NOT HAPPY. Repaired damage done from POOR JOB the 1st time. I want full refund of $123.53 & for towing fee I paid for to tow it back to shop. This would make it right for what I had to go thru. Tim didnt even APOLOGIZE. I could have been REALLY hurt if I took freeway. Myself & others from 60lbs. of driveshaft flying down the freeeay.

Brought my truck in for a check engine light and clicking noise. He quoted me 300 over the phone and told me that I only needed new spark plugs and wires. When I went to pick up my vehicle the cost was changed to 500.The next day the check engine light came back on with the same code, and the clicking started shortly after that.I will not be going back, he was unresponsive didnt call me when the truck was ready to be picked up, lied about the cost, and didnt fix the problem. Now I have to take it to somone who will actually fix the problem.Dont waste your money here.

He looked over my vehicle the first time I was there very thoroughly and his price was very reasonable. I brought him my truck because it started leaking oil and fixed it up with minimal cost. Its not every day you walk into an auto repair shop and feel the staff is on your side. Tims is that place. Just awful experience here. We have been without a car for over a month on what should have a taken less than a week. We brought our vehicle here after calling around and being told the cost for a new transmission would be less than the dealer. Fast forward a week and $4500 for a NEW transmission and $500 in rental cars to get back to Utah then back to az to pick up the fixed car... And after driving two miles the engine lights come on and the car breaks down again. At this point we are informed that a new transmission was not put in our car. Fast forward the more weeks, more car rental expenses, and another drive down to az and the keys are locked IN the car. This whole experience had been a nightmare. We have found Tim to be abrasive, ride, not forthcoming, and he has taken no responsibility for his mistakes and lack of communication and poor service. Do not make the same mistake we did!

Capn Tim and his Crew of awesome mechanics are some of the most professional, patient, enjoyable, and determined people I know! In July, my Ford Escapes A/C suddenly went out right before a major roadtrip through the desert. It took many hours and hard work to sleuth out the problems (at one point, demonic possession was being considered,) but in the end, my A/C is alive and well! Its a true treasure to have such a dependable resource. Thanks for your talent, caring, and integrity, Tim, Jose, and Ron--I will see you again! (but, hopefully, not too soon : )

They dont even deserve the one star. Brought my car into have the CV Shaft replaced. Picked up my car, asked Tim if we would be okay to drive to California to see family. He told us we would have nothing to worry about, we would be fine. Well we get to San Diago when my car breaks down. Long story short the CV Shaft joint was to small so it fell apart when we got into San Diego. So the shop we take it to orders a new shaft from orileys, where i got the first one. Well the one they recieved they noticed right away that it was too small and would not work it was a manufacturers mistake. Now tell me why didnt your guys mention anything? instead just letting us leave on a roadtrip to California. So thank you Tim you have some brains on your team there buddy.
