Usually my last resort when autozone doesnt have it.

Im leaving 5 stars-Antonio was very friendly and knowledgeable, he was able to diagnose and repair my vehicle without any doubt. And zeddy did a quick and quality oil change! Would highly recommend asking for these two gentlemen if you come to NAPA

Manager was making smart aleck comments behind my back regarding not wearing a mask. State mask mandate is over. I do not need NAPA auto parts to tell me how to take care of my own health. Plus half the employees and vendors don’t wear one or not correctly so just drop it you little Tyrant.

Napa is a great store to find odd and special parts ..

I just got my oil changed at the location in fort worth texas on alta mere and was helped by Shazzalyn and Faith who were very friendly and kept a good conversation going while I was waiting on my oil change that they said would take 30 minutes but the mechanic Zeddie got it done in probably 10 minutes,who by the way walked up to my car before I could get out of my car to ask what I needed done. Overall they all showed great customer service and were very personable. Ill definitely be back when I need another oil change.

I come here for all my car needs. Tony is the best. Very knowlageble. Will never tell you something needs to be replaced if it doesnt. Zeddy always great with my oil changes. I dont know what i would do without thrm

The part attendant did not know what he was doing did not even bother to help so I just went to Autozone where they helped and found the part I was looking for just because the name sounds good does not mean to service is good

Stopped in to get some oil & a filter; I was surprised at how competitive NAPA brand items are priced. Im a Mobil1 guy, which happened to be on sale when I bought it, but NAPA brand would have saved me a good chunk of change otherwise. I did go with a NAPA filter though!The staff was very nice and helpful; I would definitely go back to this NAPA in a heartbeat.Thanks again!

I just called up there because I thought it was NAPA auto care center instead of Napa auto parts. I asked the guy with the last oil change was and he Scoffed at me, laughed at me and was really rude and sarcastic. Instead of saying he may have the wrong number be belittled me on the phone. What a douche bag

Okay Im at Napa to get my brakes done and an oil change 7/20/19 . It was so fast and again very reasonable prices. They gave me the sale price on my brakes and again THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. IF YOU NEED STUFF DONE AND YOUVE BEEN TO SHODE PEOPLE..PLEASE COME HERE YOU WILL HAVE SUCH GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Last weekend I went to claim a warranty exchange for a starter. I was told they didnt have it in stock but that the south Fort Worth store had it in stock. I drove 30 min to get it to find out that it wasnt there nor the was it even listed in stock on the official website. This joker had me wasting gas and time because he was either to lazy or incompetent, either way I WONT be going to this NAPA again until something changes fired or compensated. Since those wont happen I will do all my future business at the south Fort Worth establishment.

Fast and easy in locating part need for 71 Charger. This store is one of the best Ive used. Prices are reasonable too.

Left a tyrod loose. It ruined my tires. I bring it back and they tell me it wasn’t their fault and won’t replace my tires. THEY EVEN WANTED TO CHARGE ME JUST TO ROTATE THEM!

I stopped at the auto store to see if they could find out what was wrong with my keyless remote. The man at the counter was so nice and helpful. He opened up my remote replaced the battery and walked me put to my car to make sure it worked. I purchased the battery and he put everything back together for me. It was so nice to have someone willing to help and who was so pleased about it as well. I normally hate going into auto parts store but I will keep this one as my recommended store from now on.

Another parts store with with nothing to brag about. Went in 2 months ago and bought some stuff for my truck. They were quick to help and got me out the door with over $600 spent. Tried returning some completely unused and new in box parts today that I decided I didnt need. Now theyre telling me they dont have $100 in the store to return my money. Multi million dollar company thar doesnt have $100 in their store??? Happy to refund it to a card that will take 3 to 5 business days. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Great service. I went in looking for a snap ring for my rear axle and the guy tried very hard for about 15 minutes trying to find the dimensions for what I was looking for in order to sell me the correct part.
