I had a stone crack my windshield. Allstate sent me to Mikes Auto Glass to have the windshield replaced and they sent me to Beverly Hills Window Tint to have the tint strip on the windshield replaced. I made a 10am appointment. I arrived at 10am and they took my vehicle in. At 10:12am I was driving on my way. I couldnt believe it. Everything looks great and the service was perfect. Thank you.

I had Beverly Hills tint my car less than 6 months ago and the tint has already started to bubble in multiple places. I was told that the ceramic tint had a lifetime warranty but wasn’t provided any paperwork (Which I didn’t know I even needed). I went today to rectify the situation and before the owner would even look at my car they wanted the paperwork that I never received. Her attitude was terrible, she was rude and refused to work with me. My hope was to see if they could smooth out the bubble or at worst correct the sub par work and tint my window again. Not only did they refuse to help, they called the police and wanted me removed for trespassing. I never raised my voice, I never cursed, I never disrespected them and was polite the entire time. They hid behind the law to get away with bad work and terrible business practices. They proved today they don’t care about their customers and will gladly smile and take your money but refuse to stand behind their workmanship. I know I won’t get my money back, but I hope someone sees this and makes a better decision than I did.

I just wanted to share the positive experience I had this morning getting my home windows tinted. Angie, of Beverly Hills Window Tinting, called 30 minutes prior to our appointment to confirm that they were on their way and arrived on schedule. Once there, David walked me through the process, so Id know what to expect. They were very kind and helped me remove a piece of wood that was placed between our baby gate and the sliding glass doors.David and Angie worked together like a well oiled machine. They were professional, efficient and cleaned up as they went. You could tell they knew what they were doing. My house was spotless when they were done. They helped me re-install the gate at the top of my stairs and made sure that it would not damage the newly installed tint.Before they left, David explained what to expect as the tint dried over the next 30 days as well as the best way to wash tinted windows. Im so glad that I hired professionals to do the job. I would recommend Beverly Hills Window Tinting to anyone. Great service and results!

This was our 4th car being tinted at Beverly Hills. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and did high quality work yet again.

Arrived on time for my appointment, they had me done in 45 minutes. They are always prompt, pleasent and professional. I always purchase the best for window tint because I have seen the woes of value grade tint and the purple effect in short time. I have used Beverly hills tint on all my vehicles over the past 10 years, so I would say I trust them. They tell you to hang on to your warranty paperwork, this is important if you ever do have a problem, you must have it. I was quoted for whole car. Apparently the windshield strip is not included in the whole car price? As it wasnt done... Plan to discuss this with them over the next few weeks, I will keep everyone posted as to the reason and any additional costs that may be related.

It is the 5th car I have had tinted there. Staff is knowledgeable and really nice. When new people move here I always recommend your shop. The work done there is excellent. I see so many poor tint jobs and always wonder how much they saved and was it worth it to have bubbling and peeling tint. The tint sold there always last and I have never had any problems. WOW!! Beverly Hills and Chris really knocked it out of the park when installing our new blinds in our new home. The owner Chris came out and showed us all the samples that they had available and even invited us to his showroom to see how they work. This made our decision a lot easier when picking fabrics and styles. There is so much to choose from that you really get overwhelmed . Chris made the experience a good one and we will definitely use them again in the future. Good Customer service is rare these days, but not in the case of Beverly Hills Window Treatments. This is where they really go above and beyond.SECOND REVIEW: I again had Beverly Hills Window Tinting out to my house and again they delivered an exceptional product and exceptional service. These guys really know what they are doing. They even brought in a portable bin to catch all the loose scraps and materials instead of throwing it on my carpet, which is really refreshing. Total professionalism from beginning to end.

If I could give them zero stars I would have. Horrible! Terrible! Worst service ever! Had an appointment made days prior.....told me one hour to hour and half to do two windows. That hour went by and Im still sitting in the sun waiting for them to start. The garage is shabby, no air conditioning waiting room, and customer service and personable people was a joke! Do yourself a favor....dont waist your afternoon getting no tint done.

My wife and I sat in our motor home while the crew at Beverly Hills applied film to our windshield and front side windows. It was very interesting watching the process and we had a great time chatting with the crew. They were fast and obviously very good at the what they were doing. The price was very reasonable! The customer service was excellent! I took my car in & ordered a uber to take me to work since I had to have bad tint removed there for it was gonna take a while. It was probably 2 mins w/an appt to check in. Didnt think it was gonna be so fast. So while I waited for my uber I noticed they have a mini fridge in the waiting area full of bottled H20. Nice!!! When I walked in to pick up my car She had the paperwork out & it was another 2 mins. & the tint is guaranteed for life!!! I cant even tell if the tint is on the inside or outside of the window. Both sides feel like glass. Thank-u Beverlyhills Tint!

Dave arrived on time and did a great job. He had to remove 27-year old film and glue in order to install the new film. He worked straight throughfor six hours. The windows look wonderful. I am very pleased.

Thanks for the awesome job guys! It seems to me like Beverley Window Tinting is under new management. I have been there a couple of times before and purchased the lifetime warranty for the window film for my vehicle and was a little wary whether or not they would still honor the warranty. Once I setup the appointment and apokw with the staff, they reassured me that everything is still good (warranty) and no problems, just to bring it on in and they would take care of the rest. I brought my brand spankin new truck there to get my front windows tinted. They ended up scratching the paint to the trim around the window on my passenger side and claim they didnt cause the damage... This truck isnt even a month old and no one has done anything to the truck beside you guys... there is minor scratches to both of my front windows passenger side is worse and nothing on my back two (because they didnt tint them). thats odd how they just appeared after i get my windows tinted...no one wants to claim responsibility, but you guys are responsible for the damage to my NEW vehicle. THANKS FOR SCRATCHING my vehicle up on a simple tint job. NOT PROFESSIONAL... I suggest you look elsewhere if you want your windows tinted.

Came here for years and was treated as if my business didnt matter. Must be under new ownership becasue the level of customer service they offer is non existent. I understand you are fully booked thats great for you, however people with unpredictable schedules such as people that work on call its difficult to leave a vehicle with you from 7am to 5pm. Sorry guys but you have lost my business to Shades Window Tinting on the corner of Summerlin and Gladiolus. These guys were professional, helpful and didnt give me a run around.

I had David from Beverly Hills Window Tinting put up film on the south and west windows of our condo. We had to use the clear film to comply with the condo rules but it blocks out the UV and protects our new furniture and carpet. Even though it is clear was amazed that it cuts 50% of the solar transmittance.Result was perfect. No bubbles or seams, you cant even detect there is film by looking at it. Excellent product and excellent installation. Would recommend BHWT to anyone one. I plan on having BHWT do my car this summer.

Failed to honor their warranty because I lost my receipt. The lifetime warranty tint looks horrible after4 years. They said they have record of me getting it tinted there but said I need my receipt. Totally bad expierence and do not recommend using them.

I highly recommend that unless you keep immaculate records to avoid using this tinting company at all costs! The lifetime warranty should come with an asterisks, because after only two years the rear window tint of my Mercedes is covered in bubbles and the company would not replace the film unless I had the original paperwork! The company does not keep records and therefore will not repair the poor film tinting work that they perform. Unless you want to have to take your car back to have the tinting replaced at the owners expense, go elsewhere!!***I wanted to update this review because the owner reached out to me and totally made the situation right. He scheduled to have my vehicle brought back in and fixed the tint problem. The new tint looks great, and I really appreciated the owners attitude and his willingness to make the situation right, and shows his commitment to customer service.

They will not honor my lifetime warrantee for my bubbled tint because I don’t have the paperwork from 8 years ago. They have no computer system and while I usually keep all paperwork, I don’t live in town anymore and don’t have it with me.Edit: my father brings all of his cars here. He just recently got the tint done in his new car. As I said on the phone I do have the paperwork it’s at home. And before I hung up I said thank you.
