Gold mine of fabulous stuff. I added a dozen items to my Easter decorations. Picked up an outside chair and table since the weather is perfect now. So many fun things. Will check back in 2 weeks to pick up spring decorations. Cheerful things are so helpful in glum times. This store is loaded with happiness.

Lots of furniture decorations and accessories to choose from. Friendly staff and lots of free parking. Lighting on the sides of the store could be brighter. And great for seasonal decorations.

Extremely disappointed! This place used to have a lot of good merchandise at very low prices. The wall art and Mirrors department was always full of interesting pieces. This time there were hardly anything decent there. The back half of the store lights were totally gone and you could hardly see anything, so dark. Tons of empty shelves everywhere. Maybe because of Covid they are not getting any new merchandise??? Hopefully things will change soon.

Underwhelming- The best word to describe this place. The prices were high, selection was poor and the shelves were bare. However if you need an area rug, a frame or an outdoor cushion, they have that. The cashier was pleasant and the store was clean. I can only assume they are having a difficult time receiving stock, just like many other companies. Will I go back? Probably not. By the time they restock I would have already purchased what I was looking for, from Amazon or another online retailer.

Shelves are a bit bare. But still a awesome store. One of my favorites.

The store should traine the cashiers better in giving directions on where to find the article you are looking for in the store.

This store has just about everything & anything! I love this store and I can spend hours there shopping.

We went looking for fabric and they had so many great choices it was hard to make up our minds. They are all pre-cut at 3yds and 54in wide for 14.99. Everywhere else we looked wanted over $30yd!! So happy we stopped in!

Amazing selection but pricing is weird - some things are priced well but other things are seriously overpriced. Definitely worth a look, though, because they literally have just about everything especially when it comes to home decor & knickknacks, wall art, etc.

I love Old Time Pottery - especially for pillows and rugs!Not crowded today around noon. They always have at least one thing Im looking for - today a Navy/royal 50 x 70 throw. Found it! Only $14.99 plus tax! Such a deal!

Wonderful experience I found an item I could not find anywhere else.

Ive always liked Old Time Pottery. Granted, some of it is cheap crap from China but most of it is good quality stuff ranging from home goods, linens, rugs, cookware, floral decor, picture frames, and pretty much everything else you need for your home. They have now started offering a 10% discount for military veterans as well as accepting American Express, a big plus in my book! This one in particular is pretty well organized and clean. I havent had a bad experience with any employees here.***Nancy Pate.... What? Of course you cant use a credit card that isnt yours. They always check ID. Disorganized, possibly a little, especially on the weekends, but come on, that place is hammered on the weekends.

Easy to find merchandise and friendly staff.

My wife drags me to stores to look for home decor. This store stood out from the crowd in terms of selection (broad), quality and price. We had a great experience and their staff was very helpful. Go ahead and try to get that on line. I dare you.

The store was clean, well-stocked and organized. Unlike the weekend, there werent too many people in the store, which was good for social distancing. The two cashiers working were efficient and I was able to get in and out in ten minutes. Typically more cashiers are needed, but otherwise, it usually is a positive shopping experience.

The store is neat and kept up very well.They have a great selection of Halloween and Harvest/Fall decorations.They have started putting out their Christmas decorations (not too many-just enough to remind you that it comes fast).

The staff of this OTP has to be the most unfriendliest ever. If you ask for help, they look at you as if youre bothering them. I know everyone has a bad day but if everyone who works there is having a bad day, everyday, something is definitely wrong.As far as inventory and merchandise, they are often out of advertised items and they are over priced on many, many other items.You may find odd and specialty items here but for your every day needs, Target and even Walmart are better options especially with customer service provided and pricing.

While I love shopping here, I have to give this store 1star sadly. After stopping in today to pick up a couple of items and proceeding to checkout line I noticed that 2 cashiers were not wearing masks at all, nor did they for the entirety of my time in the store. When I inquired about the store policy, the cashier, who was extremely nice and courteous, said wearing one made her sick. The other employee I saw while checking out was halfway wearing ( covering mouth only) the dirtiest disposable mask Ive seen to date.Given the current Covid 19 climate we find ourselves in and the very lax precautions taken by employees to help ensure my safety and that of the other customers, I will take my business elsewhere.

Nice place, decent prices, lots of nice things for inside and out of the home. Floral selection was lacking, but I am associating that with switching from Christmas.

Havent been there in a long .it was very neat loys pf new items. Was looking for new dog bed. Found one but not as many dog supplies as before but I am satisfied with what I did find. Now off to adopt new fur baby😍

Large Selection. Bought a nice set of mixing bowls.

Its one of my favorite places to look for inexpensive baskets or some accessory furniture pieces like TV stands or small side tables. I have found great comforter and bedding sets as well as kitchen needs. Its a huge store. There is so much to see that you need an hour to just explore and find what you need. I have some minor complaints--sometimes the lighting isnt good in parts of the store. It makes me think its not well cared for because I have been to this store multiple times over the years and the lighting is never addressed in the furniture and mirrors area. And, that some parts of the store just seem extremely overcrowded with items and appear to be thrown on the shelves. Maybe customers come through and just destroy the store and there are not enough people to put it back together, but I dont even want to go down the aisles that look like this because I know that I would have to move a lot of things to get to the object I am hoping for--Im specifically thinking of the picture frames. However, the prices are VERY LOW so it always is worth your time to look and see if you can find what you need here before even searching other stores. The quality of products would be equal to Walmart or Target or Pier One. So if you regularly shop those three big stores and you need a home item, come here first!

Great place for great household item deals!!!

Hubby and I went there last Thursday to buy a gazing ball for our flower bed. We werent even in the store a full 5 minutes and the power went out. Everyone was called to the front of the store because the place was absolutely black in there. We waited around about 10 minutes and when they realized the whole shopping plaza and even the stop lights on Cleveland were out, they needed to close the store, since it could potentially be hours before the power was restored.They said if anyone was paying with cash and already had their purchases picked out, they could do that, otherwise wed have to come back another day.We had cash, but since we had just gotten there, we didnt even get a chance to look at the garden globes yet. A female associate asked her manager if she could bring a couple of the globes up for us to look at near the front door, where everyone was gathered.. She brought a couple to the front to see if we liked either one and offered to go back for 2 more if we wanted to see other ones too, but we chose one of the 2 original ones that she picked.That was so nice of her! We drove quite a long way to get there and my hubby works so much that we never have a chance to shop together, so that really meant a lot that we were still able to get what we went for.Thank you so much for making the best of a weird situation!!You guys are awesome!

I was there on Sunday and I was ready to walk out the moment that I had arrived. The store was not clean, towels were not folded, I was looking for an item with a friend could not find it went up front to ask where it is and I was rudely told that there is a pandemic going on so they dont know where things are. I also asked for a manager I was told that there were none. Its a shame I used to enjoy the store but now I have no reason to come back

Purchased a metal wall hanging that was on clearance, the price was marked by a sticker on the front of the piece. The cashier, that I believe was a manager and not very friendly, informed me that the piece was not returnable as it was a clearance item. I agreed to that however, when I got home and peeled off the sticker that was on the front, the paint came off on the sticker. I was left with a big, black spot on the front, even though I was told it was unreturnable this seemed to me to be an exception. Went back another day to return and the same person waited on me, still very unfriendly, he argued with me that I could not return the piece even though I could not have known the damage when I bought it. He argued for a couple minutes about this being basic policy and not having an answer to my argument about why the sticker was put on the front if it could cause damage. Finally he grudgingly agreed to a refund, muttering something about having a line of customers. This is no way to treat customers, how rude. And to argue!! I really hope that I am wrong in my thinking that this person was a manager, to be that unfriendly on two different days is a problem. P.S. On my first visit I also picked up an item that was originally marked $1.99 and another sticker put over it for $2.99 not completely covering the original price. I pointed that out to the man and he said there had been a price increase and I would pay the higher price. I chose not to argue about that one but, I was always told the customer pays the lowest price marked. Bottom line, be aware of what you are buying and make them take off any stickers before leaving the store. Sorry this is so long.

Absolutely love this place. Anyone can easily spend an hour or more in here just looking at all the different things they have! I never leave here empty handed. Used to go with my In Law here, but now that my bf discovered this place he loves to go with us! They have house goods, pet supplies, crafts, decorations, organizers, etc. The prices are always good.

This store is clean and fully stocked with a variety of things and a pretty reasonable prices. Their sale prices a GREAT and their seasonal SALES...even better. The products are also of good quality and good value!

Found some rugs for my kitchen, not always easy when you need two different sizes of the same rugs.

I like the most of the selection and prices aren’t bad but the costumer service sucks. Rude cashiers. If you had your job that bad sis then quit. Really wish they would be nicer to the costumers.

I have shopped here for years. Today I ran in to grab an item. I noticed a group of people standing and talking around the check out Ate a. So walked past and went to one of the registers. Thats is when a guy from the group yelled at me Gor passing in line. NEVER has people done this before. You just walk up to a register and get checked out.I am not sure who made this person the dictator and allowed him to humiliate people, but No one said NOTHING.So I put back what I had grabbed and will not be back.Not sure if the store changed its rules or if they thought it was ok for this person to just make up rules and humiliate people.Just will not go back. Hope the people who work there are proud of themselves for saying nothing

Ive shopped Old Time Pottery since it opened. I generally get good prices becayse I wait for sales which are great.Staff is helpful and friendly and merchandise is plentiful. While you should have an idea of what you are looking for, you may often find some surprises!Ive purchased everything from outdoor furniture to kids outdoor games and activities, to home decor and plants, to dishes and gift items. Its a great place for numerous shopping needs.

Ive recently rediscovered this store. Theres quite a bit I have yet to rediscover. You can find some pretty nice merchandise if youre willing to take the time to look. Im looking forward to checking out their selection of rugs which seemed like a large selection glancing over as I was passing by. They seem to have a decent selection of ceramic planters but I have yet to check out the prices. Overall Ive been happy w. what Ive purchased there thus far.

I love this store. I take all my out of town guests here. I always find what I’m looking for especially unique gifts. The staff is friendly and the selection is out of this world. Prices are affordable.

They do not require or even encourage masks during severe covid surge. Staff and half of customers not wearing masks. I immediately left store and wont be back if they dont take safety seriously.

Not happy with customer service at Ft Myers store. Spoke to Kurt(mgr?), I was told my purchase could not be returned, that it was a final sale. Didnt see any signage, was not told that it was a final sale. Normal price was 9.99 each and thats what I paid.First(and likely the last time) that I shopped there. Cashier scanned product and confirmed the pricing. In the end, I received a refund. If I had been made aware of the stipulations in the beginning, before I left the store, so be it. But I saw NO signage referring to all sales final.

Visited the store last night looking for glass jars with lids which they had for $1.99 with a bright orange sale tag alone with several boxes marked the same way when I got to the register the cashier told me they were not on sale then she called the manager and I explained to her many boxes of them were tagged she didnt make an effort to check the items just implied I must have put the sticker there. Will never go back there staff are lazy and rude poor customer service.

So many cool things

This is a wonderful store. It has a wide variety of items for the home such as rugs, art, dishes, small kitchen appliances,storage containers, sheets, towels and more. They always have seasonal decorations and craft items. If youve never been here you need to go.

Nice large store but lacks help when needed as its hard to find an associate. They have tons of things in this store just about something for everyone. There are no major electronics here such as tvs an such but plenty of coffee makers, over all definitely worth a visit to get an idea of the store.

They are hiking their prices. Found some of the same things at Burlington and they were way cheaper. Sometimes $4. More on an $8 item. Thats just one example. Used to be my favorite place but not any more.

I love this place. You cant go in here and not buy SOMETHING! This place has household good and some furniture. Tons of silk flower options and items for you back porch/lania. The prices here are always incredible and the service isnt bad either. I can spend some time here just checking things out. If you have visited this store, you seriously need to.
