1000% would return to this place. I was looking for a mattress for my daughter and went to the furniture place from across the street and they ignored us. no one helped us at all. I dont know if they were judgmental or snooty or something, but they lost themselves a customer. I will never go those to losers ever again.Mattress Firm was our second stop, and Scott was SUPERB. His customer service is so good, He greeted me prior to a millisecond of me entering into the store. He’s super friendly, transparent, and has 100% over the top great customer service. People need to learn from this guy!

When we entered your store off of alico road yesterday we found one salesperson in the store by himself and we asked if he was the only person there he said yes but he would be more than happy to help us as soon as he finished up with the guest that he was helping. As we walked around your showroom looking at different beds he finished up and immediately came to us he was excellent his name is scott, Scott is definitely in the right business he sold us he helped us look through many different beds and details and he was very self-explanatory to the fact of what each bed meant and what each layer in the bed meant. This gentleman gets five stars he should get 20 Stars he needs a raise even though he was there by himself he still managed to multitask with other customers coming in as well as excusing himself with from us when they did to kind of help them along but he had us in and out of there in a timely fashion. I was not expecting to buy a bed from your store that day I wanted to shop around but after the excellent customer service and he confirmed and went the extra mile for us we purchased from him. I have been waiting for a mattress I ordered from another store for a month. They still couldn’t tell me when I might receive it. Today I went into the Mattress Firm store closest to my home in Estero. I was surprised to be greeted so pleasantly by Scott Moore. I explained to him that I needed the firmest mattress he had because I had back surgery 5 years ago and that’s the only thing that keeps the pain at bay. He made suggestions and I tried nearly every mattress in the store. With his help, I found what I hope will be the perfect mattress for me. The whole experience was one of the best I have had. And the best part, the mattress will be delivered in 2-3 days. Thanks for the great service.

My experience was wonderful then turned into a nightmare. My delivery was scheduled a week later due to my traveling. The whole trip I was excited to come home to my new bed but, The day before my delivery I received a call from Scott advising the mattress is no longer available. Im currently Without a mattress and need something asap. He suggested I make adjustments to my preference as I dont want to settle. I advised Scott I will let him know what I decided on.I decided to pay a $400 difference for a mattress that was available for delivery. But when I went to check my email for his number, there was an emailed invoice from Scott showing he refunded my money.Now, I have to wait until my refund is processed in 7-10 business days for the purchase of another mattress. Due to his negligence, I will not have a mattress for a while.

We went to mattress firm last Sunday and Deja was a great help! She was patient and knowledgeable!!! She had us test out several mattresses and frames before we came to a decision on our final purchase!!! We were approved for the interest free for 36 Mont but had to wait for the card to come 1 week later!!!Yesterday the card came in the mail. I activated it and we went to the store to finalize the sale. Elaine was on duty and she was fantastic making sure everything is exactly what we wanted!!! The delivery was this morning!!! The 2 gentlemen were so professional and courteous! They took away the old mattress and box spring and undscrewed slats and took them too!! Then set up and demonstrated the bed frame working!!! We give them ALL 10S.

We had been stressing out so much in looking for a new bed, as we have a baby on the way and our current bed situation required a desperate upgrade. We were on a budget and needed a good long term solution. Here comes Justin to the rescue. His pointed questions, pleasant demeanor, and understanding nature helped lead us to the perfect bed for us. The Tulo! (You really should check it out, its pretty awesome!) He made it so easy and we feel like he helped us make a great decision. The man in the store was rude and not personable whatsoever. He was very harsh to the other associate that was trying to assist us. He was also not wearing a mask. The model mattresses were dirty to the point to where I did not even want to sit on it to test them. I was prepared to spend at least $500-$600 but it was so uncomfortable I didn’t even last 5 full minutes.

Today was the first day of our mattress shopping experience and thanks to Mark it was also our only day. After briefly going to look at the “competition” we came back and made our purchase. Mark was patient and knowledgeable and really made what could have been an intimidating process a breeze. Thank you mark for helping us figure out what our needs were and selling us the mattress that matched them.

Not only was he kind and helpful in a non-salesy way, but he gave us an AMAZING deal on a great mattress and even added some extra goodies for my wife, my son and me. We went to three other stores after this one to check out prices and other mattresses, and even went to another Mattress Firm location where we could have gotten the same mattress we liked... But instead, at the end of the day, we drove all the way back down to Estero to buy from Jim because of his outstanding customer service and generous price options. GO BUY A MATTRESS FROM JIM!! (& tell him Pastor Phillip sent you 😉) Youll be glad you did.
