Mark the finance manager was also very kind and concise. I appreciate that as I was buying before and after my work day. Found a car online I liked and decided to drive from Cincinnati down to Burlington. Met with Sam Bachman who helped me in the buying process the car I went to look at did not pan out (on my end) but Sam stuck with me and got me into a car I love and had all the options I was looking for. He was patient and eager to help. Never pushy which is a huge plus. I highly recommend Sam and the finance team.
They get 2 stars because the previous 2 vehicles I bought from them were wonderful with a great experience. If I based this last buying experience on them and could give 0 stars I would. Horrible car buying experience. They wouldnt honor the quote they gave me and if you get a sales guy named Chad RUN as he was so very rude. I will not be going back to them for any vehicles.
I am so disappointed!!!I took my CRV in to have the AC fixed.I wasted my Saturday morning waiting for my car, only to be told they had ordered the wrong hose and could not repair it. I waited approximately 2-3 weeks for the part to come in and to get another appointment.They replaced the hose, and supposedly the AC was fixed. Only it wasnt!!!I returned a third time for the repair, and required a courtesy car to drive for two days. Unfortunately, the side view mirror was vandalized in the parking lot at the school where I teach in Covington. Now I have to pay Honda $500.00 out-of-pocket to repair the mirror so my insurance premiums dont increase.Needless to say, I wont be returning here, which is sad because all 4 of my cars have been from this dealership.
They tried the old bait and switch tactic on me. They gave me a quote on my vehicle over the phone for 13.1K and I told them my truck had rust on the corner cabs (even sent them pictures) so they had all the information. They then told me on the phone that they had factored that in to the 13.1 value already (although there could be a little variance once they saw it in person which I was ok with). After 1.5 hours of being at the dealership, they came back at 10K due to the rust (25% lower!). I was very frustrated they told me one thing over the phone and did a 180 once I was on site. I probably wont do business there in the future because those types of sales tactics are a waste of everyones time.
I went in and purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla and was told all things were thoroughly looked over by their service department and everything was cleared and ok. I took it home notice the next morning the shocks were pretty noisey so I took it in and they told me the front shocks were blown and was my responsibility to pay to have them fixed even when they told me it all was checked out and cleared and good to go. And tried charging me $1200 to fix it an $186 for a diagnostic fee for them telling me the shocks were blown. On top of it all they had added on a bunch of extra things on to the sales price that I declined and still added it on there which added up to like $5000 extra. I definitely do not recommend buying from them. The managers are very rude and inconsiderate. Anything to get an extra buck out of you. Be very cautious if buying from them. They are sneaky and definitely not looking out for your best interest. I will never deal with them again.

Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. My only issue I found was when I went over the paperwork and was told how everything looked they said my tires were in great condition with great tread. I have a screw in one tire that nobody seemed to notice or know anything about. I knew it was there as Im fixing it this weekend, but how is it my tires were checked and appear in great condition yet nobody saw a screw?
Total waste of our time. They told us one thing on the lot and when we went in to complete the paperwork they changed the price and the APR. They stated the APR they gave us in the lot expired a few days back. I showed them on THEIR own website where the APR was still valid and the price was listed. He then said we don’t have to honor any prices or APR? What….it’s your own dealerships website. The gentleman also lied stating he was a manager- when I called back to speak with someone they stated he wasn’t even a manager. Shady, shady.
They have a good selection and sales people were nice, but of course they are. We were told the car we purchased was detailed and it was not. We found candy wrappers from the previous owner in the center console. They failed to complete paperwork regarding the loan which we have now resolved with the loan company directly after multiple phone calls were transferred around to no answer within the Jeff wyler Honda building. Go here for selection but expect zero service once they have your agreement. Make sure everything is perfect and depend on zero verbal agreements.
Put simply, I had an excellent experience purchasing our new Odyssey from Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence. There are 5 other local Honda dealers much closer to where I live but they made the travel more than worth it. I initially connected with them via the chat function on the website. I wasnt really looking to buy a car. But as a recent passenger in a CR-V, I was surprised at how roomy it is, how comfortable the ride is, and how stylish this car is. There are lots of bells & whistles that make the learning curve to mastering this vehicle a little challenging, but like all things, Im sure the more one drives it the more familiar the ride becomes. Needless to say I bought this car. From the test drive through signing on the bottom line Justin, the salesman was knowledgeable, attentive, andrespectful. He helped me find the perfect car to fir my needs and wants and I love it. It only has 21 miles on it, but its only been in my driveway for 5 hours.

Went in for an oil change and to have a check engine code reviewed. The wait time to meet with the service advisor (Matt) was not long despite them looking fairly busy on a Saturday morning, and the check-in process was simple and straightforward. I dropped my car off and received a video of the service assessment while I was waiting for it. When I went to pick up the car, Matt gave me a detailed but concise overview of the services and I was out in like five minutes. I appreciated the shop looking into my check engine error code w/o extra fees even though it had appeared to resolve itself before the appointment. Thank you!
BEWARE OF BAIT AND SWITCH - Blue Ridgeline RTL was available online. Scheduled next day test drive, was contacted through text and Scott confirmed it was available the night before and I drove first thing in the morning an hour away to be told at the last second that the particular vehicle was already pre-sold and they only had the more expensive RTL-E available. Salesman walked us briefly past the sold RTL, and didnt get a good look at it even before he pulled us to look at the more expensive RTLE that wasnt even prepared to be test-driven. A total bait and switch operation, and still insisted on evaluating our trade-in vehicle and tried to get us to fill out a credit application. Wasted 3 hours of my day and a quarter tank of gas. Completely unacceptable customer care and sales tactics.

I bought a pre-owned Honda from a different dealer and it developed a bad wheel bearing about a week after purchase. Jeff Wyler was closer to me than the location of purchase, so I took it there to get it fixed. Mike Gibson helped me out and I was super impressed with his friendliness, demeanor, knowledge, and helpfulness. I would absolutely recommend Jeff Wyler Honda to anyone.
We just purchased an Odyssey van from these guys. This is the 7th new car we have bought over the years and by far the most enjoyable purchase process we have gone through to date. Our salesman was Justin. He was fantastic. He was knowledgeable about every aspect of the vehicle and upfront with the cost and rates. He was also fast, which was very helpful for us. We then dealt with Aaron in the financing department, and the experience continued. He again was upfront and transparent with what we were signing. He also didnt try to oversell any additional items. At times buying a car in the past could be a headache and an overly drawn-out process that takes the entire day. That was not the case here. We were taken care of in a timely matter and left feeling extremely satisfied with the whole process.

Went in to look at a 2011 Honda Accord and when I arrived they told me they couldn’t find the car and proceeded trying to sell me on a new car with lower mileage. I knew what I wanted and came all the way there to get played. Absolutely terrible experience.
My service advisor was courteous and attentive. I have no complaints with her. I ordered keys last week from the part department and received a call that the keys had arrived and that they would be held for my appointment today. I arrived on time for my 7 am appointment. I was told it would take about an hour for my two keys to be programmed. Two hours later I found out that one of my keys had been used for another customer yesterday which causes the delay. Somehow they managed to find a second one and i did get a small discount for the delay. Also in the waiting area there are signs on the table that say they have been sanitized. There is a gentleman that appeared to be taking care of the area. However the tables were not sanitized between customers.

This was probably the easiest car purchase process that I have ever been through. We normally hate car shopping due to the sales people being up your butt and trying to pressure you into stuff you dont want to do. This was different. We had an idea of the vehicle we wanted, took it for a spin, we were given information on additional options and they worked on the financing to get us just about where we wanted to be. Josh was a great guy to work with and the manager was friendly. The financing guy was joking around and had a fun personality. All in all a GREAT experience. Never thought I would be able to say that able a car dealership.

Jeff Wyler Honda of Florence KY is a great place to buy a car. Robert Frost was the salesperson and he did a great job explaining everything to me, and was very helpful. The finance manager also was very informative of everything I was signing unlike most places that rush you through the process and make you feel uncertain of what you just signed. I would have given 5 stars but when I was in the middle of the decision making process going back and forth with my wife via text on the numbers I was presented, another salesperson I believe by the name of Keith, was trying to sell the car out from under me. He was persistent in wanting the keys to the car until he was pretty much told to back off and give us 5 minutes. It was a very relaxed experience until that point. But that doesn’t reflect Robert or anyone else that assisted me with my purchase, I just feel it was very unprofessional on Keith’s part. I understand sales is a game but when a person is literally about to sign a contract you don’t pull the rug from under their feet in my opinion. Overall I am very happy with the car I purchased, I recommend this dealership and and look forward to making a future purchase there. But give Keith a class on customer relations and manners.

We just moved to Florence Kentucky and we absolutely love it here. We have a Honda dealer and service department less than a mile from our house. I took my car in for a recall and an oil change and they did an excellent job, they kept me informed about every decision and finished the job quickly. I highly recommend Honda in Florence Kentucky
I had a urgent need to have my car evaluated. I had temporarily lost control of my brakes. I immediately got my car to the dealer who had staff readily available. They took my concerns seriously and were attentive. I did not have an appointment, but they found the time to squeeze me in. They completed a thorough investigation and looked at every angle to figure out what had gone wrong. In addition, they also performed recall performance and routine maintenance while the car was there. The technician stayed later in order to finish all of the work.My supervisor was friendly and gave exceptional customer service. Thanks for taking great care of my car.

Bought a car from this dealership with cash. I’ve put less than 1,000 miles on it and the check engine light and ECP light have both already turned on. $4,000 in repairs on a car I just purchased. Don’t trust the mechanics at this dealer. If I wanted to buy a vehicle to fix up, I would have bought something from a private seller. When customers purchase a vehicle from a respectable dealer with a good reputation, they expect it to be in working condition. I reached out to the dealer, they advised nothing was covered and wished me luck.

Not sure about the entire dealership, but my experience with Mr. Ryan (the manager) was terrible. Rude, arrogant and manipulative person, forced me to make an instant purchase using honda financing without even honoring the online price which was quoted to me.
First time here as I just moved. My appt was schedule for 8 am oil change. I was able to get that done in under an hour including the multi point inspection. I was helped by Henderson who was friendly and very professional. The space was clean and they came through and sanitized each chair once the person left. Everyone wore masks. Excited to have a good Honda crew in my backyard! Keep up the good work :)
I was greeted at the door apon arrival. instructed to pull my car in the bay where I met a nice young man who greeted me and took my info. Car was done on time and ready for pick up as promised. Excellent service, thank you Honda.
The nob on my gear shift breaks off by simply shifting gears. I call the dealership to be told that it is a known issue with Honda CRV and a recall. Great. I go to dealership and then they ask, Did I buy the extended warranty? Yes we did. They call to open a case. The nob is considered trim, whatever that means. Not covered with extended warranty. $70 to fix. What happened to the quality of Honda? Ridiculous when they didnt stand behind their own product.

Marty was an excellent host. A host is what i call him rather than a salesman. A host is welcoming and accommodating. He invited me to take my time with test drive and promised to be available when I got back. He assured we had a pleasant experience and and explained features of car and went beyond and set up my phone on car. More than I asked for. I initial experience was with Zach, who was very accommodating as well, by showing me car while it was being serviced. It seems like Jeff Wyer Florence has a wonderful team.

This review is based solely on cleanliness as of now. I will review later to see how my issue is being dealt with. The place is lacking very bad when it comes to sanitizing. There is a person whom seemed to be in charge of this. However I’m not sure, because they only sat at a desk and did nothing. I had sat for a while in the service waiting area and watched customers get up and not be sanitized.Another area, the children’s area either needs to be put away or cleaned. It was absolutely disgusting. So much dust!

Our sales person was nice, but didnt know the answer to a lot of my questions about the van I was there to look at. One feature I was really wanting was blind spot monitors. The description listed that and our sales person said it has that, but alas...no blind spot monitor, which I didnt realize until the next day after taking it home. Thats honestly a small thing compared to my biggest gripe. The van was listed for $19K. I figured about $2-3K in dealer fees and taxes would bring that to about 22K. I had a $6k down payment so I was planning to finance $15-16K. I thought I was being diligent and mindful of any hidden costs. So when I saw the fine print for the Theft Shield and Nanocare and Wyler care I asked what each of those was and decided I didnt want that added expense of almost $3K. I only wanted gap. The original monthly price he quoted me was ~$335. That included the $3k package of things I didnt want. So in theory, since I turned down those things, my monthly price should have gone down. But I told him I wanted to have gap and he said gap is $2-3K, so if we did gap instead of the other package my price would stay about the same. I was okay with that. After waiting forever for him to come back from financing, the finance guy (cant remember his name) came to say there was good news and bad news. He said the good news was that the bank they usually do financing through wouldnt accept the terms they were wanting. The bad news was that with the different bank they were using, it would have to be a 78 months instead of 72 months. BUT, it would be $332 a month (instead of $335) and would include a 3 year warranty. I dont plan to actually take even 72 months to pay off the loan, so that didnt seem like a bad thing. What he never mentioned was that the 3 warranty was $3000. Had he stated that, I would have never agreed to that. In addition to all that, they still included all the extra things I had turned down. But I didnt realize it until I got home and really started going everything with a fine-toothed comb because they called to ask when I was coming to pick up the all weather floor mats that came with my purchase. I am sick to my stomach how much I paid for this 2014 van versus what I was expecting to pay. The loan is financed for $22K, but I basically paid $6K for services I did not want. Im so embarrassed that I didnt catch those things. I just really trust people too much. BEWARE if youre buying a car. Even if youre looking for hidden costs they will throw them in there without you knowing. Or straight up lie and put in features you said you didnt want. And then the finance guy will be really friendly and go through all the papers so fast and you will assume that you know everything youre getting into, only to find out you have been incredibly deceived. Oh, and they said it was detailed and would be as close to brand new as possible. There are many obvious spots that were missed, including used tissues in the the door storage holes. I would love to call them back and demand that they make things right, but I also acknowledge that I signed the contract, so it is what it is.Unrelated to my actual purchase, I went into the dealership 3 times over the course of 3 days and every time had to walk around trying to find someone to help me. I didnt realize how different that was from Tom Gill until we went in there and someone is at the door waiting to welcome you and help you and point you the right direction. So much less confusion.****Update. Almost a month after buying the van I went back to the dealership to see if I could return the items I didnt want. To their credit, I was able to return everything except $995 for the protective coating they put on. One thing I hadnt even realized was the floor mats were $1300. THE VAN ALREADY HAD THE SAME FLOORMATS FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNER and they sold them to me again. Agh. I raised my review from 1 star to 2 because they are returning all the things they sold me that I didnt want.
I bought a used car the transmission went out 24 days after purchase I took it back to the dealership where they took a week to tell me it’s the transmission and would cost $4000 to repair. They were not willing to pay for it or help make a deal since I just got the car I went to another mechanic who fixed it for $2300 and then the engine goes out again they refuse to do anything about it except try to lease me a car that was way outside of my price range after just selling me a car that didn’t work! (And all within 30 days) This place does not care about people, only money and will give you the run around until you give up. The salesman’s name was Marty and I highly suggest avoiding him and this company.

Had a part fail that was under warranty. Service technician was Sierra and she was great. I will be back and taking advantage of the awesome 3 for $149 synthetic oil change package. I was very pleased with my experience.
Chuck was a very great guy. He was a man of his words, said he was going to get me in something and thats what he did. I left with 2 Hondaly 5 miles! Everyone else turned me down and he got me into something the same day!
I had called the day before and spoke to a salesman explaining exactly what my granddaughter and I were looking for. We arrived at 10 AM picked out a car as we tried to make the purchase we noticed no one was giving out any numbers. When I asked about the numbers the response was always, “we are getting to that.” We repeatedly stated “no warranties just the car!” When it came down to signing papers, still no numbers vocally mentioned, I noticed the price was now 20,000 when the car itself was only 13,000 this was an absurd amount in warranties, which we had again not agreed on. I have been a customer for 16 years and never have I felt so tricked, pressured, and undermined.I am a 78-year-old woman just trying to buy a car for my granddaughter and was there for five hours I found this experienced to be outrageous and victimizing.
Professional salespeople, efficient and experienced managers including finance manager. Overall a pleasant shopping/buying experience. Yes I would recommend this dealership to others!!
Sierra was wonderful, helpful and great at answering my questions! The guys did a great job on my car, but they stripped 3 studs while rotating my tires!!! My opinion, they should have replaced them!! Now my car wobbles and I dont have the $$$ to fix their mistake!!!
Jeff Wyler took my car in despite not having an appointment. I was out of town and they found a problem created by a dealer back home and fixed it fairly quickly. I appreciate the flexibility they showed and Matt Bramlett was outstanding.
Not a fan of this dealership. I was quoted a price on a Ridgeline and sent a photo. When I arrived I was told that they did not have the truck they quoted and the photo was for a more expensive truck. Dishonest.I then asked to purchase the truck in the photo for the quoted price. The difference was about $1500. They would not do it.
Chad, Dan, Dave and Scott were all great and worked with me to get me where I needed to be on a new 2021 Ridgeline. No pressure really at all, which is refreshing. Overall one of the easiest experiences I have had over the past 35 years of car ownership.
I went on a Saturday and they were super busy, but got my oil change/tire rotation done super fast! (Within an hour and a half I would say, which I thought was pretty quick based on how many people were ahead of me) I’ve always been impressed with the service department in Florence!
I cant say enough good things about my time there. Everyone was quick to help, let me know what was going on and made sure everything was done in a timely manner.

Very good. Went in to get airbags replaced due to a recall; they were very quick to get it done and also told me a few other things that are gonna need replaced. Very friendly and know what they are doing.
Went in because I had a check engine light on, and car was saying to check emissions. Also needed an oil change so I made an appointment for 10:20 on a Friday.I get there, staff is friendly and I was told that the diagnosis would cost $150 depending on how into the inspection they get.I start waiting, I eventually get a video from a tech saying he ran the code reader and reset the check engine light and it didnt come back on and nothing seemed to be wrong with it.My total wait time - 3 hours.I got an oil change, my check engine light reset, and my tires rotated.I paid $250.90$150 for them to turn off my check engine light.I essentially paid $250 for an oil change. I will not be back for service, Ill take my car to a local mechanic or figure it out myself.
Chad, Aaron and the rest of the Honda team were very friendly, informative and thorough! Chad did an amazing job of explaining all the features of the car I was interested in purchasing. He knows his product! Unlike some salesman, he was enthusiastic but not overly intrusive or pushy. I appreciate the experience that I had with Chad, Aaron and the rest of the Honda team! If youre looking for a new car or a used car, I would highly suggest stopping in to see Chad or one of his peers! I am a new Honda CRV EX-L owner and I am very excited!
I brought my vehicle in for recalls, after returning home I noticed that some of the features were not functioning. Mike at customer service department did a great job communicating with me and he got the vehicle back in as soon as possible. Now its fixed.

Sales tactics here are shameful. Check their BBB rating! Save yourself hours of heartache and learn from my experience. I got a Truecar offer for an Accord and, to be fair, in the offer email it says it isnt compatible with any other special offers or financing (which I didnt see). It was a great price. However during the whole negotiating process I kept referencing the 1.9% financing for 60 months, spent hours with them, never ONCE between the manager and sales person did they mention that the price and 1.9% wasnt compatible. When I was dropped off to sign paperwork, suddenly the car was $1500 more if I wanted to use the 1.9% financing. I walked. Of course I got a call from a manager, and after a lot of excuses, he said the best they could do was $500 over the TrueCar AMEX price and 1.9% financing. At this point I felt bait and switched and just wanted to buy the car and offered to pay cash for the car at the TrueCar price, suddenly the price was no longer valid. No where in the email does it say you must finance the car (see attached). This is a slimy, shady sales tactic that wasted hours of my day. I arrived expecting to take delivery of a car, and left with a promise to never set foot in a Wyler dealership again(if they all operate like this, I dont know, could just be poor management in Florence). I will never buy a new car from Wyler Honda, look at Wyler Honda in Colerains BBB Rating!!! You always hear about the poor reputation of car salesman, this is where they earn that reputation, at Wyler Honda in Florence. Kings / Superior Honda honored the TrueCar price + $500. If Wyler had been up-front about things from the beginning, and at the first mention of the combination said the price wasnt compatible, I would have paid the $500 extra, its not the end of the world, but this slimy, shady sales practice of changing things when you are ready to pick up the car has to stop. Shop elsewhere. Save time. Stress-less!
I took my car in for service to use the last of the Wyler Care package I’d bought before it expired. (Thanks for the reminder phone call!) The service advisor, Elliott, was very helpful and courteous. The technician, Kadeem, emailed me a video from under my car showing a huge gash in one of my back tires! I had no idea the tire was damaged. I had just completed a 1200 mile trip last week. Elliott and Kadeem worked to get me a new tire and had it fixed later in the afternoon. Thanks, guys!As usual, Lowell and Kevin were awesome shuttle drivers despite the snowstorm!Thanks, Jeff Wyler Honda!

These guys were awesome to deal with. Scott was my salesman and I also spoke a bit with Rick who I believe was the general sales manager. It got a little tense at times for me haha not so much for Rick and Scott. But in the end we came to agreeable terms and I left as a happy customer with my new Type-R.
