This Mechanic shop is AMAZING! Ive been going to them for 6 months and their lower rating makes me wonder if their competition isnt just dumping on them and Rating-Bombing them!Theyll bend over backwards to give you great service, will explain everything and often times, charge less than what they quoted me!Im an Uber & private car driver, so I put A LOT of miles on my vehicle. My van running reliably is my livelihood and Id trust that responsibility to NO OTHER mechanic shop in town (Ive been to a few and they were either horrible, inept, rip-offs OR...all of the above!Call and talk to Jake, then see how amazing he and the crew are!!!

Took a vehicle into Ace to have the transmission looked at. They first told me they were going to drop the pan and investigate. I told them I had already been to a few shops for diagnosis and told them i already new the codes it was showing and needed it looked into further. Jake Quoted me a $95 Diagnostic fee. when i was called back with the results of the inspection they told me they received the same codes i already new about and did further research and recommended a used transmission installed. They never dropped the pan like they said they would and was charged the diagnostic fee plus a 6.65 fee for supplies on something I already new about. The Nissan dealership found only the valve body the issue and not the whole transmission. Ace wouldnt do (only work needed)seems like. Jake had attitude from the start after I questioned his diagnosing. worthless and a waste of time. i still had to pay $102 ..

I was 90% sure my starter had gone out (just bought a new battery) and contacted ACE about costs. Jake quoted me $250 (half of what a dealership wanted) and stuck to that cost. They also waived the diagnostics fee, gave me a 10% discount because of my job at NAU, and everyone I encountered was really polite. They had the diagnosis done and starter installed within a day. Stayed right on the quote, keeping their word. I see some negative reviews here but my experience was nothing short of perfect professionalism.

Great, quick service! I was in town for vacation and my AC broke. They were able to examine my vehicle the same day, fixed the problem in less than 2 hours, and I had my truck back that afternoon for a low price. Very friendly, helpful customer service. I would recommend them to anyone!

Stopped in here just to check some pricing on a shell for my f-250, most of the priced in the phoenix area where over budget, however when i stepped into this amazing place not only was i greeted by the friendly staff i was able to get the shell i wanted priced out and get a few additions as well! I ended up getting a roof rack and headliner with the savings and it has made a world of difference for camping! thank you mountain toppers for the excellent service!

Just got our camper shell. Tom was great! He was able to show us samples of everything and help guide us. There are a lot of options and he made sure we knew all of our options. Looking forward to the install in 3 weeks.

Did a great job fixing my timing belt, but recommended they replace my U-bolts as well, so I said, Do it. Two months later, U-bolts completely came loose in the middle of nowhere off Route 66, and we were stuck with a $120 tow fee. Went home, wrote a review immediately.

I could not speak higher of this place. My car started being shaky, and having been told that it was probably the alignment, I went on a search for a mechanic who wouldnt rip me off. I found some coupons for Ace and I gave them a call. Not only did they hardly charge me anything for thoroughly expecting my car, they told me exactly what was wrong (it wasnt the alignment, but instead the front tire), put on my spare for me, recommended a good tire place, and gave me a quote for anything else I would need done in the future. Not knowing anything about cars, they probably couldve scammed me out of a lot of things but they were very honest and helpful with everything. GO HERE.

These guys are so friendly and were super gracious to work on an issue we had as well as house our truck for longer than most shops should while being easy about the whole deal. We were very lucky to find them.

A disaster. Super friendly but either have no idea of ​​mechanics or are scammers. They gave us a budget of $2700 and then we went to the dealer ford (babbitt lincoln) and they charged $220. Without saying that the problem was totally different. They also had a sign that said the vehicle inspection was free and they charged $50. Definitely took advantage of our position being on vacation.

We were stuck on the side of a mountain outside of Oatman, AZ after our U-bolts completely obliterated. We’ve been debating this shop a lot after we used them. They worked on our timing belt, but our speakers have sounded terrible since we got it back. We have no idea why, or what they did, but they did something electrically wrong when they were fixing the timing belt. After two hours stuck outside of Oatman, I just needed to throw all that out there.

This shop is amazing. If you meet Jake, hell make the experience that much better.

Doubled the quote when we went to pick up our car. They fixed the AC. Friendly people but definitely took advantage of our position being on vacation.

Been 3 months now, factory said they would replace the actuator, still waiting on mountain toppers to call me.
