Wow. I have never had a card deal go so smooth and without a single headache. Natalie was great and communicated as much information as possible over the phone, via text and by the time we test drove the vehicle we had already negotiated. Walking into the dealership after the test drive, we made one final change, said let’s do it and was in the business office in 5 minutes. The finance manager was personable and helpful. At the end we met Mr Howard Efird and Tim Milton. While waiting for the final touches on our Wrangler purchase, they were very friendly. Mr. Milton even showed us his project jeep and progress. Thanks to each of you for putting us in our dream SUV and taking care of our family in this purchase.

Just some back story. 2016 they had my wifes liberty to replace the electronic ignition (warranty). Killed a brand new battery because someone didnt remove the posts before working on it.Service Manager told me that in SC the sun kills batteries all the time(2 month old ).We decided it time for a new Jeep.After looking around on-line we decided on a 2017 JKU Sahara fully loaded.Talked to Efird and they were 8000 more than anyone else we had looked at.Sales Person told us If you can find it cheaper go there. Went to Conway Jeep and have had nothing but good experiences with them. Made it a point to never let Efird make any money off us period.I have a 2012 JK that i bought from another place(not Efird)with extended warranty. because of the warranty company i had to take it to Efird (Jeep was not idling right). Tell me that the O2 sensor were bad and it needed new plugs. To the tune of $1200 to replace less than $200 worth of parts(OEM not aftermarket). How can a company that sells arguable the best vehicle on the market(my opinion) try and rip people off.Called Conway and they quoted me $600. Im in a local Jeep club about 30 Jeeps strong and i can promise you that no one i know will ever take their Jeep to Efirds.

Nothing but good things to say about these folks! My credit wasn’t the best and am in the process of rebuilding. I had been to several dealerships in the Pee Dee area and was pretty much told that they wouldn’t be able to get me financed. They didn’t even want to try. When I arrived at Efird I was greeted by Rogers Mack a sales associate. He was polite and was eager to help me but did not promise anything due to my credit situation which I expected but he was willing to take his time to try. It was in Andrew’s hands at this point and he worked diligently to make the deal happen. I was skeptical but hopeful. As with any dealership it took awhile but through the hard work of Andrew, Tim, and Rogers they made it happen. I had to put a little money down but that’s expected with my credit situation. I was more than appreciative and Efird will ALWAYS have my business! I won’t mention any names but a few other dealerships after looking at my credit profile weren’t even willing to put forth the effort to help me but Efird was willing and it paid off. I can’t guarantee that this will be the case with all customers but what I can promise you is that these gentlemen WILL try to get it done. Thanks again to Andrew, Tim, and Rogers for their hard work!! Efird is the undisputed, heavyweight king of the automotive industry in the Pee Dee area!

My 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee blew its alternator while on a drive from Florida to Maine. Perfect chance for a mechanic to take advantage of a situation. Not at Efrid, Larry treated me like a regular customer.I called the service department and explained my problem to Larry. When I spoke to Larry all I knew was the car was dead on I-95N and was being towed to his shop.Larry was beyond great and deserves 10 stars. Larry performed diagnostics and confirmed the alternator was bad. Best of all is Larry had me back on the road in less than 2-hours!I really appreciate Larry recognizing my unique situation as a traveler and prioritizing the work. Thank You!

We had been searching for a truck for sometime now visiting dozens of dealerships throughout North and South Carolina and were thrilled to find a truck that we loved at a price point that we could manage at thisndealership.The sales process was pretty standard so we made what we thought was a reasonable deal. My partner negotiated the deal as he will be the one driving the truck the most and left the dealership around noon that day to bring me back to sign off on the paperwork. When he left, he was told that the truck was going to shop and then to detailing and would be ready upon our return. When we returned around 3pm, to sign the paperwork, the truck was still in the shop. We completed the financial paperwork and the truck was still not ready. We were told to go grab a bite to eat and by the time we returned the truck would be finished including the detailing. Not so. We drove off in our new purchase pretty disappointed because we didn’t feel like we received the level of service we deserved following a $40, 000+ purchase.We had no idea just how much disappointment we were about to experience. Before we could even cross the North Carolina state line, we discovered a multitude of issues with the vehicle to include the following:1. No break lights2. Interior light doesn’t work3. Dozens of scratches some of them pretty deep4. Back-up camera malfunctioning5. A/C malfunctioning6. Sirus XM Radio not functioning7. Lights in sun visor not working8. Looks cup holder tray9. No detailing10. Cruise control doesnt work11. I was only issued 1 keyThese are just the things we have discovered so far. With all of these issues this truck wouldn’t even pass a North Carolina vehicle inspection. I am incredibly upset as I have purchased several cars, two within the last two years and have never experienced anything like this in my life.I feel like I was deceived by the salesman and taken advantage of by the dealership. For the sticker price of that truck, every single inch of that truck should have been evaluated and repaired and the condition certified before it was placed on the lot and definitely before it was sold to someone.I want to be clear that I believe the salesman had a duty to truthfully disclose the issues with that vehicle before allowing the purchase to go through which he did not. We made the decision to purchase based on the reputation of your dealership as we felt that we were dealing with a reputable business who respects their customers and conducts business with integrity. We no longer believe this is the case. What should have been a wonderful, exciting experience has been diminished by the lack of professional integrity of your salesman and the substandard quality of your vehicles. I would expect this type of service at a “buy here, pay here” lot, but not at a dealership that has been a staple in the community for so many years.Charles Bell the finance manager however was very professional, courteous and forthright, which I greatly appreciThis unfortunate experience has robbed is of all of the joy that is supposed to be a part of the car buying experience.

Very pleasant employees but unfortunately I will not be purchasing anymore Efird CDJR vehicles. I purchased this Limited Edition Dodge Dart approximately 6 months ago with 33,000 miles on this baby and started experiencing problems shifting gears. After paying out hundreds of dollars for a diagnosis from auto repair centers, I called Efird to purchase a gear shifting cable. I was told to bring it in on a recall which was scheduled a whole week and 4 days later. Car was not operable at all and I am left stuck until appointment date. Upon appointment time, they did the service recall then call me to say I need a whole new gear shifter console. I would guess so after all the tugging and pulling on it to get it shift gears! Now they want $850 to fix my car. It is not fair at all. I did not purchase a car with payments to do repairs 6 months later. I think after I pay for this car I will stick with Toyotas forever! I called to speak with a supervisor over a week ago and was told I would receive a call back within 24 hours and no response yet. I am contacting me a good lawyer Monday morning because this is just another way to get more money out of valueable customers!

Once again these folks made it happen for me again! I purchased a 2020 Journey two months ago. I was ignored by ALL the dealers in the Pee Dee because of my credit history including a bankruptcy from 2016. I figured I had nothing to lose so I stopped into Efird and met with salesman Roger Mack. I told him about my situation and he was eager to help me. Between himself, Andrew, and Tim, these guys made it happen when no other dealer in the Pee Dee would even try. Their loss but Efird’s gain. I’ve been wanting to purchase a new truck that would be more reliable than my 2002 Chevy. So I figured I really had nothing to lose by trying to trade it in on a Ram. Even though they made the Journey happen, I was kinda skeptical that they would be able to get me financed again but they did. Not on a used truck but a brand new 2021 Ram!!! Never was a Dodge fan solely because I’ve never owned one. Andrew showed me the truck and I fell in love with it! I asked him if he could get me financed and he said it’s done. It’s yours if you want it. Signed the papers and was headed back to Hartsville with my new truck that only had four miles on it. Might sound silly to some people but I’ve never in fifty years of living ever had a brand new vehicle, not to mention two brand new vehicles in less than two months. My main point is this: Five Star Chevrolet wouldn’t even try to get me financed. Cartown Kia wouldn’t even try. The Ford place on Coit St wouldn’t even try. Bottom line is this: EFIRD WILL DO EVERYTHING they can to get you in a vehicle. I’m living proof. And my credit sucks! I have a great income but not so good credit. Because of Efird my credit will get better because I have two auto loans that I’m be paying on that will improve my credit enough to go back to Efird one day and get my dream car, a Dodge Challenger Hellcat! These guys are awesome! Go to Efird before you go to any dealer in the Pee Dee because in my opinion you will be wasting your time with the others. They just want to make money, not build a customer base. I’m not a business man by no means but it’s pretty much common sense that if someone does something for you that nobody else can or is willing to do that you’re most definitely going back to them to do future business. Efird has my business indefinitely! I will never buy a vehicle anywhere but Efird!!

Ive purchased several vehicles from there. Each time, the experience has been quick and efficient. Any post purchase issues are addressed with the same level of efficiency. I can honestly say that the people at the dealership have gone from being people I do business with, to friends if pretty short order. Those friendships have carried on now for several years. Being an transplant to this area and finding a dealership that I can trust the sales and service departments without reservation has been incredible. Left one star just to leave a review. My family are avid dodge owners as I own a challenger RT and a charger. I sent my brother and husband there today to look at the lot and talk about a trade in and the service was horrible. The salesman he spoke with all up until coming acted like he couldn’t speak and they ignored my brothers needs. We will be spending our money elsewhere. Get better salesmen and don’t ASSUME ANYONE IS BROKE. When I’m in my car they break their necks to give me cards and make a sale. Bc we showed up different they dropped the ball. Hate to see it and will SEND NO ONE ELSE TO THIER LOT.EMBARRASSING.

I recently purchased a 2021 Dodge Durango from this dealership and could not be happier. I dealt with Demetric and I was extremely happy with the customer service. We did most of our business through text message and phone calls out of safety during the pandemic. Oh no! What have I done?My beautiful wife and I are heading south on I95 for a family reunion, and my 2016 Ram 3500 starts making strange noises...🤔We just filled up at a BP Station north of Route 52, and the wife had released me of driving duty as we escaped the DC area 20210117.We decided to exit an check the truck on Route 52, Florence, SC. To my dismay, I smelled gas in my fuel tank...yes, I had committed the NO 🧠 ER 🥺.We began the search for a Ram dealership. We found Efrid Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and spoke with Christina, the service manager. She was very helpful and advised us not to drive the truck and recommended we stay at Best Westeren just across the street. It was late Saturday and Efrid was closing. We called our insurance company and had our truck towed to Efird. We made to the dealership before the everyone left, and Andrew was able to take our information and was kind enough to drive us and some luggage to the Best Western.On Monday morning I explained to Larry, service advisor extraordinaire, that we were travelers heading to a family reunion in FL. He contacted the diesel mechanic, sorry I didnt get his name, who was already in motion getting our truck in the bay. It was an all-day job, and they got it done right. Great work, guys. We were all set to go and so happy that the Efrid service team was there to help with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.Excellent work at a fair price.😁🙏🏼👍🏼 My family cant thank you enough. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Keep up the great work‼️😃

Update: everything finally got figured out, ended up working out in the end, figured out where the issues were and another company to blame, once everything got figured out, they really worked with us to get back into another vehicle, took sometime and a lot of patience but now a happy customer and enjoying the car we have now. They went out of their way to make sure payments stay within our range and worked very closely with us and whom ever else to help get us back into something the same day we went up there once everything was sorted out. Overall pleased and a lot less stressed. Just took a little longer than expected. Amazing what can happen once wires are uncrossed and everyone is on the same page. Will never use the other company again.Update: since then things have seemed to move along with some progress. Will know more in couple days then go from there. Cant remember her name but she found and fixed the mix up after going up there a few days ago. Hopefully there wont be any more issues but until then I am not changing or adding any additional information.original:Will be reporting to the better business bureau and making complaint. Have been dealing with them for 3 weeks nows. Took in for some maintenance and having to work with my repair insurance company as well. Efrid keeps hanging up on the adjuster, keeps telling me that efrid maintenance cant tell me anything about whats going on to call back on this day or that day and when we do oh I cant tell you anything at the moment other than that we are very busy and cant be on the phone for an hr to answer all the questions or this or that excuse. Do not go to Efird on Lucas Street in Florence, SC to get your oil change. We went with a coupon and gave the coupon up front to the cashier. AFTER they changed the oil she told us that the coupon we have is not for the Jeep I have. 😳 Price changed from the coupon was $65.00 dollars different. So I asked why did they not tell us this before they changed the oil. Her (manager on duty) response is they don’t know until they ring it up. The lies she is telling. You have a price list that tells you. If the coupon was not for my car why did y’all send it to me. She should of give us the option. I could of changed the oil at home for $25.00 and not $90.00. So, this was my first time at the Service Department at this facility. Because of my work I scheduled my appointment online and when doing so requested a rental car. I was coming in for a 40K mile service. Partly because I was at 40k miles and I have never had more than routine oil changes done. So I figured it was time to go ahead and get a big chunk of work done and have the mechanics inspected.So I arrive at 8:02 for my 8 am service. There are no signs directing you to pull into the service lane so I park by the show room door, unload my stuff for the day and make my way in. Not seeing any signs noting that there was a service or check in desk and trying to observe a bit of social distancing, I wait sort of near the service desk as the attendant behind the desk is talking to someone else.I spoke with the gentleman there saying, Hi my name is Jane Bowman-Wills, I have an appointment for 8 for my 40K mile service, I booked it online. He seemed a little worried and after just a moment he found my name and told me, You really should call and make sure the dealership to make sure the appointment goes through. Which I didnt understand I got two confirmation emails and a text alert and my name was right on the paper. I also had a breakdown of what I was going to have done to my car. I told the gentleman that I had requested a rental car with my appointment. He said, well okay, but you have to cover the cost of it. I replied, I am aware of that, but i still requested a rental car. he replied with, Well you will be responsible for the cost of that. But if you want it will only be about an hour and a half if you want to wait. I said No. I need to get to work. You know what, I will just handle it myself. I will figure out a way to get to work. He responds by telling me that oh there is a shuttle service. At this point I am just so uncomfortable and nervous and also confused as to why there is a rental car option on the website and how me getting car so I can do my job has become so suddenly difficult. (I have anxiety issues so these sort of exchanges can get me really nervous and uncomfortable). I said, No I will figure it out on my own. Well he will take you right to work and pick you up when everything is done. Now feeling really backed into a color and just wishing I had called Enterprise at this point, I agreed and handed over my keys and Jimmy the shuttle driver took me to work.After waiting for 2 hours and 15 minutes and having to reschedule an appointment I had made in anticipation of having a car AND having push all of my responsibilities that require me to have a car to the afternoon, I got a call from the service desk saying that I was ready to go. The gentleman on the phone gave me Jimmys phone number. Had to call twice, then luckily Jimmy was able to pick me right up.I was dropped off, spoke with someone at the desk telling him I was there to pick up my car. He walked me into the cashiers desk and I paid for my service. which was about 1/4th of what the website said was my estimate. I had this fleeting thought that I just got lucky. Nope. I requested a 40k mile service. I got an oil change and an inspection.No technician went over what the inspection covered and what they looked over. The oil change and inspection were just two of the whole stack of services I scheduled and let the gentleman know when I checked in that I was there for. Also a multi point inspection should have included a visual check of the brakes. Which would have revealed a little groove I am getting in my rotor from my brakes starting to wear down. Which was part of why I scheduled the big old service situation to get all of that checked. I am hugely confused as to what actually happened with my car today other than an oil change.Side note: Jimmy is a gem and very friendly and made my day a little better as did the fantastic woman at the Cashier counter. Both are wonderful.

I have a relative that purchased a vehicle with this dealership. He is experiencing some issues with his car and scheduled an appointment- showed up for the appointment and the sales person was very short and unprofessional to him. He was told that there was nothing wrong with the car- only by standing outside the vehicle and listening to it. We are very disappointed.

I was contacted by the manager of the service department and she dealt with me one on one, Mrs Herman has been nothing short of exceptional with how she handled the situation. Great service! Mr Yates and Ms Ayanna were VERY informative while not being TOO pushy. I hate when I go to a dealership and feel FORCED to buy because they need to make a sale. It was totally not the case there. They just gave all the awesome facts and left the decisions with the customer. Im pretty sure this is where my next purchase will be. The cars were great, but the customer service was even better!

I am owed $300 from this dealership and have documentation of this and was assured by my sales person, Jenna, and her sales manager, Terri, and also the finance manager that they would send this check out immediately. When I have called to follow up Jenna has told me she would call me back that same day. Both times she did not. I am still owed $300. I am disappointed that the stereotype of the lying sales staff at a car dealership is alive and well at this dealership. This is ALM Jeep Floremc, not Efird. I misposted. I apologize. No frills no fuss. I had to bring my Dodge in for an airbag recall. I avoided it for as long as possible because it has been my experience that the mechanics try to sell you something or scare you into getting additional work done. Not Efird, I made the appointment over the phone, brought my car, dropped it off, and was given an approximate time for the service duration. Then I picked up the car and drove home. It was seamless and stressless. Thank you!
