very much appreciate him for addressing my concerns. Thank you Kevin and the guys from Smart Start.

I had a lovely experience at this SmartStart location. Ron at the front desk and the man who installed the device on my car were both very very kind and reassuring of the entire process. I felt very safe and optimistic leaving the center and am very confident in the operation and means for success of this program because of these employees.

Horrible customer service at the location off Mark IV parkway in North FtWorth. I didn’t get his name, but larger man with a full red beard is VERY HATEFUL, AGGRESSIVE &COMBATIVE... not sure what his problem is with people, but he doesn’t need to be interacting with people at all. The dark haired man was much more pleasant and mature to deal with. I will be calling the higher ups

The gentleman that works this location I’ve been here twice with my husband is rude short and very judgmental. My husband says something he responds with “whatever you say”. I understand people that come here “are in trouble” so he says but some have made great strides and trying to correct their choices. Need to find someone a little more customer service oriented. larger gentleman with a red beard. The gentleman that installed the device was very nice.

Probably the worst customer service ever. Previous reviews are very accurate - if this was not a forced service this location would have 0 customers. It would seem they could at least be cordial, friendly and helpful. I got complaints about my vehicle being old, rolled eyes and so many “whatever’s” I lost track.

I had made a poor review before but Cory at the corporate office made everything right! He took the time to issue a credit to me that I felt like that I deserve and also explained why I have been charged the sum of money before. Good luck trying to have an adult discussion with these guys. Tried to as a question and a gentleman with a red beard, just yells “that has nothing to do with me.” I’m sure he gets yelled at a lot so I understand defense mechanisms. I was just trying to figure out how the restarting the vehicle works and what the different codes mean. I’ll pray for him and I hope one day he can dig down writhing himself to have a simple discussion with someone.

FIve stars for the employees that work here. Very pleasent. Easy in/easy out..Give the guys in at this one a raise. I really enjoyed working with Romero. Hes a great guy and very pleasant to work it. Kevin with the corporate location was awesome and helped me out when I was honestly having a bad day. Kudos to the group.

Great people, so nice and the customer service is AMAZING!! Wish I knew the guys name, who has been there from the start. He is so helpful and always a pleasure. My son has social issues, but he is so comfortable with this place.Thanks for all your great service thru some rough times.

I was locked out of my SMART START device even after I paid. There is no customer service after hours so I will have to wait until Monday. I don’t think you realize how a system error like this can mess up someone’s life. I was also told it would be $389 for the first three months yet I am being charged $488 for three months.

The guys at this location do lousy work, they would even hear me and installed my interlock camera right facing the driver, not much discretion, I have interlock before and the Irving location were so much helpful and hear the coustoners and try to see there point of view, those guys can care less . If you must get I fetlock installed. Go to another location dont put up with a camera in your face for the next 3 years,
