Lance was great to work with, he answered all my questions promptly and had everything ready when we arrived. My experience with Bentley Chevrolet was horrible. I will never own another Chevrolet. The service department is very crooked and takes advantage of women because they think they are not knowledgeable. I took my car in to have brakes checked because they were making an horrible noise. They changed brake pads. 3 months later my car started making the same noise. I brought it back to dealership and this time they said it was rotors. Rotors were turned and resurfaced 3 months prior to this, so why were rotors not replaced then if they were bad? Basically it boils down to they make more money when I have to keep coming back. I also had a problem with back up camera going out. They said they were ordering part and would call me when it came in. I never received that call. Good bye Chevrolet!I will never own another Chevrolet. Worst customer service ever!

I was not expecting to replace a transmission on my Suburban so early in its life-- It is a 2016 and my husband drives a 2013 that we have never had problems with. I noticed it was shifting weird and called the dealership-- they got me in same day. They identified the problem quickly and gave me options. The dealership ordered a transmission and it took 17 days to come in. The thing that made the experience -- my consultant Devon kept me informed throughout the process. This greatly helped me to manage expectations and I am so glad to have my car back and be on the road--

Had some issues that were resolved .SUV was a demo, interior was less than desired. When buying online always ask for actual photos, not stock photos. Sabrina was great !

Wife took the truck in to see why my truck is vibrating when accelerating.i thought it was alignment so made an online appointment for that but my wife asked diagnostic too see if thats the case.they did the alignment and i spent 60 dollars didnt fix the issue.

I sold Bentley my truck on June 18th and they owed me a check after paying off my loan. It took 2 weeks for them to finally send the payoff to my bank. I had to wait even longer for them to receive the title before they would pay me what they owed me. But they listed my truck for sale the day after I sold it to them. So you cant pay me, but you can sell the truck? 🤔 I do not recommend selling your vehicle to them. The process is way more convoluted then it should be.
Had appointment at 9:45 and left vehicle until 5:00 pm and they had not done anything to fix problem. Don’t see any advantage to having an appointment!

I loved the experience with your dealership. Never have I had such an easy auto purchase before, and there have been many. The purchase was easy, even the fact that I traded in 2 vehicles and a lot of it was done over email with pictures, it was still a very pleasant purchase and Sabrina was an absolutely awesome young lady to work with. She should go far with the way she handles customers.

The service team was able to fix my issue as a warranty problem. What a relief! The service staff is always pleasant and kind.
Started out well, as is typical of most dealerships. Friendly, courteous, willing to work with you to make the sale. Once the sale was agreed upon, it went down hill quickly. Details of the transaction, including required hold periods for out of state purchases, were not explained or disclosed. The car was delivered per the agreement, but the paperwork was not sent at the same time. That took an additional 3 days to receive because they simply kept forgetting (apparently) to do it. When the paperwork finally arrived, their was an error with the final price of the car; they had overcharged from our agreed upon sales price. Temporary tag/title was also not sent with the car, and took 1 week to receive; so the car sat at the house with it being unable to be driven. Overall poor experience. What happens after the deal is made is the true character of a dealership. This one failed to measure up to even an average standard.
My service job on my truck was done efficiently and quickly. I will strongly consider coming back when it’s time for another service job.

I came in a couple of weeks ago and looked at a vehicle. Bobby was very helpful. He went above and beyond for me and my daughter and we were thankful for that. Even though we weren’t able to get that vehicle that day he put us in contact with another dealership that was able to get us what we needed. The fact that he wasn’t bitter about not being able to make that sale and fix us up with a salesman from a whole other company speaks volume. I’ve bought a couple vehicles from Bentley and I’ll definitely be back.

Easy fix but took about two weeks to fix. when I picked up my car and opened the drivers door it looked as tho someone wiped their a** in my car full of MUD and oil prints! I would not recommend this dealership for anything!

The only reason I am giving a one star is because there is not a negative five. We had our 2017 Chevrolet Colorado in for warranty service due to a drive train issue. The truck made a total of five check ins at the service department. Our issue is still not resolved! They literally throw darts at a triage board to determine your problem. Then they do not fix said problem, just throw a band aid at it stalling until the warranty expires. The dealership blames GM saying thats all GM will let them do. If thats the case, no more GM products for me! I wont say they lied to me, just after further digging I found out I was not told the truth. Service at this dealership is extremely poor. Customer service is worse.
My wife and I were in car wreck that left us without car, they went out of there way to put us in another car.They helped us in ways we did not expect.We talked on the phone one day and went in the next the car was waiting on us,all i had to do was sign the papers and drive away.
My warranty was about to expire and I was out of town but my vehicle was at home I contacted Bentley of Florence Al and had my truck taken to them, Devin the service advisor handled all my issues very professionally by phone, and changed my oil and rotated my tires for a very fair price. They had my car for six days and I finally got an estimate of around 3000.00 dollars to fix a 4000.00 dollar car. They kept finding more wrong with the car, then fixed it and now they say my engine is noisy which it wasnt noisy before they got it. Almost every day I had to call them because they wouldnt call me. I will never buy a Chevy or go back to this dealership.Update: they have had my car for 7 days and now it is no longer drivable and they say I need to have it towed out. I drove my car in there and they have completely messed it up, and they want me pay them for their services.
I bought a 2015 Chevrolet Sonic LT in October and Ive absolutely loved the car. It literally has everything I ever wanted and more. I have been having trouble for several months with my car. Russell Castile has helped me thru the entire process from day one. On days I was not so polite he was. Nothing but a professional. Finally after months of work we received the correct paperwork to get the car fixed. The day I walked in to get it fixed Russell immediately remember me and asked if he could help. He took 5 minutes came back and said if you can leave the car they will start on it in the morning. The work was a major job and was done in less than 5 days. The mechanic was very good that work on my car. If I ever need anything done to me car again it will go back to Bentley simply because of the way Russell treated my family!
