I had a major radio where ( to make a long story short) issue with my f150 that i had bought from another dealership. I met with jamie the head service advisor and he told me it wasnt going to be an easy solution. Well jamie always kept in touch with me and always tried to help me save money where he could. He went above and beyond. Also their service area is one of the cleanest Ive ever seen. Will never go to any other place to buy a vehicle or service one that has major problems

We found a Mustang online that they had, we live 1 hour and 20 minutes away, I called to check that it was still available and scheduled a test drive for the next day with Wendell. He called me to confirm and had the car ready and waiting for us when we arrived, he took us around, since we were not familiar with the area, and told us all about the technology and buttons on the car. It was the best experience buying a car we have had, from Wendell, Bill (finance department ), Mr. Reichenbach, and Mitchell Gadd (general manager), everyone was very nice, helpful and knew about their brand. We were in and out in a few hours and I am extremely happy with my new Mustang! Needless to say, when we are looking to buy another car, we will be driving a little ways to come back to Mike Reichenbach Ford! Thank you guys again !!!
Took my baby Ford Focus in and they handled the problem professionally and listened to the situation. It took about 2 days as they said it would when I got there and said my name with in the next 2min tops my ride was there waiting even with the ac running for me. Purchased a brand new car from this dealership less than a year ago. It has a little over 5,000 miles on it. The transmission stopped working correctly. The service department has had my still new car for two weeks! They will not give me a loaner to drive, either. I’m supposed to somehow continue going to work and providing transportation for my family when a brand new car they sold me stopped working. In cases like this when the car is still new, things should move quicker!!!

This was not the typical high pressure experience you get from most dealerships. Steven worked with me to make sure I was getting what I want. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
Never will take truck their didnt fix half the stuff In came for after waiting week to only fix half the things wrong is Horrible. Customer Service is okay in service department. I would recommend going to a different dealership. After that they called about in for a offer on my truck (2018 raptor) with 30k miles and got 48k. 18k less than carmax.

They over charge Was told a rack and pinion would cost $2500 to fix.someone recommend me to raceway Ford in hartsville and they replaced that and did a oil changed for $800. I know its a little far but great service. Love them.will cont. to take my car there if I need anything else.

I arrived around 8:00 for an 8:30 appointment for an oil change and rotation. I didnt get out of there until after 10:00. I think they are working in the right direction by making appointments, just need to continue to improve on turn around time.

This incident happened on Saturday the17th of April. After hitting a large pothole on 95 at around 10 am and the tow truck driver taking us to Mike Reichenbach Ford, we were taken care of by Aaron in the service department. He was not able to fix the damage to our tires as he would need to order parts and said that we probably would have our car back by tuesday. This was very trying for my husband and I as we were just traveling thru Florence, SC for vacation. Aaron was very patient and understanding with our plight. He took care of ordering the parts right away, tried to get us a rental car (which was impossible as they were closed). He made arrangements for us to stay in the showroom waiting area till friends came from NC to pick us up. He did everything he could to help us get on our way and then return for our car when it was ready. My husband and I feel Aaron went above and beyond his job description to take care of our situation. Thank you again Aaron.

Theres a highrise Ford F-250 with transformer logos on it thats a must see. $94,000. They could offer more than 3/36,000 warrenty though. Talk about no faith in their product

Worst service center I have ever been too.My jumper cables were stolen and after three different occurrences of getting a standard oil change without even asking for tire rotation I found the lug nuts so loose that I could take them off by hand.
I was told the part I needed was on back order but they were using the wrong part number. I had to find the part number myself and tell them the right number and my part was in the next day!

I realize Service is first come first serve. I arrived about 1:00 and had 5 customers ahead of me. It was nearly 5:00 when I left. 4 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and multipoint inspection. Not a happy camper

I took my 2017 Ford Escape in for service on 5/20/2020, I was greeted and told the gentleman what I needed and he also asked if I wanted my tires rotated and since I trust them because I have not been disappointed since I started using their service 2 years ago I said do whatever is needed, also he explained to be about treatment for my oil changed and this will only be done on every 4th visit to make sure all things run well. He explain the price so that there were no surprises when I paid my bill. Very satisfied with the service I receive there.
My van is in the service shop for a known issue and repair. It has been there 8 weeks now. Obviously I am not happy.

Sales person I had sold me a lemon and I had problems w/this vehicle the 6 mths Ive had it. It runs hard and the battery is now dead. The SUV is a 2019 Jeep. It appears to me Reichenbach is not standing behind this piece of junk.
Very disappointed! Bought my first car there with no problem at all. When I tried to trade recently though it was a different story...made initial contact online and wasn’t contacted directly back until two days later. When I did I was encouraged to come up there even after expressing concerns that it was too early to trade. Upon arriving I was put in a vehicle that they had to know was totally out of my price range and my feelings about this were brushed aside. When presented with a car payment that was totally unaffordable and I declined, all other options for more inexpensive vehicles were suddenly unavailable or wouldn’t work. It’s as if it was a car payment I couldn’t afford or nothing. This dealership has lost a potentially long term customer.

I was well treated they took very good care of me answered all my questions and helped find the right truck for me. Dante was exceptional in the sales process and very knowledgeable about their vehicles. The best place to find your next vehicle in all of South Carolina.
They claimed to want to make a sell but on the 2020 xlt expedition they could not come down by 20 bucks a month, 20 bucks they were willing to let a florence local walk out of their doors without a sale when they said they needed a sale. I personally am not sure if they are 100 percent true in their statements at this point. Didnt think that was how you treated a local middle class family.

Downsizing without downgrading! From Expedition to Escape. No kids, no family, but two rescue dogs! These were the parameters when we entered the showroom of MR Ford Lincoln of Florence SC. Mr. Connie welcomed us and allowed us to talk, to tell what we want, what we think! Listening carefully, a few minutes later, he came with a few cars we could look at! No YOU NEED this or YOU MUST have that! After a test-drive with the favored model, it only took a few moments to make the decision! Every employee involved, from cleaning up to documents, billing, insurance and so on, did a perfect job. Our first ride home on the interstate proved our impression AND feeling about the dealership! By the way, my wifes name is Connie too, by the way, Mr. Connies birthday is the same as my wifes one, by the way, we lived in a village called Reichenbach, well, finally, we switched cars on a 13th! Same as our anniversary! Signs?!

Took my explorer here twice. While both times the employees were pleasant, there were issues with the actual service.Ford offers a maintenance package which you are able to use every 5,000 miles. Part of this package is a change of windshield wipers, 153 point inspection, oil change and tire rotation.After my first visit the oil life was not reset--an easy enough fix, but I now wonder if the oil was actually changed. On both occasions windshield wipers were not replaced. After being caught in the rain and seeing this I went to a different dealership to inquire about this, and was told that if they changed the wipers we would loose a whole maintenance service. Instead I purchased wipers, which this dealership changed for me for free. It makes me wonder what else was skipped over were my tires actually rotated? Was my oil changed both time? Was the full inspection done?I wont be using them for further service. I hope that in the future their service matches the temperament of the desk employees who were extremely nice and very professional - if only the service had been too.

I think the technicians did an excellent job. Though, there is no way that I can prove that, but I trust that they did. The only reason why I am giving them 4 our of 5 stars is because my oil change did not come with the complimentary vacuuming as with some other places. I think that would have been nice.

The experience started off great but over a month after getting my car and still registration of vehicle is incomplete because no one called to advise there was an issue which required me to come to the office to correct. I called today to learn there was an issue and I needed to come and complete new paperwork. So my review has definitely changed

Service department is always professional and very welcoming. I feel that my vehicle is in good hands which brings me peace of mind. My only negative feedback is the long wait times but that also means many others trust them with their vehicles. They are also very accommodating by providing a shuttle service back to your home if the wait times are extensive. Jamie Hickey has handled my vehicle each time and he is great at communicating what is going on when I bring in my truck.
Had to use them 3 times in the last 2 years due to unforeseen circumstances and bad drivers. If needed, they would be my first choice again.
