I went there a couple months ago and was very impressed with customer service as well as the work completed. Julianna was great! I sold a Harley to the Owners. They held back $1,000 for when the title cleared. That was back in June. Tried to get in touch with them several times with no luck. Id clear this review and leave something better if they would send me the $1,000 they owe me.I should have looked at the reviews before doing any sort of business with them. Buyers be careful before doing business with this organization.

Years ago they installed a spray-in bedliner for me that was good. I recently called them to have another one installed and no one answers. When you try to go to an extension they hang up. Poor customer service. They are now permanently closed! And if they do ever re-open dont go.

Im trying to get a hold of anybody in the store but no answer. Is this store closing down for good ? The website is working either. I have left a few messages but no call back either. Can someone please reach out to me ?

Running on a tight schedule, I reached out to multiple shops requesting a quote VIA email regarding getting my truck leveled. Chris Shaddox quickly replied back to my email before anyone else did and the quote he gave was very reasonable. Scheduled the install, and the day of the install Chris kept me in the loop during the whole process. The truck came back looking great and the interior was clean. Would highly recommend them!

Just had some LED light put on my wifes Raptor. Quote was spot on and the price was not bad at all. I enjoyed working with Fred and everyone there was super friendly. I will definitely use them again.

Salesman was very helpful when he didnt have to break away to answer the phone. Was a little bit pricey.

Really impressed by these guys and their service. I called the day before and spoke with one of the guys, Johnny, who ordered the part and got a hold of it next day. I went in the next morning and they took care of me! I went in to get a tow hitch and wiring done to my 2011 Subaru Outback.Although it took a bit longer than I had originally thought that it would, it was totally worth the wait. Chris, at the front desk, made sure to check on my girlfriend and I several times. He offered us refreshments, Hulu on the television and an Uber incase we got restless. WE FELT EXTREMELY WELCOME in this establishment, which is not a common thing in most retail businesses.These guys truly care about the work that they do and they made sure I was a happy customer. They made sure the hitch was on solid and that the wiring was precisely and neatly placed so that it wasnt just dangling down from the bumper like Ive seen happen with so many other wiring jobs.I am THOROUGHLY SATISFIED and will most definitely be going back to get more mods done to my Subaru.

Reviewed 1 star simply for zero communication, I had to call 40 min before closing to make sure my vehicle would even be finished with hitch installation complete, then get there for pick up and invoice is over the quoted amount. I will not be returning for any further services. Thanks Toyota, for the referral.

Got my lights installed for only 1/3rd of the price Toyota was asking! And, they did it fast!

I called this business to see if they could install a back-up camera on my pick-up. Was told it would be $307.95 including install (talked to Joe). Set up an appointment and went to get it installed. After the install the price had increased to $809 for the job. Got upset and said I could get this kit on-line for $325 and there was no way I was paying over $800. They kept saying they would take it back off. Finally the out the door price dropped to $500. I would not use these people and I will file a report to the better business on Monday... These people are crooks be warned!!!!!!

This company by far has been the worst people to deal with. After contacting them to fix the bed liner in my truck because it is already chipping, they said its because i abuse it by throwing things in there. My truck is a commuter truck and to be honest doesnt get used like a truck. CJ the store manager brought out the guy who sprays the liners and said dont call my product crap when i clearly never said that. I simply said it shouldnt be chipping after only having it for 6 months. I had a 2008 truck with the same bed liner and it never onced chipped or bubbled. He said they have changed the composition since then so it isnt the same. My thinking is that why over the course of 8 years has the product gotten worse. What he was telling me was that it is not as durable as it used to be. I have never heard of a company reformulating a product to make it worse. So after this guy is yelling at me and cussing i simply said i would rather have someone else do it and pay them to fix it then take it to truck toys of fort worth and get it fixed for free. Worst experience of customer service i have ever had for a $500 bedliner that is crap. NEVER SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.
