Ive done business with Discount Tire for years, never once had a problem. All the folks working there know their business and are always courteous and helpful. You wont find better prices anywhere.

Discount Tire is afforable and understand regular folk delima regarding tire repairs! The line was long due to it being a Saturday; however it was worth the wait! The service 10+ location 10+ and TX hospitality 10++. Tires rotated and mounted with new stems under $$$. Check all 4 tires pressure as well and adjusted accordingly

A-1 service from Mr. Gage. Ordered tires that were not in stock and proply called when they arrived. Gives all information on warranty. Ive been buying tires from Discount Tire for 25 years, and most of those have been from the Camp Bowie location. With only a couple exceptions over the years, Ive had exceptional service here during every visit. This team is amazingly quick, which is especially surprising given the volume of business at this store. Theyre always professional and courteous, and they go out of their way to satisfy. They are the epitome of the company motto, Lets get you taken care of.

Super slammed location, but good customer service.I had to call a couple times with questions I had about my tires and the road hazard through my dealership, but they were helpful over the phone.I had my car towed in and although they were totally busy and gave me a 3 hour estimated wait - they handled all the road hazard paperwork and I was not charged for services.The service rep was cool and patient.Id recommend.

Customer service is very nice, but speed is very slow. Took an hour to do a rotation even when scheduled. They didn’t look at my appointment notes and missed rotating out the spare, which then took an additional hour to do.

I was doing some tire shopping online before going in-store and I was able to find the tires, make an appointment for installation and pay for everything online.What made the experience worth mentioning was once I got to the store and check in using my online order information, I checked in 30 mins before my actual check-in time and with how busy they seemed, I was still out of the door in less than 30 minutes. Had a flat tire. Showed up at 5:55pm. They advised it would take about 30 minutes. I was out in less than 30min.The environment was positive and upbeat. Discount Tire is always busy. They have a good selection of tire brands and they install them quickly. If you have a “low tire” check light they will fill your tires for free.

I have always been able to depend on them. Best chain store company Ive used. Minor detail: since they are so busy, make sure you check for any missing valve stem caps before you leave their premises.

Gus and Terry were really calm and helpful during the process. I ended up going to another location just due to inventory. One star is lost due to miscommunication with another employee regarding shipment. Overall I would still recommend this location and come back for future services

I went there yesterday and I checked my tires said that I needed all four new tires rub the machine across the tire that I said that was going flat he said that he would have to sell me a whole new tire. Went this morning to another shop and the guy pulled my tire off got the nail out and patched it for $10 will not be going back to Discount Tire

Discount Tire did an excellent job repairing by tire. I had an appt @1:15, but I still didnt leave til 2:40. I witnessed people coming in without appts leaving before me.

Brought in my vehicle with a flat tire. They had the vehicle for two (2) hours. They identified a destroyed tire, put it back on and awaited our return. No phone call no nothing just coming back to a destroyed tire. This is just horrible customer experience.

Wow! As busy as this place is, you would think it would be a terrible experience, but nope, not at all. While waiting for them to patch my tire, I watched the employees working tirelessly. I always been greeted and the guys at this location. Rock it out, just remember. You can tip them, for checking your air in your tires. I always do, specially if its hot outside. I tell them, Man thank you for checking my tires. You never know how bad a persons day is, that change anyones day.

The wait time is ridiculous!!! I was told it would be 1 half; 2 hrs later my car still hasnt been pulled in the bay. You pay full price for half price service.

Hey, who likes getting a flat tire? Who likes having to buy a new set of tires? Fact is, nobody does and that is what makes Discount Tire so special. They have the uncanny ability to take a bad situation and make it a little more palatable. They are quick, knowledgeable, and affordable. They are very covid-sensitive, but still have a very comfortable waiting area. They also understand the meaning of service after the sale. Ive tried the whole tires from the dealership thing (never again) and now Im a Discount Tire for lifer. Dont go anywhere else.

Yep, another case of great job, exemplary service. Called ahead to verify inventory and they gladly did so. They were quite busy on a Monday, as usual, and I was in and out in little more than an hour for all four. Definitely recommend, just know they are busy.

Typically have had great experiences at discount tire, but this time is the exception. I brought a tire in to be plugged. No problem. Done and given back to me. I bring it home and put it back on my car. Come out the next morning to drive my car, flat tire. Turns out, they broke the valve stem.

I brought my car here and the guy who helped me was super nice and patient with me, explaining everything he was going to do and what I should be doing. I dont know a lot about cars so people tend to be condescending but the people here were fantastic I will definitely be back

We went today to this place we understand they get busy. My husband pulled in the door to see if it was open, a man with glasses curly hair came out and told him we open at 8 told him I work 12 hours a day we will open at 8 am was very rude. I myself work 12 hours a day sometimes but myself with no help someones nothing to eat. I will never go back I went across the street at goodyear they were so nice at goodyear. I would never treat a customer like that. Every customer doesnt need to be exposed to what you going thru you would hope they understand but every customer is like a new customer and I was but not now.Im sure the man doesnt care but you get one time to make an impression definitely will never go back and will tell all my friends family and my customers to go to Goodyear.

Fixed a flat with no charges. Quick and reliable service.

I went here on new years eve cause my low pressure came on twice a week apart and I wanted my tires check and I waited an hour and they told me my tires are good and fixed the air pressure. Waiting an hour on new years eve was great and they service is great.

I got there at 7:50am just before they opened. I was number 7 in line. All I needed was a rotate and balance. I was out back on the road by 8:45am. Talk about fast and great service!! Im glad I bought my tires from them a little over 2 months ago!! Great job everyone there!!

These guys did a great job fitting us in, we have a 48 goose neck trailer and they made accommodations for it almost immediately. They were able to change all 6 tires and get us back on the road again. This is a very busy location, so grab some lunch while youre waiting on your new tires.

Pulled up after purchasing 4 tires online to find huge tea party flag hanging in the shop. If I had known it was there I would have purchased elsewhere. Wait was around 2 hours after they called me to come in earlier than my scheduled appointment. I really don’t want to be made aware of the owner’s hateful political beliefs when I’m just trying to get tires put on. Give everybody a break ffs.

Was here 02/12/20 getting a couple tires. Prices werent great, comparable to everybody else in the area. They were busy, and it took about an 1hr 40mins from the time I walked in until I walked out. When I paid, I was not told everything I was paying for. It wasnt until I received my emailed receipt that I noticed there was a $10 charge for a tire certificate. I didnt want this, didnt ask for it, and wasnt told about this. I brought this up and it was refunded no problem. Rating loses a star for not being upfront with customers about what is being charged. Rating loses another star for the temp. Yes, itl is cold outside, approximately 28°F. But inside the lobby, there was either little or no heat. It was absolutely freezing inside. No way it could have been more than 40°F inside, maybe a little less. People walk in and out frequently, but it should still no be that cold. So yeah, i was waiting inside for over an hour and a half while it was ~40°. If youre older or more susceptible to cold weather, you may want to wait or find another place to go.

Unacceptable ... i have purchased tires for four vehicles and been with them for years until today. was straight lied to by two employees. i got my tire fixed at another place with no problem. i was told their were 5 nails and in unrepairable spots on tire, well all were in the center of tire tread in the repair zone and it was 3 nails not 5. so they have lost my trust and understanding and i will never go to their store again after costing me money to fix the problem somewhere else and i wish there was a negative star option to show how unsatisfactory this is so i guess by default i have to give you one to post this

They were crazy busy, but the employees kept their cool and got me in and out lickety-split. I got the text that my car was ready 20 minutes earlier than their estimate. And it was free to remove the nail and patch up the tire. The guy offered to sell me tire insurance, which is I guess how they make their money. I declined, but I’ll come back here next time I need help.

I ordered 4 tires online and the store called me as soon as they arrived to set up an appointment. I made an appt and showed up about 10 minutes early. I brought in my Discount Tire credit card that was in my wifes name. Andrew Deleon, my salesperson, said the card has been closed and new cards issued since I was last there. I said darn, what now. Andrew said no problem, he will call and get me an updated card. Less than 10 minutes later, he walked over, said I was issued a new card and had charged the tires on it with 6 months no interest. I said wow. Less than an hour later, my tires were installed and I rolled out pretty happy. What a great experience that could have been very bad.

Went here because they were recommended to me for being real. Wasnt expecting my tire patch to be FREE! They also took my old donut for free and got me a new one for $99 in 3 days. In and out in ~30 minutes. Super friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Protip: Schedule and purchase everything you can online prior to visiting the location. I grew up seeing the tire shop as a place where we wait a long time for us to get our car back, but TWICE now I have been in-and-out in under 20 minutes. The first occasion when I was purchasing a set of new tires. Since I bought them online and scheduled an appointment, service was fast as hell. The second occasion was a tire repair (caught a nail) over a busy lunch hour, and they treated my appointment with equal importance even though I wasnt buying anything.Theyre nice, professional, conversational, and all around a great place to get your tires.Again, do yourself a favor and schedule/purchase everything online before you come here. Youll have a great experience either way, but starting out online makes everything so much quicker!!

I made an appointment for 5:30pm on a Friday evening. I figured theyd be plenty busy due to the pandemic, so I decided to go a little early. I was right, they were busy! I checked in a little before 5, the gentleman who checked me in was very nice, carried on with good conversation. At 5:30, my vehicle was being pulled into the bay for new tires! Ive never gone to Discount Tire, but because of my experience here, I will be getting my tires from them! Thank you for the experience!

Went for Rotation and Balance and everything was taken care of. Best Advise to schedule maintenance on website. They are very busy throughout the day. Workers are very Professional and they will give you good advice concerning your wheels.

The guys are great but they NEVER reset the tire pressure alarm. They tell me that it will go off aa I drive it. It never goes off until THEY reset it! But hey, what do I know? Ive only driven this van for 7 years.

Alan was the nicest dude. He answered all of my little silly questions over the phone, and was real patient.

My father is in his 70’s and stopped into this facility to have a low tire patched. The attendant informed him that his tire was too low on tread to be patched but the manager decided to install a good take off tire to replace the leaking tire free of charge. The manager knew my father had a 350 mile trip ahead to return home and didn’t want any trouble down the road.Thank you for being so considerate and attentive!
