Staff needs to be more organized and ran by people who know what they are doing and want to provide service for the customers. It’s been over 3 hours I’m waiting for my car to be done for a oil change. I’ve asked over 3 times and it’s always a lame excuse every time. I thought I could shop and have my oil change done at the same time and still waiting.! Don’t waste your money on their poor service

I’ve had 4 nails in all different tires the last month. This is 100% the best Walmart auto center I’ve went too thank y’all. The workers are AWESOMEEEE!

My husband and I spent hours here just waiting on our car to be worked on. They never schedule enough people. This place is easy for us to go to, but we cannot just waste 4 hours because Walmart doesn’t want to schedule anybody.We love the people- great workers. They just take 4 hours too long.

Came for an oil change and figured I’d get some Christmas shopping out of the way while I waited. The manager said it would take 30-35 minutes per car and there was one car ahead of me with one in process already. I waited over 2.5 hours....FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE.

If you want to wait 2 hours for a tire change, this is the place for you! Booked an appointment for 5 pm because my tires weren’t in stock, showed up at 4:50. It is now 6:42 and they’re still rolling my tires around as we speak. No explanation just sitting here.....waiting.

If only I could give 0 stars!! My little brother purchased a tire after hours on Sunday, we returned Monday afternoon brought in the tire and a wheel that already had the old tire off to get the new one mounted and balanced. The guy on the front counter said they werent accepting any more cars for the day, again I have a tireless wheel and their tire bought there in my hands and I cant get a few minutes to mount it..... it was and hour and half before closing. Great thing NTB took care of us and we purchased another tire with mount and balance from NTB!!!

The best time to go is early mornings. Its worked out for me a few times already. No long wait time or bad customer service.

I’ve tried a few times to purchase tires for different vehicles over the years here. Every time i come here it gets worse. There is nothing wrong with the regular employees, they’re doing the best they can, but who ever is managing that circus is a joke. There are 5 bays to perform work but they only have 2 workers even on a Saturday. They no longer have personal at the counter inside and I was told they are cutting even more employees. Anything you want you have to get in the lube line I was told after a 20 minute wait at the counter. By that time 2 additional vehicles pulled up for an oil change and were now in front of me........ 2 1/2 to 3 hours to even get started.

Best place to get an oil change. Fast and economical.

The ladies in the Auto department are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful...and yes, I said ladies 💃! Its nice to know great deals dont come with compromised service. Thank you!

I bought a new tire on April 13 and it popped on me today and they wont do anything about it because I dont have warranty. WOW! NEVER coming back again. Even for groceries.

Will try to force a customer into an up charge for an oil product they dont need.

Every time I call the number listed I get hung up on or the run around about needing to call another number. Extremely poor customer service!

Bought new tires from them in June. One was going flat. They replaced the tire for 10.00. Treated me very well from the mechanic to the cashier.
