Rented a unit today with ease. Sean was very helpful in assisting me signing up, when I was having technical difficulty doing it myself.

I understand thats protocol to do things but it still should be done with respect. I called to find out my balance then Ill pay my balance with the app after paying I called the guy and ask if they have a lock on it can they take it off that I just paid he asked me whats my unit number and hung up. each time I call he sounded a bit frustrated. all I was doing is to making sure I have an understanding how things work simply

My reservation and application process at the Fayetteville CubeSmart was AWESOME! Ms. Harriet made it her goal to give me a complete run down of all of the information regarding my storage, access, insurance and payment options. She made sure I was comfortable with the specific unit I would be renting and was sure to recommend various storage and security precautions I could take to ensure my belongings would be kept safe.Harriet was very welcoming and personable throughout the entire process and it was very much appreciated. My experience with this location thus far has been great and I would recommend them anytime.

I was impressed with the staff at this facility. Very professional and welcoming. I can’t recall the name of the young man or young lady, but they were very very helpful in giving me rates for a parking space. Although me and my wife was just inquiring they, felt the need to educate me on prices and the different types of parking offered and promotions. You have a great staff at 112 New Hope Rd Office.

What a bad experience, waste of time and money loss.I missed my flight because I came to this facility this morning. I made a reservation online, got instructions to my email that I followed, my unit was supposed to be ready but when I got there it was not. As a result I missed my flight as I was not able to offload my belongings. How hard it has to be to open the unit and put the lock inside as it says in their instructions. Probably eating a burger was more important than to do their job. you call the main line they put you on hold and then hang up. try to find a better facility, this one sucks

Weve had a unit here for years. Was ona downward slid a few months ago with to many cars being worked on but that has recently been cleaned up.

I have been a customer for over 8 years. I have storage. My mother has storage, my grown children have storage here. The customer service is outstanding. Since the new owners have come in, it is professional now. The grounds are being up kept at last and the many things that had fallen into disarray with the old owners are FINALLY being taken care of.New working doors, new drainage to prevent water damage AT LAST.Open great hours. 7 days a week.I cannot stress strongly enough how much this property has improved.We all comment on how amazing it looks now and we always see the staff working hard to go the extra mile to be helpful and or working around the property.Please dont be fooled by those leaving bad references, that prob. did not pay their bills, or are trying to run out a new company to the area.THIS IS where you want to be. Great prices. Professional staff. Security and managers living on site. Thank goodness they came in when the new management company did. THE ONLY PLACE I REFER FRIENDS AND FAMILY TOO!

Poor customer service, unreasonable fees, vacating the unit turned out to be a supposed 30 day notice but when we went on June 21 to give our notice that we were vacating the unit we were told, ok your vacate date is July 31. Where I learned math, that isn’t 30 days. Then we were told we can’t pro rate move out dates... I’m so confused. Pro rate is not based on something you have already paid for, am I right? The nice fella we dealt with was simply doing his job but from where I’m looking, I would suggest he find a reputable company to work for. There is most definitely more than one of those around that would appreciate his respectful and professional attitude..not this sub par so called business. Too bad the family owned business we came here for sold out to these pos’s. Another sad example of where Fayette is headed

Management sucks, poor customer service, they never answer the phone and take forever returning calls, would never rent or refer anyone to this establishment PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!! I rented a outdoor covered space for my 40’ trailer the facility is very difficult to get in and out of, management had to let me in and out thru the side emergency entrance therefore limiting access to my trailer because someone had to be there to unlock the gate, management was verbally told in person that I would not be returning a month in advance and actually left a week prior to the first of the next month, fast forward two months later I was still being charged because a lock was left behind 🙄😒 on a obvious empty parking space that you knew the customer was vacating....

The original owner I rented from was terrific. The current owner has changed the rules for cancellation and gone up on the monthly rate twice in the last 8 months. They were also extremely rude telling me they no longer worked by the good ol boy rules. I dont thin the purple doors made any difference in my rental space. I am no living there. I liked them better the way they were. Will never recommend them again.

Pros: They have 24-hour access, online web bill pay, and a fairly simple move-out process.Cons: Communication (email, phone, USPS) is horrible, property managers will access your unit if they deem necessary.I moved in right after Storesmart took over the property and it seemed like they ran a smooth operation. After returning from an extended trip, I go to the unit and realize that the door color changed and my keys dont work. The office explained that they needed to change the roll-up door to match the color scheme of the property, even though it meant doing so without my consent. They claim they sent a letter but I never received it. After getting a new set of keys, I return to the unit to discover my contents had been haphazardly thrown back into the unit. The office then explained that the removal operation had been video recorded and that they would contact the company to retrieve the video (I never received the video).After having my rent raised twice, I got the feeling that this place makes its money based on encouraging people to move out so new renters can pay the $25 administration fee.

Terrible company, wont fix problems so you end up not being able to access your belongings. Spending thousands on pretty paint but cant fix the access gate? Does this sound like a company you want to rent from?

My family has been at this storage place for almost 10 years and this time, we are through. My dad was a veteran and passed away last year and I just kept having trouble with the discount and then they would not honor it on my bigger unit. Yes, I did have two. They keep raising the prices. I was told from now on, they will be raising it every 6 months because U-haul bought them out. I delt with two teenagers who had no clue how to run the place and enough is enough. I cancelled my units and moved down the street to StorageXtra. 2 or 3 years ago they took all the locks and all the doors off without sending out notifications. They were the previous owners, but still!! That is illegal!!! I asked for a video and they would never send me one. I understand places like this change people a lot, but this place goes throught A LOT, plus mot honoring vets.....was it!! They still use correspondance from the previous people and they now demand 30 days written notice to move out. I did not know that because we moved in a long time ago, but they would not let me get to my other unit until I paid almost $200 for a small 5x5 unit because they tacked on $35 every 10 days. 5 families moved out of their units this week and we talked to them as well. If you must go here, then just be cautious and dont stay for long because the new people are not going to show you respect. I miss the old mom and pop employees...... 😢😢

Had a misunderstanding about when I cancelled my rental but they made it right and I would use them again. Great undercover storage for campers, etc.
