Customer service from Alex was Extremely rude!!! I get all my work done here and have never been treated in that manner!! After being lied to and embarrassed in front of customers stating he couldn’t help me cause he was “busy”. I went online & booked an appt that he stated was not available while I stood in the lobby. He continued to ignore me & eventually checked me in after I told him I have a appt. He looked funny and went on to say “now my appts are over booked” I continued to listen to him rant until he took my keys since he then couldn’t refuse my service because I now had a “appt” if I wouldn’t had did that. He would have continued to turn customers away as I witnessed and I’m literally the only customer that’s been sitting here. Would not want his service in particular ANYMORE!

Went and got an aligment after having trouble in other place getting it done wright... service manager jeremy nive person and also the technician robert that did the aligment did a pretty good job happy with the results on work and costumer service.... i higly recomend this place and robert for aligments

Friendly customer service, came in got a oil change and my power steering hose replaced, very help and understanding about what was going on with my car.Prior to this, the manger hosted us to have a car wash fundraiser at this location, the staff is phenomenal. Would highly recommend. There was also some other problems with my vehicle they wrote estimation and it was just not financially feasible for me, the clerk help me to understand what was needed is not that essential at the time; he could’ve easily said I couldn’t operate the vehicle without it, instead he was honest.

Had setup an appointment to have running boards installed on my truck, showed up at the appointment time to find out this could not be completed. Why waste my time knowing that this task could not be completed, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The store is closed but service is open. Took two hours to turn 2 brake rotors. The guys were great.

I hadnt visited this location in some time. The workers were good and the service was excellent. I didnt have to wait long. Only thing I saw was the place needed a little TLC.

Went to take a brake test, because my car had the ABS light, they told me my car needed both rotors, both drums.. all the pad shoes... basically... they want to charge 1600 they were trying to SELL the entire brake system..!!!My brother is mechanic.. he checked everything!! The only thing that was wrong, was the cylinder!!!NEVER AGAIN in this store!!

Apartment was for 9:00 am. I showed up at 8:40 am and waited until 9:20 am before finally leaving as no one showed up and the store was lo led. Will not fo back there again. Wasted 2 hours of my time with the drive.

Unfortunately, they lied to me about one of my tires. While rotating my tired they begin telling me that I had a bolge in one tire whereas, I needed a new tire. This is a brand new car, Etc.Thats what I get for going to a place that offers you free rotating services. The only other place I found to offer free services was Discount Tires but they were too busy.Many are out there to make a buck if they offer you something free.....Its Hard to find companies with Integrity these days, Sigh!

Theres always somebody available to help me find what Im looking for and even walk me to the section where it is. Love how helpful everybody is here without hesitation. Also they send out good coupons frequently.

I went in about a month ago to get a new alternator that I replaced a few years ago. (lifetime warranty) I wait 10 min before I was even acknowledged, he was busy stocking. Then I waited another 30 min. to test the alternator. I returned a few days ago to check on break pad replacements that also had a lifetime. I waited in line 30 min where I wasnt even acknowledged as being present. I then left and went home to call, where I was put on hold for 10 min. I dont remember for sure the price (I believe roughly $150) just for the labor to change the pads. Ill be taking them off myself to change out. I dont mind over paying a little for something, but if I overpay I expect good service. Got a call from office, Changed from 1 star to 4 star. Bob is great at PR. He said he would be working with the staff to acknowledge waiting customers.

PepBoys was able to help me on short notice with changing a battery; when another place couldnt. I think it had to do with the location of the battery (under/behind driver wheel). Ive never see/known of that before. Great, friendly service! Definitely recommend.

Imagine having to wait about an hour and a half to two hours for an oil change. Most people would rate a place of business that backed up with one or two stars but I gave them five stars simply because of the way they were aware of my presence and compensated me for my time. Even the fact that they acknowledged my wait was amazing (sad to say but its my experience at other places).Also they take the time to try to explain things to me as best they can. I know nothing about cars.Great customer service!

These guys are super fantastic!! Took my car in here on the advise of my extended warranty company. Even though I came in late in the day they worked their hardest to get my car looked at that same day. I had to sit in the lobby with my 9 year old daughter for quite a while waiting for my ride and they allowed my daughter to change the channel to cartoons (and helped her fine the right channel when I couldnt ) when she started to get restless. Charles is who I felt with mostly and he was the most polite and helpful gentleman even though everyone I spoke with where amazing. I really appreciated how wonderful my experience at the Pep Boys auto parts store was. After an emergency with our vehicle, they assisted in getting us In and Out the door WITHIN THE HOUR! The staff was professional,courteous,and most importantly, friendly. So, my aunts car broke down and she had to get to work. I volunteered to get her there and wait for AAA. Well, I didnt know what to do with it so I had it towed to the Pep Boys on McCart. They handled the unusual situation with utmost professionalism. I couldnt tell them why they car died or anything. They quoted an $85 diagnostic fee, which I agreed to. After a few minor adjustments, it was running beautifully. Best of all, they completely waived the diagnostic fee despite having done the work. I would highly recommend these folks.

I despise hidden/undisclosed fees!Had an alignment done here recently. Had a Managers special sign posted for an alignment special going on. Gave the price, pretty simple.When I went to pay, the amount was significantly more than I expected. I asked why, and the guy says, sales tax. I said that much sales tax on that amount? And he replies, well, sales tax....and fees. I said, what fees? He says, shop fee was $8.99. I said what shop fee? No answer.The good? Alignment seems okay. The technician that did it was great (the only reason I gave two stars instead of one).The bad? I HATE hidden/surprise fees! They are bogus, and will lose my return business faster than you can imagine. Beware of this place, they seem to make the prices up as they go. ;) Wont go back.

Definitely do not go to this location.I took my car here, that I had just recently bought, because I was hearing some clunking noises when I steered. They told me that it was because I needed a new CV Axle, which cost me 740.18 to repair. Keep in mind I had bought the car a little over a month before this. I called the dealer that I bought the car from, and was told they do full inspections on their cars and the CV Axle did not come up as needing to be replaced. Nevertheless, I went ahead with the repair because after doing research, the CV Axle needing repair can be dangerous.I get my car back and the clunking sound has not gone away. I take the car back in for routine maintenance and I let the mechanic know the situation. He said they would look into it, called me a few hours later and said there was nothing wrong with the car. At this point I sent in a complaint letter, because I could clearly still hear the noise. The manager of this location, Samantha, got in touch with me and told me that the previous manager had been let go due to many complaints of unneeded repairs under his watch, and she told me to bring the car back in for inspection. I declined that, because I wasnt interested in this shop working on my car anymore.After finally taking my car to a reputable mechanic, I learned that the noise was due to needing my suspension ball joint replaced, which only cost me $250!!So, after all was said and done, I lost $740.18 cents to this location, I was never offered a refund even though they terminated their manager for this exact reason, and I will not be returning.

I asked if they did tire rotations to a man working there. He was lazily standing under the “tires” door and smoking a cigarette. He said yes rudely and lazily pointed me to where I should go. So I adjusted my car to where I thought he pointed. He got an attitude, widened his eyes in disbelief and told me to go around. I asked where because he was still lazily pointing to where I originally thought he told me to go. He rudely told me to go inside. If he was already treating me badly before I got any service done, just imagine what he would of done to my vehicle.

They had all of the items I was looking for. One stop shop. I had to make an extension to my trailer harness. They had all the required parts I needed to make the job easier and faster. All of the required parts was $23.00 and I can build a second harness with extra parts. I have left over.

Very helpful staff. I went in for replacement windshield wipers and some advice on how to change the rear window wiper. Before I knew it, they looked the parts up, pulled the product, and installed them. Great job !

And the selection is way bigger and better than Autozone or OReillys also your more likely to find someone who might know a little bit about cars/trucks. Car wouldnt start, but would run once it was jumped. Took it here to get the battery tested and see what else might be going on. The service center rep, who was a heavier set hispanic woman (cant remember the name), was pleasant the first day I was there, and told me that my battery was dead. She didnt seem to like that my battery was still under warranty, but didnt say much when I brought the replacement from OReillys Auto Parts. They put it in for free, then the problems started.They told me that I had a bad alternator, and it would cost $590 for the part as well as $100 for labor. The mechanic that could do it was gone for the day, so I left it overnight. Spoke with my mechanic relative, and he confirmed that that was WAY over price ($300 - $600 for parts and labor), in addition to it not being the alternator from the symptoms I told him.The next morning, I called to have them stop repairs, kindly letting them know the situation and that I wanted to get a second opinion. The same rep got an attitude immediately when she realized who I was, attempting to justify the price of the part, reminding me that it was brand new. Mind you, I can get this part online for $120 to $180, and their OWN WEBSITE prices it around $200.I told the rep that I still wanted a second opinion, and she finished with fine, I will get it pulled out of the bay and hung up the phone on me.When I arrived, she didnt say a word, dumped my key out or the bag and shoved it in my hand. I even said thank you....no response. I will NOT be going here ever again!

This pep Boys location is Awesome and there Employees are very friendly, I ordered a part for my car last week and when I went to pick it up they could not find the part anywhere in the store,so Instead of the one year warranty I purchased they gave me the life time warranty for same price,and saved me 160.00.( THANKS GUYS).

Took my car here to get an oil change. I was told that the cheapest oil change for my 2012 toyota would be 80 dollars. I asked why so much and was told by the chick at the front with red hair and piercings that it was because my car only takes synthetic oil. Then she got an attitude when i told them to take my car off the machine(no work had been done). Took it to firestone where the guy told me that i can use ANY oil for my car, NOT just synthetic. These people at pep boys will rip you off!

Dropped my vehicle off at 9 am and called at noon and was told it would be next in line. At 1:20 it still had not been taken care of. I was getting a basic oil change, nothing extremely labor intensive.

Please dont bring your car to this place they will still your money and wont fix your car. that happened to my wife. she brought her 2013 for escape to this place and they didnt fix it. we called the police but they couldnt do anything about it. my wife didnt have no choice but pay more than $300 and still have the car problem. PLEASE DONT LET THIS PEOPLE STILL YOUR MONEY . YOU WORK SO HARD TO MAKE IT!!

This place has lost my business for good. Called Monday night to get two tires ordered the for next day. I arrive the next morning and the manager says they were never ordered. I ask him if he can order them for that day to be installed and he says yes but they wont be there till the afternoon. I cant do this because I work a night shift so I just have him order them for the next day. I get there Wednesday morning and of course they are still not there. I went somewhere else. Go somewhere else if you want your vehicle serviced in a timely fashion. If they decide to compensate me for my lost time, I will change this review. Until then...

The service wasnt great. They gave me a quote for a brake job that was over $1000. Thats completely ridiculous. Dont assume that just because Im a woman that Im stupid when it comes to parts and labor on an automobile. I got my keys back and took my vehicle somewhere else.

When I have car issues this is my go to place. I have struggled to find honest and fair mechanics in the past. This Pep Boys always takes car of me. They have done my tire changes, inspections, and clutch replacements plus random repairs like a hood cable. Mr. Nguyen is an awesome mechanic and the one I request.

Customer service sucks. Been there 3 time with a tire brought from them that kept loosing air. After waiting almost 2hours they take the car back to me and say there is nothing wrong with it they just added air. I am here again with the same problem. They dont even acknowledge my problem, no apologies. Indeference is all I got.I have been there previously for oil changes. Poor customer service. I will never come back here.

Had my front brakes changed. They let me bring my own brakes. Didnt charge to much.

Went in to return an online order for my rear brake pads that didnt fit. As soon as I walk in there is a lady talking on the phone talking inappropriately and cursing excessively. She proceeds for a few minutes. Then when it was finally my turn in line, the guy at the register asks if I have a return. I tell him yes so he asks if he can go on and ring up the guy behind me. Didnt want to seem like a prune so I said ok. But the real problem came with my return. 1st I had to sign up as a Rewards Member just to do the return. 2nd they didnt give me the full price I paid for the brake pads. The manager was being an A-hole and just continuing to say the same thing over and over and not listen to what I was telling him or look at my receipt they sent to my email of what I paid. So in short, dont deal with they if you can avoid it. First and last time Pep Boys gets any of my money.

I like to say that the service manager Ed Taylor and his mechanics have done an excellent job and getting me back on the road. They represented what customer service should be and Pep Boys should be proud

Just left and couldnt be happier. We had a tire come off our trailer and spent half the day limping our way into their store. The staff couldnt be more helpful. We took the tires off ourselves to save them time before closing and they got us back on the road and made sure our other lug nuts were tight and we were good. Cant say enough about the service department.

After 5 hours I called for an update and was told car would be ready in 45 more minutes. 7 hours after dropping off car, still waiting...I was told the reason is they are short staffed. Would have been nice to know initially when I asked for a time estimate...

If you dont want to pay the big money for dealer repairs on your vehicles and its not a heavy line repair like transmissions or internal engine repairs you might want to give this place a look after your vehicle is out of warranty. A step up from shade tree mechanics, but below dealer repair quality. Sometimes a place like this can save you some serious money over the dealer equivalent repair. Of course if youre a do it yourself type of person this place has alot of numerous items to help you do it yourself. They have items to dress up the look of your vehicles from fancy license plate holders from brand of vehicle to funny stuff. They carry a wide variety of hub caps to suit different tastes. Tools to help get that do it yourself job done, floor jacks, jack stands, creepers, work lights, compressors, wiper blades from cheap to quality rainX blades(I use these and rainy days are much safer with these rainX blades on my car)! I could go on and on about what PepBoys carry! Just come and check it out to see what they have to fill your vehicles needs, Im sure youll find something...
