Havent been there recently but have always loved going.

I understand why they are closing. Staff was rude. I ended up leaving without making a purchase.

Its a good store but shows ítems that they dont have.

Typical, I went in looking for something that I wanted and they dont have. No one asked to assist and there were 3 associates. I would of ask for help but they were busy talking.

I could tell hundreds of GOODS about BB&B but.... What is happening with PRICES..... I know they have the best in quality in each and every item they carry.... But Prices are getting higher to the point you go for six but end only buying one.

Its a neat place where you find anything that you need for house goods with great prices

We had a great experience at the store yesterday with Carmen. She is extremely helpful and very friendly. We were looking for an item that we could not find in the store and she was able to find it online save us money and have it delivered directly to our front door. We have three different Bed Bath & Beyond in our area to choose from and we always end up coming here.

Coupons! Coupons! Coupons! The best thing is they never expire and they let you use more than one when you are purchasing multiple items. Who does that? They do! Dont throw out your expired coupons they will take them. Ive been known to have them for years!! I love the store as well as online. Great variety of items and they always have awesome sales. Now get out there and find something you cant live without and bring those coupons too!!

I can always find what I’m looking for. They have nice decoration, along with all the cooking ware you could need. Prices are pretty reasonable as well!

Had to buy a new Kerig coffee maker had one on sale along with the 20% off coupon I paid less than half the price may be last years model but the price was right.

Horrible customer service experience! They have recently changed their return policies when theres nothing visible at counter for customer to read. I understand policies are policies but they get credit from vendors perhaps my experience was one to apply exceptions according to website. I called customer service and they blankly said 👎 ... That shows you how much they care!

Went in to purchase a $499 iRobot vacuum, no sales associates to help. Went to the front counter where 3 people were and asked for assistance, instead of coming to help they paged someone, waited over 10 minutes for this person as she chatted with a lady in the clearance section. Went back up front as was asked “no body came” to me that’s when one of them should have left the counter to help instead of paging again. It’s fine we left without a vacuum and will purchase it somewhere else.

Found what I was looking for easily. Two sales persons asked if it needed any help. Friendly and helpful.

We did our wedding registry here and the staff here was fantastic, they spent 3 hours with me and my fiance going through the store. We never expected such great service but are so glad we went A+

I have driven by BBB hundreds of times. As a guy I thought well this is my wife’s kind of store Bed, Bath, and never ever thought about the beyond part. I entered this store today for the 1st time ever in a BBB. I was more than pleasantly surprised with the looks of the store and the merchandise available. And, beyond that, the store associates were the friendliest and most helpful of any store I’ve ever been in. They made you feel that they were there to truly help you. A++++ I will be buying many Christmas gifts in the future from here.

Unbelievable amount of different household stuff. Bedding, beach and everything else, including a wide variety of TV specials. Little bit too pricey for my taste.

Very high quality stuff in here but you pay good money for good stuff thats just the way it is helpful people I love you too dear I Window Shop mostly if I had a nicer home Id put their type of nice quality products in my house but unfortunately I dont have a very nice house their stuff is made for equality home I recommended for people thats got money got a nice house

Found what we were looking for but multiple store employees could not figure out how to process our method of payment. Overheard them indicating that they have not been trained to execute the process. Manager on phone and not available nuntil we changed our payment methodology and cancelled original transaction.

Well organized store with lots of wonderful home items. If you love to organize than this is your place.

I love the fact I can get kitchen gadgets that I cant get anywhere else.

Going to bed bath and beyond for the first time in years was kinda overwhelming they try and cram so much stuff into there medium sized location. As you walk thru your eyes dart all over and your not sure where to go and what to look at first. I found it a bit hectic and unorganized and Im not looking forward to returning.

They have all kinds of stuff for the house.
