The staff is very nice and helpful at this location. The problem with HomeGoods is when you find what you like they dont have enough of it. I need more pillows but they only had 2 and dont know if or when they will get more in.

Very clean store. Located in a large shopping plaza, making it a great location to get all your shopping done in one place. The store has a large selection and variety of products.

Love this store, wish they had more selections on bath items but other than that pretty nice and clean and organized place!

Normally I love it here but this time I went and saw 6 dining room chairs that I was going to buy for $99 each. The home goods, pink tag said $99 and when we went to pay for them, the cashier said it was $130. I asked why they weren’t $99 as they said on the tag and the lady (her name was Mercedes) said they do that to “catch people’s eyes”. To me that is extreme false advertisement and they did not even honor the price that THEY put on there!! I understand people make mistakes but if all chairs have a tag for $99, you honor the price. With that, they lost out on $600 and a forever customer.

This Home Goods regularly brings in new merchandise and has a wide selection of items. Some are very unique. This store is my choice out of all the Home Goods stores in my area.

I love this location! Everytime depression hits me I come in here to buy more cute stuff for my house that everyone knows I dont actually need. I came in today at 2 and there was a young lady on the floor, named Daisy. She was a total sweetheart and helped me decide between two items!

I needed a little retail therapy to feel like myself again! Extremely impressed with the way this HomeGoods is handling social distancing. Every cart was sanitized before it was handed to you, every employee was in a mask, including about 95% of customers, there were announcements to please be conscious of your surroundings and leave distance between other shoppers and everyone was very friendly. There was plenty of selection with employees still filling shelves. Thank you!!

I enjoy browsing and seeing what is new. I often buy something but dread having to take all the stickers off when I get home..I understand their reason but the stickers yesterday were a nightmare to get off.

Love this place for exploring and treasure hunting. Great for seasonal decorations, tableware, and linens as well as accent furniture. Inventory turns over quickly! Visit often for best selections and quantities.

Always fun shopping at HomeGoods. Great stock and awesome savings. I have for real, seen some of the same stuff for the true compare at price at other stores. Their reduced prices are for real.Harvest and Christmas stuff are in stock.Great merchandise this year.

The store is dangerous! Not literally but it will make you shop until you drop! They could work on the cleanliness and ease of traffic flow inside the aisles but it is a great place to shop for home decor. They have so many different varieties and options to choose from. The prices are a bit higher than competitors but reasonable for certain things. Clearance aisles are always a mess but that’s normal and the prices are nice.

Disappointed in comforters...

Great store. Lots of exciting items. One of a kind furniture. The only downside I saw was a lot of broken items in the clearance sections. Seems like a safety hazard. Especially in the reach of children. How do you sell a dolphin statue with a few chips in it for$16.99 from the original price of $19.99? Its broke, 5 dollar it & move on. Project for someone else & not an eyesore for potential guests. It threw me off, bought nothing & left.

I realize this store is new, but do you think you could at least have walking space. The store was so full of merchandise you could hardly walk through the isles. I will try again in the Spring.

Products are great, tons of great deals. Beware management is terrible. After purchasing upwards of $1,000 of merchandise in 2 days. When I went to return something it was a major issue and I had the receipt. I asked for the manager his name was Cody he was extremely rude. Im surprised that a big corporation would have I manager with his lack of couth I customer service. Very very disappointed

I was in Home Goods yesterday when they opened. I collect Rae Dunn I do not resell it when the doors opened the clerk went to the 2 women behind us and whispered to them and then took them to 3 pieces that are very collectible and was hidden behind other pieces. I have been shopping at Home Goods for a long time and this really left a bad feeling toward the store.

Well stocked good prices well staffed but couldnt find what I wanted but its still a good place to shop.

Quick easy return of an item and helpful staff in finding another item.

Two stars because the product is usually very nice but at this location, expect to wait in line forever despite there being adequate staffing on the floor...makes me want to shop somewhere else. Please spend more of your payroll on cashiers!!!

This site was organized, clean and very friendly! We will be driving from Naples to this location often! It was worth the ride.

Great options for home decorating, check out lines can be long, but they call more cashiers to the front. If you need to make a return you must stand in the check out line, as there is no customer service center for returns.
