To be honest, the mods for my Vette’ aren’t on the car yet. I’m waiting for my 21’, now 22’ to be built. Like many others I’m playing the waiting game. Ordering the mods was fast and easy and delivery was as stated. I’ve ordered other mods from you for my C-6 and C-7 and have always been satisfied with them. Keep producing quality products at fair prices and your customers will continue to support you.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had. I bought some vinyl interior trim pieces for my 2020 corvette and they did not cover the pieces well and the decal that went on the door speaker covered up some of the inscription on the speaker. I took pictures and sent them in with a request for a refund or store credit. Was emailed back that I was approved for a return but it had to be returned in an unused/uninstalled/in original packaging. How can that happen when I sent the pictures of it already installed??? So I sent them additional pictures of how poorly the decals fit and they denied a refund or store credit because the items were installed. I then called to talk to someone about it rather than just email and was told that the return has been denied. I said I would then leave bad reviews on line and the representative said ok. Really??? This is my first corvette and Im fairly young. I was already looking at other purchases but certainly will not be making another purchase from this company.

Buying a color matching license plate frame, I was very impressed on itsarrival. It is a perfect match. I havent installed the frame yet, but it looks and feels of good quality.As far as delivery time, there were no surprises. Corvette Mods plainly lets you know, its going to take some time for delivery, which I think was great considering what I was ordering. Corvette Mods thanks for not leaving guessing on arrival dates.

If I could give this company a 0 star I would. I placed an order with them with no communication regarding it. I called and was told one of my items was on back order indefinitely but the other shipped out three days previous. Three days later I didn’t receive a package so I called again. I was told my order would ship out in three days. Called back again and cancelled the item that was on back order. Was told a ticket was submitted to cancel and I would get an email confirmation. I didn’t receive an email so I called again to be told everything shipped out. We received the package that day. I will never use this company again

Worse company ever. Hundreds of complaints at BBB. I ordered 4 shocks. Two dont work properly, one has oil all over it, and one is for a different vehicle. I have one shock that seems good. Asked for a return, sent pictures in and they said my return has been denied. Will not return emails and the guy on the phone, if they answer, says there is nothing he can do. I will be putting a complaint in with the BBB and notifying my credit card company of fraud.Photos that were sent to Corvette Mods.Photos from the BBB web page.Update 1: Send me a return tag and you can have the faulty and incorrect parts back. They are sitting in the box they came in. Never installed.Its all clear in the pictures of what was sent which took almost two months.Update 2: Never received a refund or anymore emails from Corvette Mods after they sent me a return tag, which I believe I got because of this review. Sent proof of delivery of return package (July 20th) to my credit card company and all the pictures. They back charged Corvette Mods. I received my money back but Corvette Mods did not refund it on their own. I also appears they removed their first negative response to this review and added a second one that says they refunded the order. Again not completely true. The BBB is still working on the business practices of Corvette Mods.

I ordered wrong seat covers by accident for an 86 corvette. They took weeks to arrive. When the car finally got to the shop to get upholstered, my shop told me I needed different seat covers.When I called and wrote Corvette mods they told they wouldn’t take the seat covers back /allow me to return them after 30 days without exceptions (the seats costed $900). They wouldn’t swap them out either for the right pair and the same price. I had already purchased $3000 in orders with them so I thought I would have demonstrated loyalty to their business. My money will go to a competitor now who honors their customers.

Waited 3 and a half weeks for an air intake assembly. Well I got it. Looks like they dragged it the whole way down the road and put in a box at my door. I call and they say I need to arrange to ship back. Never again.

The TPS/gas pedal parts fit and worked perfectly! Once I installed the part, I cleared the code on my reader and everything works great! Thanks again!

Quality of product is awesome! Customer service and communication was horrible! No customer service telephone number to call, only contact through emails. I wasn’t informed on the separate shipping of my items during the process. I requested a refund on one of my items because of the updated delay in shipment and was refused through email with no real explanation.

My husband bought me an ‘85 Corvette that needs some loving. I jumped in to restore her interior. I turned to the internet and compared prices and inventory at several sites. The Corvette C7 folding chair is very well made. The stitching on the Corvette logo is really good and should hold up for years to come. The storage bag is made with heavy material and fits well. The only drawback was I did have to contact Corvette Mod’s. They told me that the chair was back ordered, that should have been on the website so customer’s know a head of time that there will be a delay in delivery. All in all, I can recommend this folding chair & buying from Corvette Mod’s.

Horrible customer service! I ordered EBC rotors and Yellow Stuff pads for the front and rear of my 2012 Grand Sport. The sales rep on the phone assured me that the pads would dramatically reduce brake dust. These pads not only shed more brake dust than the OEM metallic pads but they would squeal when coming to a stop, even after several heat cycles and a sufficient break-in period. I called Corvette Mods and the sales rep stated that they don’t handle customer service issues, but rather emailing them would be best. After a couple of back and forth emails, they said the manufacturer said that it was normal for the pads to be noisy and didn’t even address the high dust issue or offer so much as an apology for their sales rep not being educated on their products. I ended up ordering new ceramic Hawk pads all the way around for another $450, from another company. The fact that they have a live rep to take your order but don’t have the courtesy to speak with you live to discuss any problems with their products or that the descriptions on their site are vague at best, tells you everything you need to know about them. Never again!

Yeah not sure what all the bad reviews are for aside from maybe poor automation of the shipping notification. The parts actually arrived before the notification was sent that the parts were shipped. I ordered a glass targa top and it was packaged very thoughtfully and secured well.

Ordered a dash cover for my 04 C5 corvette. Paid $63.98 with shipping. I was shipped an ill fitting cover. Several inches to short in length and did not fit the contours of the window pillars. If you centered it on the grip handle, it covered part of the HUD. If you centered it on the HUD, it couldnt fit the grip handle. The binding around the defroster vent opening was all bunched up and would not lay flat. An inferior product. I asked to return it and they said yes. I paid $19.00 to ship it back. The refund they gave me was $31.07. When I inquired about this they said the rest was a restocking fee. Why would you restock a defective item? I guess so you can sell it again, and get the same result. Check out this company on BBB, they are not an accredited member because of all the complaints they have against them. Several Corvette websites have also disowned them. I have never had such poor customer service in my entire life. Stay away from them.

What started out as a good shopping experience for Corvette parts and accessories has ended with a very disappointing one. Purchased a shifter knob for my 2008 C6; custom red carbon fiber paint. Firstly took longer than promised to arrive. My Chev dealership Service Advisor determined through his Tech that it in fact did not work and had a different mechanism than the stock shifter knob. Policy is that custom orders cant be returned. Even if it doesnt work? Makes no sense. Customer Service (phone and email) is clearly a third party that responds in a scripted way. No desire for customer satisfaction. Could not get the concern escalated to anyone in the actual company. I now have a $350 paper weight. Do not risk buying items where fitment/compatibility issues could occur.

This company is bad news. Dont order from them. Most of their products if not all are second hand products and are extremely over priced. Customer service is bad as well. I placed orders worth 900 that I eventually got from another company in 4 days for 260 + free shipping. After the 14th day of placing my order, they still didnt send me shipping info. I called to inquire just for them to tell me to wait 24 hours to ask their shipping department if my item shipped. The hit me up later to say no it hasnt shipped. I asked them to cancel my order. Then I got an email saying they can ship tomorrow if Im willing. I simply said no and ordered my product elsewhere. Oh they charged me 5% for an order they said was available and still didnt ship 12 days later. DONT PATRONIZE THESE GUYS FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!!

Ordered multiple items. No return labels. Two items do not fit as described. One item arrived three weeks late ans mo longer needed and another time arrived late but was able to give as a gift to someone else. I have no return labels so I guess I am stick with the items and the seemingly inflated prices.

Worst Corvette parts and accessories company out there. Ordered an part that said “available” 1 week later still no status on shipping. Called customer service as an email didn’t work. Spoke to someone from another country with a thick accent who read from a script that it would take another 15 business days. 3 weeks later still nothing. Meantime my card was charged the full amount over $300 (this is illegal and should be reported to the SEC). Called and emailed again. Spoke to another person from another country who read again a script to me that this time it would take another 6-8 weeks. Told them I wanted to cancel. They replied fine, but they were going to charge me a 25% restocking fee. I asked for what? The item isn’t even in stock? They didn’t care. So I disputed with my credit card company and they sided with me that this was unscrupulous. 5 days later I get an email that my item was cancelled since I disputed the charge. This company should not be in business. Read the reviews before you order and you will see. It wasn’t just me. Zero stars for them!

I purchased the black out light kit for my 1999 c5 corvette and was a little disappointed with the product. The front marker light and turn signal had to be trimmed as it was allot bigger than my light lens, also the side marker rears had to be trimmed to fit properly, other than that they came very quickly and the quality appears to be good

Terrible service and attitude. Purchased a set of lights but didnt want to mount them externally. Called for a RA number and was told non returnable because they were electronics. What would happen if they were defective. Terrible start wont be doing any business in the future. Asked where I would have agreed to that and was told it was on the back of the order form. Whatever that means. Beware!

First indication of a problem was packaging that was barely taped closed with large gaps I could put my finger into.Next issue pertained to a significantly blemished license plate frame that should never have been sent. I will have to repaint this item myself because it will cost me more to pay to ship it, reduction of credit for their “free” shipping, and a restocking fee.Item three was a wrong part sent. I ordered a specific heat shield and was sent a generic part worth 1/4 of what I paid. I requested a refund for this item. I had to pay to send it back and then they subtracted their original “free” shipping as well as a restocking fee.PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL COMMUNICATIONS REGARDING RETURNS ARE BY EMAIL. I ordered the 2020 Corvette hats and chairs. I paid $25 for the special shipping of my 4 items. They were out of the hats(back order) they sent the chairs through FedEx as paid for, when the caps came in they sent them US Postal service. I never received the caps,I received an email saying they were mailed I called several days asking for a reshipment or refund. I would not recommend using Corvette Mods spending $279.00 on hats and chairs and not receiving what you purchased with no reconciliation of missing merchandise or refund is definitely poor business practices

The fuse adapter shown in the kit list wasn’t included in the pkg. I called customer service and was told they no longer needed that adapter but they would send one no charge. I got it in three days and was able to finish the installation. The product works perfectly.

Terrible company. Do not buy from here. They don’t have a phone that connects to anyone that works there. They sent me the wrong part for a C7 and I own a C5. I confirmed I ordered the proper part on my receipt. After sending them pictures and getting a return approved… I have to pay shipping on a part they sent the wrong one of?! Horrible service. Do not buy from them. They stole $75 from me. I ordered an emblem two months ago and they sent the wrong one. They sent me a return label and I mailed it back. I called 2 weeks later wondering if they shipped the right part yet and he said it would be shipped that day. A week later it got to a post office 30 miles from me and sat for 4 days without going out for delivery. The post office then sent it back to them in TX instead of delivering it to me and it says they received it in their mailbox. Customer service tells me they never got it and that I have to file a lost package claim. They should be the ones filing a lost claim and sorting this out considering they are the ones selling the product that cant reach the customer. So they wont put me in contact with an owner and I was robbed for $75. BUY YOUR CORVETTE PARTS ELSEWHERE.

I order the c5 fixed mount headlights and in the pictures of the lights they had halos but when mine came they didnt have halos....good thing Im handy o ordered my own halos and installed them...SMH but other then that great product

I ordered a part that did not come as described, I had the part longer than 45 days. The vendor was unwilling to grant me store credit or a return. Make SURE anything you order is the correct fitment and install it soon as you can.They have a nice selection of equipment however.Marcus

This was the worst experience ever with any type of company. They were downright rude. They threatened to send me to send me to collections and that was not the only threat. Its a long story, but this is my recommendation in a nut shell: Dont do any business with them, unless you are 100% sure you have the correct part and wont need to either cancel an order or return it.Just to be clear and to illustrate, I was not confused about the charge, the company customer service was. To illustrate this is the email I sent in response to their email stating I would be sent to collections per their policy: This is great customer service, threats are always a good strategy. Be aware, and you need to see your error, I didnt dispute the amount you claim. but I did in good faith remove the dispute I did place as soon as I received the email where you threaten me to go to collections. First you say I have 48 hours to respond in writing, then on the same email you say you would send to collections the following day.I responded right after your threatening email with a snapshot of the dispute being removed, thus third party for collection should not be involved.The dispute was not for $292.97 as you claimed, but for $224.98. You can see below I removed the dispute on the day I received your email.Consider their response to my review to decide if the vendor is not bullying me. Their last email after all this situation was: Check your credit report when we are done.

Received exactly what was ordered, packaged very well and shipping was very fast. Highly recommend them!

I order a product that isnt fairly represented on their website and the carbon fiber is thin and has an inconsistent pattern. I return the product all unopened in its original packaging and they charge me a 25% restocking fee when their materials say you may be charged a stocking fee. Then I order a carbon fiber license plate bracket. The tape they used on it leaves glue residue all over it that takes nearly an hour to clean. I just talked to customer service and he said that a restocking fee is their company policy even though the documentation says may. The product I returned came in four pieces. Three were never opened and the fourth was in an open ended plastic sleeve which I was able to put the item back in. The product was returned in their box. The product was returned in its ORIGINAL poor quality condition and I was charged a restocking fee. This company is bait and switch with poor customer service. Stay Away!!!!!

Ordered the rear defuser’s for my 18 C7 Z06. Product and shipping were good, but they don’t send a template like GSCreations did on my other C7.

Corvette Mods is a complete fraud. They shipped me the wrong part, (Supposed to be made in USA, but was made in China and didnt fit my car), charged me a whopping $44.98 in shipping, was rude during the return process, made me pay $34.95 for return shipping, and then they charged me a restocking fee! So it cost me $94.93 (shipping, return shipping and restocking fee) because Corvette Mods shipped the wrong item. Why is this my expense? Im working with the credit card company now for dispute resolution based on Corvette Mods complete failure as a company.

DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered there power steering overhaul kit, I installed the kit and and parts of the had bad threads so I could not install one of the power steering lines. I called CORVETTE MODS and they told me the warranty was now void because I already installed some parts. I fixed the threads and finished the install and as soon as I started the car one of the steering lines blow apart at the crimp. I replaced the line with one of the original ones. As I was tightening the castle nut down the on the ball joint for the control valve that came in the kit it broke, thats the part that connects the wheels to the steering shaft. If that had broke while I was driving I would have crashed and possibly died. PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR LIFE IN THE HANDS OF THIS COMPANY.

If you buy something and it is defective. You own it, been trying for weeks to talk with returns and quality control. No one to talk to that is if they answer the phone just to be passed off to someone that cant help you. Not sure how they stay in business? Warning stay away.

I keep getting text and emails requesting a review, I was taught if you have nothing nice to say,don’t say anything. But they asked.There are so many other corvette parts available online. Do yourself a favor and use one. The price you thought you paid WILL increase after your purchase with the excuse they had to use a different supplier. After you pay the requested $$ you will wait weeks for shipment for a part advertised as available. They squeeze you for extra $$ or you can wait for weeks for processing a refund. My advice... click on a different site and pay the few extra dollars. You will actually save $$

I would not recommend using this company. For several reasons the main reason is because they use a third party to handle issues. In my case I was shipped the wrong product. I ordered black and got white. Not a big deal things happen. I called Corvette Mods and was told they do not handle problems themselves. You have to go through a third party. I got up with the third party and they asked for pictures of the product I was shipped. They agreed it was wrong. In the same email I asked for a pick up label and a refund. I got the label but never got the refund. I have emailed the third party several times and have not heard back. Who has a mail order company that you can not call about a product getting shipped wrong. I could maybe understand not wanting to handle returns but to not handle something getting pulled and shipped wrong???
