Bought a car from here, and didnt have it for more than a day when it started messing up. I just dont understand how you can sell a car to someone thats messed up. I work hard for my money so it sucks that its just be thrown away. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! They dont care about their customers at all.

I’m not sure, what to say. There good and bad, I got a van had it not even a week and drove it three times and broke twice. I ask to do a warrant switch. And the said that’s was ok. It when I went to pick out the car, wasn’t told the truth about the worth of the van. Only gave me option on 2017 or less . Though the van was a 2018. I’ve call and call, but pretty much have to go up there. I really wanted a 2018. Well didn’t even know the manger Casey was not there and we had Weasly. Now that my next 250 is so for the down payment. I can get no one to answer. They are trying to talk to Corporate. But not sure if they got a response back. But Casey and Tim has been great and trying to fix it. But I feel I’ve cause to much of a problem for someone wanted to work with me..

Wouldnt sell us a car unless we financed with them. Wasnt interested in the 16.9% interest rate.

Came in little nervous based on these terrible reviews they have been leaving, but then I realized that Casey and his staff was some of the most amazing people I have ever dealt with ! They was so understanding and went above and beyond to get me approved for only $750 out of pocket after being told 1000s! Also after leaving with my own experience I have came to conclusions that the bad reviews wasnt even from round here 😂

Unprofessional. Never do what they say. Asked for the SAME documents 5x. Told us to come in and get the car, when we showed up they wanted MORE paperwork. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THIS LOW LIFE PLACE

What great super nice people there! Wow that gave us great customer service and the place was really clean and they cater to our children they had candy and all. We were there for a few hours with our kids but I didnt even feel like we were in the way. It was real comfortable for me there bc i have social anxiety. I just had a pleasant experience.

I went in after a HORRIBLE experience at another local dealership and walked out with a new (to me) car! I was very pleased with the service received. Got car in December was march before the deal was approved drove 3 months illegally started having engine problems about a month ago cant get them to honor the so called warranty car finally died completely.STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE
