They are taking over where Ford failed to find the trucks problem. My 6.7 lost a hole at 82,000. They found the problem now the fix.

I need a good shop on the East side of town and a couple friends recommended FRYS AUTOMOTIVE.Jason explained all the things I needed for a long overdue 65,000 mile service.I liked the fact that even though FIRD recommends certain services, the staff check everything out and dint fix what aint broke.Ive been back for a 200,000 mile service and Jason even remembered my vehicle from the previous owner!I make it clear I dont know much about vehicles and Jason is flat out cool 😎 in explaining the inner workings of KN Filters, transfer cases, fuel injection systems and the like.The bill always surprises me! Its always lower than I expect (hope I dudnt just screw myself haha).Great shop folks. This is the repair shop youve been looking for.

I have to admit I was super skeptical when I first brought my truck here. (03 Ford F-250 diesel) not because of any reputation they have but because of the experience I have had at other shops. Usually I perform my own repairs for this reason, HOWEVER Jason is super knowledgeable and his crew does great work. My truck was running terribly misfiring, chugging along couldnt even get out of its own way but these guys did some amazing work and in a timely manner. I love my truck once again! I am a business owner myself and this is EXACTLY how I would expect things to go. Great work Jason and crew and thank you for providing Flagstaff with a shop we can rely on. I will be a returning customer anytime my truck needs love.

I have an old dodge sprinter with over 300,000 miles on it. Ive only had one/the same person in Bend, OR work on it since owning it and was stressed when I found myself in Flagstaff having to find a mechanic. I ran into several issues (due to my van - not to Frys) while it was in the shop, but Jason was very helpful and kind. I especially appreciated his full explanation of the situation and his honesty throughout. In the end, the Frys team worked with me to help minimize costs, and get my van back to me as quickly as possible, while still performing a tough job well.

We were in Flagstaff for the day running errands when our truck died. We called the local Ford delete but they couldn’t get us in for a week; no help! After calling another shop who was also too busy they gave. Us this shops number. Jason was very helpful, got us right in and tried getting it running right away. Unfortunately the problem was it needed a new PCM which they had to order. Our truck was done the following Monday! Amazing service, very knowledgeable and nice to work with👍👍👍

Im new to Flagstaff as we just moved here from WI and being Im a retired mechanic its hard for me to trust anyone other than myself to work on my vehicles. I just bought a used diesel truck and had no clue where to take it for service, so I made a FB post on one of the local groups and Frys came highly recommended by several, even abother business/mechanic, and was said to be the best diesel shop here in Flagstaff. Frys automotive has excellent diesel technicians. They have now diagnosed and repaired my F350 twice, a turbo in 2012 and now a clamp on our map hose this year. We lost power climbing into Flagstaff and knew that Frys would know how to fix it. Thank you guys.!!

Jason has been awesome to deal with and knew exactly what was wrong with the truck when he grafted it up. Great diesel mechanic.

We blew a head gasket on the way up from Phoenix. We are full time RVers and didnt have a lot of options. We found Frys Automotive on the internet. We taked to a couple of guys that had diesel trucks that always go to Frys. Chevy dealership repair was of course more expensive. We really didnt have a lot of options. We decided to have a remanfactured engine installed. Although Frys couldnt get us in for repairs as soon as we would have liked we had to wait a week. Flagstaff does have a great public transportation system. Frys took really good care of the truck and us. When the truck wasnt done exactly when they thought it would be and I had walked to the repair shop. They gave me a ride to the hospital where my husband had been admitted for the night. We picked up the truck the next day. They did everything to get us back on the road and to have a reliable truck. Our truck is doing well and working. Hopefully we will have this truck for another 100,000 milez. Thank you Frys Automotive. Good job. Continue to hope that all is well with the truck. 😃

Called them, Jason answered, I was broke down in the FOREST at Mormon Lake and he guided me to LIMP mode so I could get my diesel to his shop 27 miles away.got it to the shop he helped me, so I could get back to Phoenix, NO CHARGE. WOWWWI wish he was in Phoenix.......JEFFAZPIPEMD..................
