Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Price are fair for the industry. Was surprised I was able to get my oil changed the next day but figured they were slow, but that wasnt the case- lots of people with vehicles being worked on! Would recommend to others🙂

The staff at this location really impressed me. I got nothing more than a basic oil change, but the young lady at the counter was pleasant on the phone and made it an easy experience to get an oil change during my lunch break. My experience here was a good one, I recommend.

Fantastic serviceI am 85 years old and the temperature gauge was high. Went to Midas and they put a radiator in. Then a few days later, my car started shaking and I called Midas and two young men came to my house, one drove my car to shop and when repair was done came to my house with my car,I would highly recommend using this shop. The people who work there treat you like family

Great Service! Super fast and really got us out of a bind on our way back to VA. The owner and staff were sweet and really know how to treat customers! Our mustang needed front tires badly because they were bowed and we were in there for about an hour and it was done and ready to go! Really appreciate it guys!

They fixed my abs wheel speed sensor and even went and picked up the part after I had bought the wrong one. Best experience I have ever had at any auto repair place and the price was very reasonable.

Without a doubt one of the worst experiences ever!!!! I left my Jeep overnight for them to look at and repair a front end noise. I come to pickup and pay at 12 when I was told it would be ready. At 12:20 the manager/owner drives off to test it pulls up gives me keys . I leave and immediately the noise is back. I bring it back . I wait as they look at it and again he pulls off in it and gives me the keys. I drive off still the noise. They look at it again and now state it’s the universal joints in front....$300. I leave and take it somewhere else and they quote me $176 for universal joints......: they actually seem like nice people. They simply aren’t good at what they do.....and I cannot believe they are trying to charge me that much again after screwing up so badly!

Very honest, friendly and helpful staff. Fair prices on everything. Tire prices are excellent. Worth driving out of your way every time you need an oil change (which is what I do) to avoid going somewhere else. They are good about letting you know if your car has an issue or needs something but only in a very cool, helpful way -zero pressure.. Just call ahead of time to schedule as they stay busy. Probably attributed to the fact they have a really good reputation, especially at this location! They really take good care of you.

Awesome place... Good honest people.. Took my truck in to get brake pads replaced and received a call saying all I needed was my rotors turned.. Any other place would have taken my money and just replaced the pads no questions asked... Very satisfied!!!!

I went here as I was traveling from Florida to PA. I had a tear in my muffler/exhaust. They told me that it would be a simple fix - only $35. They fixed it right there - all the employees were very nice and professional - I was so happy to be able to get back on the road with a car that was in good shape.

On my visit i asked about posted $19.99 special that had printed coupon with their address on it and manager refused said that its not their coupon. Umm it is from your corporation and they even printed your address on the coupon..

I took my truck to get a muffler installed I got it home and it had numerous exhaust leaks sounded horrible. I took it back they worked on it for an hour. I got it home and checked it out and still had several exhaust leaks. I jbwelded over all their welds and stopped the leaks. Then the next week the hangers broke off now my exhaust tips hit my bumper all the time.

These are honest family folks that are not out to nickel and dime you. I took my enclave there for brakes and they said I only needed the front pads done (no rotors needed unlike what the place down the street said). Then I went home and brought my camaro in and had them change the oil and inspect the brakes. They changed the oil and said the brakes were good. The inspection was free! My daughter had her money taken by the drink machine and one of the workers bought us each a drink. Enough said!

I dont trust anyone else with my vehicles! Only them. They are honest and will help you save money. I highly recommend Midas on West Palmetto Street.

I had the old bait and switch pulled on me. I call for an estimate on brake pads and rotors informing you of the rotors being warped and you quote me a price. I drop off the vehicle in the morning and you remember our conversation, I drop the keys and walk out. After you have my vehicle and I have gotten a ride to work, you call to inform me that the price is more than double the quote because of the rotors needing replaced instead of turned, having known they were warped when giving me the quote. No apologies or any attempt at service recovery when I pick up my vehicle. I understand that this is a mechanicxs shop and my vehicle may not be pristine, but the dirty boot prints in the drivers floorboard were a let down also.

They did OK work but i paid money for a specific exhaust but they give me something different than i ask for and tried to be sneaky about it and i confronted them and they lied and and wont give me what i ask for or the difference and theyll change the price if you seem you dont know what youre talking about
