I am a professor at Indiana University and drive to Kentucky to get my car serviced because I value the service I get at Jake Sweeney Alfa Romeo. They treat me like a human being. Service Dept is the best I have dealt with. They are honest and fair. Best Ive dealt with in a long time. I also have a BMW X1 and have had mediocre to bad service at the BMW dealer comparatively. I will buy from this dealer from now on. By the way, did I say that their cars are fantastic?

Horrible experience trying to buy a car online from Jake Sweeney Alfa Romeo / Kia / Fiat. Salesperson did not respond to calls, texts or emails in a timely fashion. They kept emailing the incorrect email address after we corrected them multiple times and the email was still wrong on contract documents they sent. They asked us to print out, scribble on, scan, and send back documents because they dont use DocuSign online (or equivalent.) FedEx-ed us documents irrelevant to our sale, causing confusion and more questions (which they were also slow to answer.) Asked us to sign and return the only copy of legal documents - none of which had the odometer reading filled in (and their notary had already signed off!) When asked, they told us to go ahead and sign and theyd fill in the odometer readings later; thats how they always do it - huge red flag - thats not how legal contracts work! We decided wed be more comfortable having our local Alfa Romeo dealership buy from Jake Sweeney Alfa Romeo and then wed buy it from the local. Our salesperson asked if I could scan and send documents to the local dealership - he tried to send them himself but failed and couldnt figure it out? Or maybe he couldnt locate his own documents and was too embarrassed to admit that? The sales person supposed to be helping us went radio-silent until I had to email his managers. They strung us along for several days, saying theyd work with us and then suddenly flatly refused to sell to our local dealership (who has a recorded phone call of them offering to sell the vehicle at a lower price than they offered us.) When I called and spoke to the sales manager he straight-up told me it wasnt worth their time to sell to the dealership because they couldnt tack on enough taxes and fees like they could if they sold directly to us. I asked what price the local dealer would have to offer. He got grouchy and said that under no circumstances would he ever sell to our dealership. Its sad that one Alfa Romeo dealership is being so antagonistic to potential customers (and even their fellow Alfa dealerships!) Really tarnishes my image of the entire brand. I still dont know what to think; were suspicious maybe there was something wrong with the vehicle and they mysteriously got cold feet when they found out theyd be selling to a dealership with Alfa Romeo experts whod be doing their own independent inspection? Or maybe thats just a coincidence... ?
I have brought two cars here from Virginia for service, a Fiat and my latest, the AR Giulia. Brian is terrific to deal with, has great knowledge of the car, and he and the service department are great. I was in and out with an oil change and inspection in about an hour. Sweeney far exceeds my closest dealers in DC. Highly recommend!
Ive never had a bad experience here in the almost 3 years Ive been coming here!! I drive down from Blue Ash just for my service appointments! Not only does the service team always do a great job for me, they remember me and always make my visits personable! Thanks for all you do, you definitely have a customer for life! Waiting a week for an appointment for an oil change? Hard pass. Also, called to get a POA to renew my registration. The guy I talked to said he would email it within 5 minutes. Never heard back from him. Called later that afternoon, after 10 minutes the woman I talked to told me she didnt even have the right form for it. Doing business with this place is like traveling back to the 1950s.
We have purchased many cars from various of Sweeney family-owned dealerships. This one was no exception. We purchased through our Costco membership and they made the purchase experience precise and businesslike, transparent, fast and friendly. Very pleased with our new Alfa Romeo -- it was everything expected based on the reviews. Since Alfa is a small-ish brand, I am taking comfort that we have done business with a dealership that we whom we have had a longstanding relationship.

Customer service is becoming a lost art, but not with these guys. From the time you arrive at the Jake Sweeney Alfa Romeo dealership in Florence, you feel like part of the family. Service and quality are top priorities and it is evident in everything they do here. I can’t imagine buying a car anywhere else...and I don’t plan on it!

I went in for 3 issues. The recall work, my passenger door was not opening properly and I had concerns of stalling at low take off. Mr. Lafatta had my car out before noon and fixed. He took me around the lot so I could show him the issue. Just for comparison I had Kings Porsche look at the car a few months back. My car sat on their lot a week and they did nothing. So to have this car fixed in 2 hours was amazingly fast. The asked if I wanted the door adjusted more but I felt the problem was sufficiently solved. The car does run better since the PCM flash from the recall so that may have been some of the stalling issue. I will take my car back to this dealer for sure. Friendly staff and for them being as busy as they were, they got to my car quickly.
The staff at this location are top notch and extremely cordial. Even though the fiat technicians were out of the area for training the shop manger figured out a way to have my car properly maintenance.

Wonderful Alfa Romeo Dealer that is one of the few in Cincinnati that carries a substantial inventory of Giulia, Stelvio, 4C and 4C Spyder. They even allow test drives on the Stelvio and Giulia Quadrfoglio. Jake Sweeney Alfa Romeo is the only place to experience this superb Italian brand.
