Very friendly staff! I really enjoyed renting a unit this morning, the manager Leisa was very nice! We had a lovely chat and she was extremely helpful!

Units are not well cared for (patched up walls chipped and flaking paint) ( spiders and other bugs everywhere). And the lot is so washed out its rough driving through the facility. And while moving my moms business stuff out there was a gentlemen riding a 4 wheeler at full speed through the complex.

Nice office staff. Customers I asked what they thought about was respectful and nice. Old yet serves purpose. Im pleased.

It was a easy-going process Leisa Thompson was absolutely wonderful.. Having so many bad things to happen in two and a half months it was very nice to have one positive thing .. Thank you

Every since I’ve been dealing with legion storage my experience has been wonderful the employees are very helpful understanding and fair.. Ms Lisaa is the best!!!! And the rates are competitive with all the rest and they do a great job with bugs I highly recommend them to all!!

High prices, massive potholes, dump trucks being stored at the facility, rotting wood where you secure your padlock, gate works when it wants to, man running an auto repair shop out of his storage unit I could keep going!! Prices keep going up but they fix nothing!! Absolutely a waste of money oh and we were broken into once and whole heartedly believe it was the maintenance man due to the items that were stolen! Reported theft to the office manager and they were like oh ok sorry! Pay a little more for actual security and a better facility. Do not store your stuff here!

The security system (cameras and code acceas) looks comprehensive. There is barbed-wire all aroumdOffice is clean, office staff is professional, pleasant and eager to surve.Very happy to store my stuff here.

The young lady answering the phone was impersonal, borderline rude, and had very poor communication skills. I had to ask her several times what she was saying because she was not enunciating her words or speaking clearly. It wasn’t about an accent. It was lazy “I don’t care” speech. I imagine she may be a great person at heart but I don’t think she reflects what you what your company to known by. My circumstances are specific but if I could rent elsewhere, I would! For the amount I pay, I should not have to drive over that raggedy pavement upon entering the gate! It is shameful and deserves no respect.

Fantastic people to deal with. Weather stateside or overseas they were always helpful with my needs or concerns. Setting up a reoccurring payment was a breeze even over the phone long distance.Will and would highly recommend Legion Road Self Storage.

I loved how Leisa was very professional, nice and easy going.

The buildings are a little old. They have a security gate with personal pins for 24/7 access. The staff is very friendly and you can call in your unit payments over the phone or have them auto deduct. Not the swankiest place ever but it gets the job done. $15 move in special is always available too.

These people are crooks dont rent a U-Haul from them, they will over charge your card they lie about the gas and milange in trucks.. Do not recommend!!! Managers do not return your phone calls because they know there crooks.

This place is dirty and has the worst customer service. I too referred someone over to this place a few weeks ago and the person i sent over told them he was referred but nothing was said or done about it. This place is a rip off. Its full of roaches and spiders and when you complain about it the manager does nothing about it. My friends stuff was ruined and infested with roaches, ants and a few spiders. My friend said the manager and asst manager do not know how to do their job and dont care about what the customer has to say or their issues with their unit. His ceiling in his unit was also falling down When my wife rented there back in November 2015 she said she had great customer service with the manager and that the manager took care of all her needs. You need to bring her back because it seemed like she cared and new her job. This place is a joke and should be condemned!!!!! I will never send business to this place again...and I dont even give it one star but it made me check it to post this message...I give this place a minus 10..

We were very disappointed at how much dust covered our furniture that was at the front of the unit. You can see a part of the roof where the insulation is missing. Or, the dust may be coming in under the door.We will be looking for another storage company soon.

These ppl are pressed, nice when you move in and will get nasty once you move out! Also I referred someone to their facility only to be lied to over and over about the referral Check I never got...I really liked old management, but the new ppl lie and fave me run around

The worst experience of my life I had rented a storage unit paid for it and the lady that worked there gwbe us a code and everything right late at night when we went to put our stuff in the storage room had a lock and it was after hours no one ever answered us all my stuff was in a trailer and it looks like its going to rain tonight ...... I hate it hate it hate it worst freaking place ever ......
